Hi All,
Still working my way through the PM's, I've recieved about 8 pages of requests and distributed to 89 people so far
Im receiving requests from accounts which have 0 activity and marked brand new but have been made 4/5 months before 1/2/17.
I'm inclined not to accept these as the giveaway is about forming a community and inactive members (possibly just the same person claiming over and over again) aren't what we are looking for here.
If the community disagrees with this then let me know but thats my reasoning for declining these.
You are in charge, community will entrust you with making the correct decision. Just know, that decision will hugely impact the communities confidence in the project going forward.  P.S. I think you did the right thing |

ok- true I sell 17500 XEL for 20K each why so cheap ? There was a guy wanted to buy 20,000 XEL for 30,000 Waves, that's about 30,000 Satoshi per XEL. Just FYI I think this is a fair price and win/win. I think at the moment there is nobody who would pay more. Maybe this will change when we hit exchange and buyers are realising that there are no cheap XEL Fair price is 2000 satoshi because it is 2.5 times more expensive than ICO, but Bitcoin tripled. It makes profit of 7 times. Ok, so now that we know the "fair" price. I would like to get my Supernode supply together at that price. Im going to put a BUY order on the thread at 2000 satoshis.... Ill buy as much as you want to sell until I run out of btc. TLDR: Selsonblue - BUY - All the XEL @ 2000 Satoshi each -- Because its fair! |

Yeah might get some extra exposure in the Marketplace at the least.  Minor slack update. The elastic slack now has a trello channel which will get auto-updates from the newly created trello board to track the development backlog. Just to reiterate, this is in preparation for managing feedback once the main-net is released. In my opinion, this is a must have for crypto projects that want to remain transparent, and empower the community to stay involved. Current ZCASH USD price is LESS than what it costs to mine a ZCASH. If your paying for electricity.... Keep that in mind if you are thinking of investing.... There is usually only a small window to get a coin at less than what it costs to mine imo... thats why I am making moves.

Final product, yeah probably not. But working product for sure.
Nonetheless, this is a great topic to discuss before the mainnet goes live. Collecting and prioritizing feedback for future development will be a tough task if there isn't an appropriate forum to handle it. I personally think Trello works great for development backlog tracking. Its transparent to the community, has a slack plugin, and best of all FREE!
I will continue looking into trello for the slack unless there is a better alternative.

Stopped by the Golem thread today and had a few people wanting to know the differences between Elastic and golem / other distributed computing projects. I still dont feel comfortable explaining the differences, even though I have a fair understanding of what XEL is going to offer. Tried to locate the chart i referenced previously for this info but failed in that effort.
Anyone have that link / info handy?

Elastic also seems to be a good option like Golem,but whats the major difference between two? If you check out the thread, the dev has given good comparisons between the project and every other project that is aiming to do similar things. The new website and some technical documentation is going to be released soon for elastic.
