Monero network hash rate is now much bigger than Bytecoin. Mining Bytecoin is not relevant anymore. In the next few months, I don't believe that people remember Bytecoin as the first CryptoNote, but a failed coin.
Only time will show if you r right. IMO, that BCN is like BTC in its early time and if you remember there were a lot of fork that promised to replace Bitcoin but this didn't happen. So, I doubt that BCN will become a ''failed'' coin. But as I have told, only time will show

Agree with smooth, there is no need to hurry up with such important decisions. Nice to see TFT care about our opinions. Excuse me, didn't get it how exactly votes would be implemented? btw, wanted to vote for bitmonero at comkort.com but couldn't find it

Comkort news!!
Bytecoin (BCN) integration will be started on Monday. Rough estimate – 1 week. We hope it will be ready till 8th of May.
That's not news. If you look above you'd see a comment with the same content

Nice to see BMR is catching on. Wonder why we do not mine BCN collectively?
What do you mean ''collectively''? If you are talking about the pool there is actually one pool working well - Minergate.

ShitHappens,if you make you inferences according to the fact they are willing to stay in shadow instead of showing themselves then you could tell the same thing like about 50% of our community, or even more.
There is no point to tell they are connected. IMO, great to know there is people who work for the idea nor for being popular.

Every time I check Bytecoin.org and wish to see any changes I am a lit bit disappointed as status quo doesn't change and there is always "P.S. MacOS version coming soon." but today I realized that according to the blockchain there is already 1,7M mined coins.
IMHOm there's actually no need to make mac ver.

So excited there is a competition here in this community. Do you think is it possible to change the soundtrack on the web to the soundtrack from Star Wars? So something closed to it? Friend of mine is a dj and he is able to create a good mix.

Nice to see people who are willing to promote something new to our community.
I am just curious why not to find altcoin which you think is meeting your requirements and promote it than to create a new coin?
I suggest you look at Bytecoin (BCN) and Darkcoin (DRK) - both are completely anonymous. They are not just another bitcoin's clone, they have some innovations and can compete with bitcoin. Fithermore, I have heard Satoshi is one of bytecon's devs.

Only open source technology. can't trust the system I can't check out, I think the algorithm and technology should be open sourced.
Darkcoin and Bytecoin meet the requirement of anonymity and both based on open-sourced techs.
IMHO, someone is telling Satoshi Nakamoto was involved in creating bytecoin.

Hi, everyone. It's been a few days since I started mining BCN with my home PC (i5-2500K).
I’m not sure I understand how the difficulty is supposed to change exactly, can anyone explain?
Also, when I (hopefully) get some BCN, where is the place to exchange?
And does it make any sense to exchange BCN at the moment?
The plan is to invest into more mining power)
