I'm not wrong, compared to many other teams, Arsenal invested too much money and the amount of money they spent to buy players for the next season was high enough to say people now expect much more from Arteta and his players in the next season.
Also, many people said that the main reason that Arsenal missed out on the title of the winner of the English Premier League was that Arsenal did not have the necessary depth of the squad not just for several tournaments, but simply even for the championship itself. Therefore, in theory, such transfer activity should not surprise. The most important thing is that Arsenal do not step on the rake of Chelsea, who could not effectively use all the players at their disposal and then staged a sale.

I think Walker was indeed a player who was quite influential for the Manchester City defense in the previous few seasons so Pep Guardiola will try to persuade him not to go to another club in this transfer window. But looking at the news that is currently developing, it seems that Bayern Munich has reached an oral agreement with the player, so that Bayern Munich will hold a meeting with Manchester City on the Kyle Walker transfer agreement in the near future. Of course, seeing a movement that has occurred in this progress, it seems that Bayern Munich will achieve success in recruiting Kyle Walker. One of the reasons for Walker to leave Manchester city was because he felt there were already other competitors which meant he would not get many playing minutes next season if he chose to stay with Manchester City.
Actually, the fact that Guardiola himself is rumored to say that they will fight for the player clearly introduces some element of ambiguity into this transfer. So there are some doubts about the transfer. Now everything depends on the position of the player himself, who, according to rumors, had previously informed Pep about leaving for Bayern Munich, how serious it was and what specific promises were made to Munich. It also raises questions about how Guardiola is going to fight for Walker, whether it will be a salary increase or guarantees from the head coach about getting into the starting lineup.

This story may possible to happen only if mbappe will able to leave from there with free agent. As long as the club is not let mbappe to leave with free agent and it's just a dream to see him join in barcelona. Mbappe has been also rumored reached pre agreement with real madrid about moving there once he will able to leave from the club with free agent. There's no need to take mbappe. It will be only making the club even closer to the FFP. It's impossible to happen. Talking about mbappe and barcelona have same meant talk about a dream that will never happen.
Given the appetites of the Mbappe family, even leaving Paris Saint-Germain as a free agent would not have helped Barcelona much, because then there are demands for the payment of 100 million to Mbappe himself as a signing bonus and also a salary of 50-60 million euros, which Real Madrid already seems to have agreed to. Barcelona, with its financial problems, Mbappe's salary alone is unaffordable in the current conditions. Moreover, even now Barcelona seems to need to sell several players in order to sign new players.
144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: July 24, 2023, 11:48:30 PM
Firstly, the Tottenham management is trying their best to keep Harry Kane in the squad. That's why they are demanding a huge amount for Harry Kane. Tottenham would benefit financially if someone were to pay that much to buy Kane. Also, if any club is not interested in signing Kane due to Harry Kane's high price tag, Tottenham will benefit as they do not have to lose the best player in the squad.
However, Bayern Munich managers are likely to be determined to sign Kane. They are well aware that they will not get many goals from Sadio Mane. They definitely need a suitable replacement for Lewandowski next season. For this, Harry Kane is the best choice at the moment.
It's just that Tottenham will lose 100 million euros now and lose their best player as a free agent after the end of this season. Therefore, I was still very cautious about saying that Tottenham does not lose anything if they do not sell the player. I hope everyone is now in sight of a similar situation with Mbappe and Paris Saint-Germain when a player refuses to extend his contract and all PSG's past hopes that Mbappe will come to his senses in a year and agree to extend his contract so as not to leave as a free agent are burning with a blue flame. I don't think Daniel Levy will want to repeat such a mistake, especially since it seems that Bayern Munich reluctantly agreed to pay 100 million euros for the transfer.
145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: July 24, 2023, 11:37:51 PM
Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal has made an incredible offer. We still don't know if this is true. PSG management would probably have sold Mbappe for 100 million. But Al Hilal club wants to pay PSG 300 million for Mbappe. Also, they will pay Mbappe very high wages. But I wouldn't be surprised if this is just a rumour. We do not know if Al Hilal Club authorities have made any official offer. Generally, Saudi Arabian clubs are now seeking promotion. That's why they spent a lot of money on Ronaldo and Benzema. There is a high possibility that the news is just a rumour.
I still think that the appetites of the Paris Saint-Germain management are clearly much more than 100 million euros by at least 20-50 million Wink And 300 million for a transfer would generally be a cosmic option for PSG in these conditions. However, this is all for now and I wouldn't be too surprised if at the very end of the transfer window, when all the options for selling a player don't become reality, Real Madrid will appear and buy the player for these 100 million, but that's then, not now Wink
146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: July 24, 2023, 11:29:26 PM
During the last season, Liverpool performed well and even came very close to winning a champions league ticket for the next season, but in the end, they didn't have the potential to win that ticket and they lost it to Newcastle United. As Liverpool is currently in good form, I think it is possible for them to be an excellent candidate for the Europa League next year.
Oh, I wouldn't talk about Liverpool's excellent form right now, because the previous season is over and a new season is about to begin with rivals who will already look different, however, like Liverpool itself. As for the ambitions to get into the Europa League next season, I think that Jurgen Klopp is still counting on the Champions League Wink Although, of course, it's too early to make predictions when the season hasn't started yet.
147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 24, 2023, 11:21:43 PM
Whichever decision that Kylian Mbappe will take concerning his future with the Paris Saint Germaine, he'll certainly not make the right decision of he decides to join the Saudi Arabian League at this very young age of his career.
We know that modern day footballers plays for what they stand to gain financially than for the love of the game but a player with great football potentials must think beyond the financial package of the Saudi offers and know that playing in Europe is far better than the riches of Saudi Arabian Football
It all depends on how seriously Mbappe takes the threats from Paris Saint-Germain that they will deprive him of playing practice in case of non-renewal of the contract or a failed sale. Still, for the sake of such money, you can tolerate one season in Saudi Arabia, especially since we perfectly see how Mbappe and his mother adore money and what they are ready for it Wink I just don't think there will be any such profitable offers in Europe. Still, Mbappe is not Kane and he has more years of his career left.
148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 24, 2023, 11:13:29 PM
It looks like Napoli are quite likely to keep Osimhen this summer. At least for now. Because there is no rumour regarding him to sign for another team these days. However there might be a chance for PSG to think of bringing him depending on Mbappe's situation. When they lose a player like Mbappe they need to bring another top player to try to make up for that.
Vlahovic has been rumoured with PSG maybe but in this case I think PSG can change their route to Osimhen instead. PSG are going to get 300 million euros as a transfer fee from Al-Hilal if Mbappe signs for them. They can surely use this money to sign a player like Osimhen.
Paris Saint-Germain is associated with any more or less large transfer and in most cases still the transfer does not happen. It depends more on the position of Osimhen himself, whether he is ready to change the Italian championship to French right now. So far, probably not, especially since both Napoli and Paris Saint Germain participate in the Champions League and I think that Osimhen's ambitions as a player are still higher than participation in Ligue 1 and Paris Saint Germain, and Paris Saint Germain is unlikely to buy a player with the expectation of only one season, but most likely with a good season without injuries, Osimhen is unlikely to stay in Napoli for more than 1 season.
149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: July 24, 2023, 11:02:10 PM
It is very sad that we will not see Liverpool and Chelsea in the Champions League next season. We see these two teams performing in the Champions League almost every season. And both are considered very strong teams on the Champions League platform. Arsenal and Newcastle have qualified for the Champions League next season. There is no doubt that the Arsenal team is strong enough. But I have enough doubts about whether Newcastle will be able to pass the group stage. Newcastle's owner is very rich. Thought they would add some star players to the squad this season. But the Newcastle coach didn't do anything like that. It will also be difficult for the team to maintain the consistency of performance in the coming season.
Yes, it also looks like a mystery to me how Newcastle will look in the Champions League group stage. However, experience is a gainful thing and it is in such matches that this experience is gained. It all depends on how Newcastle will strengthen and which opponents they will come across in the group stage. The Champions League is not an English Premier League tournament and the price of a mistake here is much higher and this mistake is much more difficult to fix. But still, I would venture to assume that Newcastle will probably still get out of the group.
150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: July 21, 2023, 11:59:45 PM
Kane doesn't want to insist on his departure if there is no agreement between Bayern Munich and Tottenham. He actually wants to sign for Bayern Munich now but it isn't like his only option now. If this agreement doesn't happen then he is okay about waiting until the end of his contract to leave for free. As long as he has the kind of a signing he wants it doesn't look like he cares if it is now or in a year. Tottenham must be the one to be worried about this situation now. Levy's continuing to be stubborn will take them nowhere. He will have Kane for only one last season and that's it.
I still think that the necessary balance will be found and Kane will still move from Tottenham to Bayern Munich in this transfer window. Nevertheless, the age of a football player is short and it is better not to postpone the transition for another year. Ken is a wonderful age for a football player, but still not the same as Mbappe to painlessly wait another season.
151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: July 21, 2023, 11:52:26 PM
One cannot tell if he has something like that in mind in the future, coaching a national team. We all know how Guardiola is full of action day in day out, by joining a national team to coach them will limit him on some great plan of action he’s always into throughout the season. As an adventurous coach, he might like to have a taste of the national team too, but for now, I think he’s still in his prime and will want to add more trophies to his name before considering coaching a national team now. No doubts many national teams will want him to coach their side, but he’ll be very skeptical on the final decision he’ll make on the team to coach. Which team do you think he’ll coach if he’s to coach a national team??
Which will offer a lot of money Wink I think it won't matter much for Guardiola which team to train. The only thing that will surely be crucial for him is that this team is from among the top and therefore there are real chances of winning titles. Nevertheless, it is quite problematic to buy all the players you like into the national team Wink I think that Pep will inevitably someday be ripe for the idea of trying something new and coaching some national team.
152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 21, 2023, 11:42:18 PM
Probably not Real Madrid because PSG have put Mbappe on sale and we all know that Real Madrid is pretty interested with him so they would be going for Mbappe instead before the other club tried to snatch him. PSG on the other hand might be the team that will sign him if this rumour is spot on because they need someone to fill in that hole after Mbappe left
The most obvious candidate for the purchase is Paris Saint Germain, because Mbappe is unlikely to change his mind and extend his contract with PSG, so it is possible that Mbappe will start the season suspended from the team and therefore at least some kind of replacement is needed. Therefore, Vlahovich can also come up as a striker for now. Still, I do not yet see Vlahovic as a complete replacement for Mbappe, both now and in the future.
153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: July 21, 2023, 11:24:19 PM
Going to Chelsea? Unless the price is good for both Napoli and Osimhen, I doubt the player will go there because this team will require few seasons to return to its shape in my opinion, in addition they have nothing competitive to play for next season. At least Napoli will play Champignons League next season.. Otherwise Manchester United is way better as a team and will play Champignons League in addition to fighting for EPL title.
It is not necessary to reason at the level of here and now. It seems that Osimhen is not going to leave the club in the coming season, so for now the question of choosing between Chelsea and Manchester United is not even hypothetical. But after the season, it may well turn out that Mauricio Pochettino is doing well ahead of schedule and he managed to revive the club, and Manchester United, on the contrary, is in crisis. In principle, Chelsea has all the prerequisites for a revival, but we will see how it will develop in practice during the season. For Osimhen himself, it is much more important to show a season of the same level, and a decent club and a decent salary will definitely be found.

I can't believe Lautaro Martinez is moving to the Saudi Pro League it's just a rumour, the main reason is that clubs from the Saudi League will not pay players who are still expensive so far they haven't done that, I mean sign players more than 20-40 million their target is older and cheaper players whereas Martinez is not one of those categories, his market price is €85 million and he is still 25 years obviously this is an important asset for Inter. I'm not saying they can't afford Martinez but it is their strategy to offer high salaries while saving on transfer fees, imagine they can use the transfer fee to pay salaries this is a smart strategy.
Yeah Lautaro Martinez's contract is still long until June 2026 and he is one of the mainstays of Inter Milan so there is no way to let him go unless Inter Milan wants to get out of the Champions League zone lol. Other sources report that Lautaro Martinez is main candidate to become captain of the team while former captain Samir Handanovic will leave as a free agent that means Martinez will stay at Inter Milan for the next few seasons.
Something tells me that if someone offers 85 million for Lautaro Martinez, then Inter will gladly agree to such a transfer. Inter still have not the easiest times in terms of finances, and such an increase in the club budget will not hurt them. Another question is that in modern times no one except the clubs of the English Premier League will pay such a sum for a player, but for now it seems that buyers from there are not visible on the horizon. Saudi clubs will also not pay such a sum for a transfer, they have the main bet on high salaries for the players themselves.
155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 21, 2023, 10:53:46 PM
Barcelona is facing some very difficult times right now. Due to financial difficulties, the club is unable to keep its best players and attract new talent. They're thinking about trading Bernardo Silva from Manchester City for De Jong. But they can't do much more than that because of money issues. Barcelona's inability to raise even 200 million has thrown a wrench into their operations, making it difficult for them to achieve financial stability. Selling athletes has been a last choice, but it's more complicated than it seems because players don't want to leave. The club's diminishing profitability only heightens the seriousness of the problem. It's a tough situation, but one that needs to be handled carefully if they want to get back on their financial feet. Where do you see Barcelona going from here?
Despite the financial problems that Barcelona is heroically trying to solve, the club still manages to get involved in new stories. Now this is a story with a potential lease, and then a possible buyout of Joau Felix. After Felix's semi-scandalous interview, it seems that Atletico Madrid is not against letting the football player go, but La Liga is against it due to its financial requirements. Still, it's worth admiring that with all the problems, there are still players who are eager to join the club.

We are once again in possession of news regarding Sadio Mane and his transfer to the Arabian teams, according to the report from Lequipe, there was a negotiation between Bayern Munich and Al Nasr, and after this negotiation, Sadio Mane will join Al Nasr and Ronaldo for the upcoming season. Sadio Mane joined Bayern Munich from Liverpool for 45m and he is a 31y old player right now.
I am very sorry that the situation is developing in this way, but it seems that Bayern Munich has really already given up on the prospects of a player in the team. Although I still continue to believe that it is not worth making far-reaching conclusions based on the results of the first season and Bayern Munich, on the contrary, used to be famous for not making hasty decisions. Also against Mane is the factor that the club has already parted with Julian Nagelsmann, who was the initiator of inviting the player to the club. However, I would not be surprised that the sale of the player is just an attempt to recapture some of the money that the club plans to spend on the purchase of Kane.

All of clubs were learning from the last season to make another improvement to the various lines. Manchester city has even lose some of its important players but city gets some great players as exchange for that. Kovacic and gvardiol are so good and they have joined in manchester city. PSG has been buying some players who's gonna be replace mbappe or messi. I think that you will be able to see new PSG to come soon. Enrique is still trying to build a proper plan for PSG next season. All of clubs are doing massive improvements. That's why i can't even wait to see those clubs played in the domestic league. This is gonna be so crazy.
City's opponents gonna be even tougher in UCL. pep must be fullly preparing its club for upcoming season. I see no problem for city in destroying another club caused by city is still having haaland and KDB.
Haaland wants to make a better record next season by creating more goals. That's a very hard thing that he must reach. Pep is feeling so confidence in bringing some players as backup.
Manchester City, of course, is one of the favorites for next season, but this happens every year, and the long-awaited victory in the Champions League has only happened now. Although, of course, the City still has reserves for growth.

Instead of spending this huge amount of money on a player like Mbappe which is not a wise move, they can invest this money in younger players and try hiring talents and grow these players because we can't be sure if Mbappe can show good performance in Real Madrid after all drame he had in PSG.
I think that investing a lot of money in an already established player is much more profitable in terms of results than investing the same money in a young talent who has not proven his worth in any way for at least several years. You can talk as much as you like about the fact that it is better to spend money on future young stars, but the harsh reality says that usually rich clubs win titles that buy ready-made stars, and not those who bring up these stars.
159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 20, 2023, 11:46:01 PM
I don't think so, Spalletti had a good performance in Napoli but most of the results he got and the title he won was because of bad performance in other teams and the dram happened to Juventus otherwise even Spalletti couldn't have had this performance in Napoli. Spalletti knew he can't have the same performance in the next season and I think that's the reason for him to leave Napoli, also we don't know yet if some players like Osimhen will stay in Napoli thats' why I don think Rudi Garcia can have the same performance as we saw from Spalletti.
The most important reason for Spalletti's departure from Napoli is simply the boorish attitude on the part of Aurelio de Laurentiis, whose apotheosis was the extension of the contract with Spalletti by e-mail and that the journalists were the first to find out about it. Also, de Laurentiis didn't bother to just call and congratulate Spalletti after the championship match. Also, do not forget that Napoli was among the leaders last season, so you should not blame everything only on the troubles on the part of other contenders. I think that even de Laurentiis is still sane enough to demand an automatic title with a big advantage from Spaletti next season, so I don't think that Spaletti's fear in this regard could play a decisive role in leaving the post of head coach of the team.

The Mbappe, PSG and Real Madrid saga is taken much time as Mbappe is yet to determine is final decision to PSG. PSG are being careful of not to lose Mbappe to a free transfer and Real Madrid that wants him, I’m not sure they’re  ready to pay the asked price for Mbappe by PSG. We don’t know or can tell how long this deal is going to end but a final minute decision will be made concerning this and I’m very optimistic about it happening which come as a shock to all of us.
The most interesting thing is that during this transfer window, Real Madrid is officially trying to advertise its participation or interest in the situation around Mbappe, although of course it is clear that the main beneficiary at the moment is Real Madrid. The most surprising thing is that if you believe the rumors, Mbappe agreed to extend his contract in order not to leave PSG for free, but the departure of Benzema from Real Madrid forced Mbappe's side to change their plans.
