141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coinall exit scam on: April 16, 2020, 12:46:44 AM
This is really sad but let's just be hopeful it doesn't just be what we are thinking or looking at but many exchanges went through such medium. I do hope this doesn't happen because if it does, it will break many hearts and I do not know how it will be together with this Corona virus issue. I really do hope it's just a glitch that will be handled soon.

I totally agree with you,  this is a difficult time as the whole world has been driven to crisis due to the coronavirus pandemic, i can't imagine anyone loosing such amount of money to scam during this difficult time. Coinall has been quite a reputable exchange but it's been long i heard any progress or update from them, i hope they are still in the game and will make it up to him because from the various proof he posted, it's obvious something is very fishy
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market Manipulation Or Not? on: April 16, 2020, 12:34:31 AM
To be honest, no one will truly know if it's an organic growth or pump and dump action since no one has really been following the coin. However, the market have seen such sudden movements countless time in the past so i'd say it's not a new thing and some of them happen to be a natural growth due to increase in adoption, while others were mere manipulations and action of pump and dump by either the team or some whales waiting to take off profits
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: High rewards still possible in bounties? on: April 16, 2020, 12:28:09 AM
Recently an award has been sent for the Ixinium project.  Those who participated in the signature company received a worthy reward.  Even those who participated in social networks received good rewards.  But at the moment this is a rarity.

In recent time, i think ixinium is the project that paid hunters quite a reasonable amount of reward as virtually everyone who participated went with something to write home about. Since the wave of icos in 2017/2018, the bounty sector has seen more of scam activities than any other sector in this space, from projects that actually did got successful but refuse to pay, to project that exits scams with the raised money after the tokensale as well as the ones that doesn't got successful. I just hope this space will get better one day
144  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: List of Trading Platforms. on: April 14, 2020, 11:48:44 PM
A great list of good exchanges you have here, this is insightful as it will help newbies or people yet to get the full grasp of the market when looking for exchanges to trade their cryptos on. I believe this is a list of good exchanges you've had an encouter with or the list is not relative to how good the exchanges are in terms of volume and liquidity because there are are other notable ones that are worth mentioning too
145  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Every BTC trader should use it on: April 14, 2020, 11:44:42 PM

If you know useful services or tools, post it below

Thanks for sharing a content such as this with the community, I've been looking for a suit of tools as useful as these when it comes to market data for a long time now and i just come across it thanks to you. Most of the tool platform on the list offer distinctive operation and services while some are identical, and i have to say they offer alternatives to the common coinmarketcap and coingecko the whole market has been used to for quite sometimes not forgetting to mention the fack that a lot of people have called out these two popular tools before for giving fake volumes about coins and exchange.
146  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Well Organized Scam Projects on: April 13, 2020, 04:53:38 PM
How can we safe ourselves from well organized scam projects? Some projects are so well crafted and in the end they scam people, to my own understand research doesn't help here at all, use case, whitepaper, team, every thing are so real and make sense, please give advice about this

I guess everyone has had a fair share of bad experience with them well organized scam projects. This particular reason is why lots of investors are now only investing in IEO projects listed on prominent exchanges such as binance and lot of people have had a fill of scam from startup project and do opt in for already established trusted coins to invest in. I guess when doing research for projects now, you have to look beyond well decorated whitepaper and websites and look more into the guenuity of the team behind the project
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is not in healthy state yet on: April 13, 2020, 04:44:33 PM
More than half of the 2020 crypto conferences were either canceled or postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak, while mining manufacturers had to stop the equipment production in China, how good is this for crypto?

You are right, this pandemic has led to the shut down of many activities all over the world and not just only the cryptocurrency market, any event that has to do with more than 10 people gathering have been shutdown and obviously this isn't good for global commerce as even workplaces got shutdown. This pandemic is really a blow on the entire cryptocurrency market as this market is known to be thriving when the entire world is in good condition and when lots new people are joining the market. Well, we just have to be optimistic as this is just the first quarter out four quarters we would have in the year, i hope the pandemic goes with this first quarter so that other quarters will bring with them a prosperous market
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Ixinium bounty participants? on: April 13, 2020, 04:37:12 PM
How many of you guys participated in ixinium bounty campaign? I heard it's a success from few bounty hunters, well I remember this bounty campaign and as I can tell it does look like a scam project back then, no info about the team, what lesson can be learnt here ?

Well, what i've learnt and keep learning in this space is nothing is fully predictable, i saw this particular bounty campaign last year but overlooked it because it doesn't seems like a project worth working for, and now it turns out to pay everyone who work for them. This is the lesson I've learnt from other few projects that i thought had a good usecases but turns out otherwise too.

I have to say experiences such as this is prevalent to the entire cryptocurrency market as lot of people have predicted severally that bitcoin will rise above the previous ATH since 2018 but the price has been battling with $10k. As a bounty hunter, i guess you just have to take a few leap of faith and do promotion for any campaign you seems to find catchy

150  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not as risky as many think. on: April 09, 2020, 11:21:15 PM
The risk associated with the entire cryptocurrency market can not be overlooked, cryptocurrency as a fiancial system is well connected with risk and i guess that's why the outside world is finding quite difficult to accept the fully use of cryptocurrency. As a digital currency, cryptocurrency cannot be compare to other investments options such as real estate, gold and equity.  It would be great if new people that want to join the market knows the risk associated with it
151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't trade what you can't risk loosing on: April 09, 2020, 11:10:37 PM

We have to keep in mind what we can do to improve not only our own lot but that of those around us. Share your Opinion.

I can't deny the fact that the entire cryptocurrency sector isn't secure from hacks to crypto volatility. We've witnessed the hack of various exchanes leading lost of millions of assets, due to that lots of exchanges haves seize operation as they can't refund the asset catted away and another security problem is the volatility of cryptocurrency market.
The 2017  price fall validates the fact that crypto assets can loose more than half of there value overnight, so just imagine someone entering into this space with his/her lifesaving
152  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Simple trading advise for newbe that should follow on: April 09, 2020, 11:00:07 PM
Lack of proper market understanding is the reason why lots of people are getting REKT through cryptocurrency trading, just like you can't hit the road with a car when you've not had experience on how it works is thesame way learning about the concept of the market is paramount, Arguably, majority of newbies coming into the market dosen't know about the risk involve cryptocurrency trading as all they care about is how to hit it big without much stress.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bot attack bounty thread on: April 08, 2020, 11:57:35 PM
Ah yes, this happens way too often, especially when TG campaigns are involved.
Lucky for us (me in particular) it's easy to filter the bot out

I can testify to that as I've participated in few of your campaigns in the past and i do see how cheaters and spammers do get no reward from you, i must commend the professionalism from your end and i wish other Bounty manager can be really hard working in filtering out the spammers, i can't help but wonder why people will choose to use negative approaches in getting things done in live,  this will not only give the bounty manager lots of work to do but might also prevent some real users from getting reward for their work because they might be thought a cheater too....

Overtime, automated bounty platforms were able to held them off for quite sometimes but as time passes by and  couple with the bad market conditions, i think automated bounty platforms do have less of quality projects. Of recent, I've seen most of the managers putting capcha and security checks in form to confirm if the participant is actually a human, this approach has drastically reduce the activities of bot usage and i look forward to more of such innovative approaches
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bad projects equals Bad results on: April 08, 2020, 11:53:41 PM
many bad projects fail when collecting funds, but there are some bad projects that succeed in deceiving traders and investors as happened some time ago the bcnex exchange site project was finally a scam and failed which ultimately made many people lose.

I agree with you, the issue of scam projects raising huge amounts of money and packing up with the money raised from investors is the reason behind the major turndown to cryptocurrency market. The huge bear of 2018 started after so much ico projects emerges and ended up scamming people, a lot of people leave cryptocurrency investments for good since then and the huge decrease we see everyday validate the fact that people are moving out of this market and the only logical reason to it is the scam exit by project that raised money.  I just wish there more of resources that we can use to know the guenuity of a project, atleast it will help in choosing the good ones
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is USDT trusted to use? on: April 08, 2020, 11:48:40 PM
Currently, USDT daily trading volume is over the Bitcoin trading volume and fourth highest market cap according to Coinmarketcap. My opinion is We can't trust the centralized stable coin to keep the money. Also, news around the USDT is not good, and it may be shut down by the authorities.

To be honest, security is among the core features proposed by blockchain technology but the entire underlying of the cryptocurrency market is not secure, all the hacks and the fact that the market isn't meant to be regulated validates the fact that cryptocurrency is not a secure form of financial institution. A developer owning a cryptocurrency might decide to shut everything overnight without any much repercussions to him other than running millions of people bankrupt. But i think USDT is the most used and trusted stablecoin out there, i used them personally and i don't think they are going any time soon
156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would You Rent A Car With Bitcoin? on: April 07, 2020, 10:53:22 PM
Cash would be a lot easier, indeed. Paying with cryptocurrencies still bother me, it makes me think that I would regret it in a sense that it may go higher than the price I spend it. I can't help to think that way since cryptocurrencies are volatile especially bitcoin but I would be very glad if I found a car rental shop that's accepting bitcoin as payment, it means that the bitcoin is being recognized by the merchants however it might not that be a trend since people are storing bitcoins as an investment and acts a emergency button.

No doubt, using cash and FIATS will be lots easier when performing such basic transactions but i can't help but commemd the various effort of those involved in creating suitable plugins and API's that will enable merchants incorporate bitcoin as a payment option. It's part of a way of creating real life value for bitcoin and I'd say it's an amazing moves towards pushing the use of bitcoin to mass adoption. Afterall,  such functions are why the whole the whole cryptocurrency was created; a digitized financial institution
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 21 Best Cryptocurrency to buy in 2020 on: April 07, 2020, 10:35:04 PM
I read the post in the link you share and i have to hand it over, the writer is good. The whole write-up was quite insightful but i think that lis of 21 project is way to much for a portfolio. He listed in the write up the top altcoins out there but sometimes when its comes to investments in cryptocurrency, it goes way beyond a tokem being amomg the top 50 or not. We really have to becareful during this dire time of global crisis as not every cryptocurrency out there will make it out of this pandemic in one piece so i'd say keep your portfolio restricted to a limited number of assets
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Blockchain Really Revolutionizing The World? on: April 06, 2020, 11:46:13 PM
I think people need to understand the fact that there are more applications to blockchain than just cryptocurrency and digital assets creation. Blockchain is an innovative technology that can disrupt virtually every world's sector and as such the people that understands it's concept are already incorporating it's potentials in their line of services to create values that will make the world  a better place. Most of the outside world still see both cryptocurrency and the blockchain technology as thesame thing and the downtrends and fluctuation of the cryptocurrency market is really turning them off. I think the blockchain community needs to promote more of other things that blockchain can offers aside the creation of cryptocurrencies, that way we might see more massive adoption.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Traders need to learn on: April 06, 2020, 11:40:22 PM
Your mindsets determines what you see on a trade chart anytime

You are right, trading requires lots of learning. It's not a profession you can just jump into without understanding both the basic and the advanced concept of it. I have to say that always setting a good mindset goes a long way but putting at the back of your mind that the trade can go south makes you calculate your risk perfectly before jumping into a trade. A lot of things contributes to making profits in cryptocurrency and all of them plays a vital part, from the reading of the chat, to having perfect control of your emotions to knowing if the coin you're trading is a pump and dump coin and so on.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Best Project 2020, suddenly stopped! on: April 06, 2020, 11:34:19 PM
recently I saw the best prize projects in 2020 (INSURE) and tokens (SURE) already registered on the CoinmarketCap website.
- 1 SURE = $0.015725   Roll Eyes
but suddenly the project stopped for a reason??

How do you feel? especially for prize hunters who have participated in the Insure Project from the start?
why does a good project always end like this?

I think you need to be more specific when you say the project stopped because the project is still very much alive, only the boumty and few other activities got stopped which is a normal development flying around the cryptocurrency market. About being the best project of 2020, I've not really taken any moment to scout out the project but i can't really agree with you it's the best project of 2020 as we've not seen them deliver any tangible project that might have shook the whole market. However, with this long duration of the pandemic, i think we need to be prepared for any outcome as not every project will see the end of the tunnel.
