Can anyone tell me if the BRK Chips in the Breakout Poker will be convertible to BRK at some point -- or is that all for testing purposes now ? I know some of the BRK Coin / BRK Twitter / BRK Owner / BRK Facebook have BRK coins in addition to BRK chips that will be given to players, but are all these chips going to be able to be converted when the platform is live? I saw on the facebook page that 1 BRK = 100 BRK chips.

To clarify the current free poker site chips further, these chips will not now, or in the future, have any value. Nor will they be exchangeable for any other types of chips, tokens, prizes, crypto currencies or fiat currencies in any form. They are, however, available to be used for free tournament entries that award BRK and other prizes as announced.
When we launch our completely separate real money poker site, the chips in play will have a value that is directly tied into the value of BRK. Those chips can be considered to be "real money" and will be treated as such. They have no relationship to the value of chips on the free poker site.
This site will be licensed and regulated, and will be closed to U.S. players and players from other countries where we are not licensed. It is our intent, over time, to be licensed in as many jurisdictions as possible.

Hi guys . How about if someone looses his password and he wants to reset ? The reset link won't work  and I have this problem lol  what password? json file password? or breakout poker password? breakout poker password I have the same problem. I registered. validated. Could not login on poker client. Tried to change password in setting on site but said "invalid username"?? Then I logged out from site to see if i could log in again. Nope. And reset password does not work either. I would email support@breakoutpoker.netBest solution would be to contact support as brother3 suggested. Most password problems are due to not entering your USERNAME correctly. During registration this defaults to your email address. Please don't confuse your NICKNAME that you selected, that is displayed at the poker tables, with your USERNAME. |

Interesting project and ANN. I see 5 coins in the ANN, but the ICO at the moment in Bittrex is only for BRK? What about BRX? No other currencies besides Breakout Coin and Breakout Stake are offered in this sale, even though other currencies are carried by Breakout Chain.
BRX will be kept in escrow at Bittrex for a later sale so that there is no risk of anyone staking. However, if specified funding targets are met for the BRK sale, we are giving away these BRX to BRK purchasers as rewards. Details can be found in the ANN. |

Just joined the signature campaign. was trying to buy brk from bittrex last night but seem closed. so i guess this is still an option for me. besides i only have few btcs.  How did it seem closed? i visited the link and it says https://bittrex.com/crowdfund/brk says The service is unavailable Well the link works for me and you can see the total BTC raised is there now. It's in text with a timestamp until the live counter is completed. Perhaps it was just a temporary glitch. |

OK, so you have another centralized, KYC and IP screening casino site = one of 100s...
So you are going HEAD-To-HEAD with Poker Stars with 80-90% of market share (since BTC sites are microscopic)...
And you have a bunch of Tier 2 poker "stars" on career downside that can't get a better sponsorship.
All previous Bitcoin casino sites have underwhelmed due to complexity, lack of convenience, disinterest, etc..
And this one explodes complexity without giving the Customer any positive crypto features like privacy, decentralization, etc.
Can someone please explain the Competitive Advantage this has vs Mainstream Internet Casinos?

Chips is just play money but you can use it to enter BRK coin tournaments to win real BRK coins. i'm not talking about now , and i'm not talking about practice chips (play money) i'm talking about later when ico is finished and poker software is ready to accept BRK deposit and ring games is open, Oh I see. Afaik the software will use BRK coin directly and not the chips currency that is used in the play money client. When real money opens there will be another client download required to play for real money and it will use BRK coin. This is how I have understood things. Hi All - to help clarify the question about the gaming operations, perhaps this will help. We intend on launching a real money version of the poker site, along with a full casino and sportsbook, in early fall. This will include other verticals as well, including a live casino, and both virtual and fantasy sports. We will also be launching an eSports site in July, a full digital download game store in August, and a lottery site in September. All of our licensed and regulated games will be available for play in legal jurisdictions. Will they all use BRK or is that just the poker/casino? The aim is to denominate everything in BRK but in the end it will depend on the legal climate of each jurisdiction which is constantly changing. The esports platform will go live in July.
