141  Economy / Economics / Re: How to increase capital investment on: April 06, 2023, 08:50:55 AM
In my opinion, the easy thing that can be done to increase investment is to raise capital from third parties, we can value the business that we are running, then use a stock strategy, and sell about 35% to the public, of course, we need accurate calculations when we want to share it in shares.
Going public is one method to increase the capital, but it is a difficult course to take for a small cap company. A large cap on will go down the stock path anyway.

But the important thing is to reinvest existing capital into the company to grow its capital once it profits. This takes time and is a continuous process, giving out stocks and going into a public IPO and all are also a long term thought. Basically there methods but they are not get rich quick things.

Borrowing can be a temporary solution but debts keep getting piled on each other and then become difficult to clear.
I would guess that debt is only valid for a company, not a person unless it is a life changing thing. I have seen people around me getting debt to buy iphone, not as easy as buying one in USA here, so it's a luxury item, consider it like a expensive rolex watch if you live in the west, it's luxury item and people take a debt to buy one, and that is stupid if you ask me.

On the other hand companies can borrow money from banks, use it to open up another line for production, and make a bigger profit even with debt, that's what it is for. Or a person could take a loan, but to buy a house, and pay mortgage that is lower than their rent. That would make sense too.

Even their fans are always uproar on social media to fight over the "GOAT" title. lol.
I didn't think it would get there, but indeed the competition between these 2 players really felt both inside and outside the field. Precisely I want to see them become rivals again, I want to see these two players play in the same team before they leave the world of football or retire as players, it will be one of history where the two best players in the world will be in one team the same one.
I think that "is ronaldo or messi the goat" discussion benefits them the most. I mean these two players are so great that we only have their discussion and nobody else, which proves that even if you think one of them is the goat, that means the other is the second greatest player ever lived, isn't that amazing achievement?

I get that wanting to be the best is always great, and "second is the first loser" mindset works right now and that's something a bit better. But that doesn't change the fact that we do not end up with anything worse than that, it is second greatest player ever, and that's amazing for both of them. I love them both, and do not consider a competition, it is a viewing pleasure for me to see them both.
143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 05, 2023, 06:10:16 PM
One of the biggest games of the year is on tomorrow. ESPN will be showing the Lakers vs the Clippers and they are both currently sitting on each side on the play-in tournament with a tying record. There’s a good chance whoever wins tomorrow will be getting the final playoff spot in the west and leaving the other to face the play-in tournament.
That's a game we don't want to miss and let's see how they will gonna play their game against their former teammate Westbrook. As the Lakers continue winning their games these past few days, there is no reason for them to choke on this one unless WB and his new teammates will try their very best to stop them, and there's no doubt that this upcoming game will be like a game 7 in the western conference because no team wants to participate in the play-in tournament when they have a good chance like this to secure their spot in the NBA playoffs.
I think it's not going to be Westbrook that makes a difference between the teams. I mean he is a decent player there is nothing wrong with that, but we saw him play at Lakers for so long and he helped them with nothing at all, and won't help Clippers neither, but Clippers do have other good players that will help them for sure, that is good enough for them.

I think it's quite important to remember that this is a team that plays as well as you can hope for and they are ranked higher than Lakers as well. But this win will mean so much for Lakers considering they may not even be in the play-in tournament if they manage to win this game, and that's very big win.
144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin Was the Only Cryptocurrency? on: April 05, 2023, 05:10:04 PM
I've always thought about this and I think altcoins stagnate the growth of bitcoin to an extent.
A lot of people that lose money in crypto do so with altcoin because there are thousands of altcoins in the industry and you never really know which of them to invest in. The section of the public that have a negative view about cryptocurrencies has that misconception mainly because of altcoins.
Things will be much easier if bitcoin was the only cryptocurrency because bitcoin is reliable unlike a lot of altcoins that can just be worth nothing in the near future. Bitcoin, although volatile can be trusted, even if its value drops, you can rest assured that it will rise sooner or later can't say the same about all the altcoins out there.
But without altcoins, there is nothing for you to compare and realize that bitcoin is the best. People lose money investing in altcoins, it's their fault, we can't blame altcoins because if they don't have greed, no one can scam them. Like you, you know everything about altcoins, but you just focus and only invest in bitcoin, no shitcoin can trick you. It can be seen that it is people's greed that harms themselves, not the fault of altcoins or project creators. Interestingly, when we are greedy and when we fail, we like to blame others.
There is a saying in my nation for scammers that say "we only scam scammers", meaning those altcoin rugpulls? They scammed people who wanted to scam others to begin with. They thought they could make 1000x return, where did that money come from?

Other people, so they wanted to buy something from small and make a profit like everyone then that's fine, but they didn't want that, they wanted to make a profit without caring about the project at all, they wanted to basically scam someone that way, it's a scam they do not want to accept being a scam. So in the end, not altcoins are bad, but the bad ones are only taking money from the greedy people in the end anyway.
145  Economy / Speculation / Re: I missed the bottom or i have time to invest on: April 05, 2023, 04:25:31 PM
If you know technical analysis, market makers, and whales know it too.
That's what we call "manipulation" and small traders cannot do it. Their goal is to find where the stop loss of every small traders. If someone is using a candles stick patterns, they usually put their stop loss outside the pattern, because they thought that if the price go through it, they consider it as a invalidity. What they don't know is that this is only a method of Smart Money to get your money. Every strat you learn from mentors or strat that's not secret such as ICT and SMC concept, is also know by Smart Money that's why if we trade, we can feel that our strat is not working because of losses. But in reality all this strats are working, because there are many people who get rich using these strats. So it depends on how we execute the market and ofcourse the execution rely on your emotions.

Whenever I trade, I asked myself, "Will Smart Money make the same move as this?"
I think it is quite important to act as if a whale because the returns are the same. If you buy at 20k and sell at 22k, if you had 1 billion that becomes 1.1 billion, but if you had 100 dollars that became 110 dollars. You should act as if you are a whale and make a profit like them and that would be a good move for everyone, no matter how little you have.

However, if you end up with "I have 100 bucks, I need more return" and risk more, and do crazy moves, then you are not going to suddenly be rich, you are going to end up with a lot worse results and that should be scaring you away from it, I wouldn't want to be in that persons shoes when the market goes wrong.
146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 04, 2023, 08:38:21 PM
With Potter gone from Chelsea and Spurs sacking Conte, who do you think will be their new managers? There's Nagelsmann who is hot prospect and probably both teams will sought after him. Mauricio Pochettino still has a great fan following at Spurs and is a possibility. Brenden Rogers is freshly out of a job as well. While Arne Slot and  Roberto de Zerbi are also very sought after.
Former Barcelona and Spain national team coach, Luis Enrique, has also emerged as a leading candidate to fill the vacant coaching chair at Chelsea. The Spaniard is in contention for the job at Stamford Bridge, along with Julian Nagelsmann and Mauricio Pochettino. Apart from that, there are also rumors that The Blues are also approaching Diego Simeone and Zinedine Zidane.
Pochettino could be a good candidate because he managed PSG before and he won so many titles with them, so he knows how to win and what is required to build a good team. Sure, it's easy winning ligue 1 with PSG, that wasn't a tough job but at least he did it and that type of experience matters and I think it's important.

There isn't going to to be any team that doesn't want him, he will find himself a place for sure but he doesn't want to go to a terrible team, or a low level team, that would be bad after PSG and would make it harder for him to go to another big club. Imagine him managing PSG then some small town team, like sheriff that beat Real last year, and then come back and manage City, that's impossible. So if he goes from PSG to Chelsea or Spurs to City, that could make sense, that's what he must be aiming at.
147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: April 04, 2023, 04:48:14 PM
They both went to quarter finals of Europa League and honestly a few weeks before their first match in quarter final stage, Manchester United lost their good streak and started to lose their position in Premier League. From vague hope to chase Manchester City and Arsenal to face with risk to be beaten out of top four by Newcastle United and Tottenham.

Now they will have another risk when facing against Sevilla in Europa League where Sevilla are simply King with six titles won in their history. Recent weeks, Sevilla have good improvement in La Liga and they have actually become a stronger opponent for Manchester United with that rising form.
I think United could get it back, they had a few bad games but usually when good teams have a few bad weeks, usually that's followed by a good few weeks and that means if Newcastle starts to lose, or at least have a few losses until the end, United will cover that difference and go beyond again, and that's good enough.

Being third in this season is a good achievement if you ask me, it was the first year of their manager and they became third after such a terrible turmoil first few months. Arsenal is a great roadmap for United, look at how Arsenal slowly got better and better over course of few years, maybe United could follow those foot steps and be like that.
148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: April 04, 2023, 07:19:52 AM
AI's potential in the betting arena? Very very immense! No wonder, as it can dissect massive data sets in a heartbeat, equipping casinos and bookies with deeper insights into odds, probabilities, customer behavior, and tastes.

Fraud detection? Prevention? AI's already acing that game! Scrutinizing colossal data volumes, pinpointing patterns, and oddities—AI-empowered systems detect potential cheating or fraud, saving the gambling industry millions.

AI's next conquest? Revolutionizing client engagement and experience. Analyzing client data and predilections, AI crafts personalized experiences, bolstering loyalty and spurring revenue growth for casinos and sportsbooks.
I think you are overestimating the fact that AI can somehow manage to figure out the random. Random is random and that can't be figured out, there is no way, and if you are a casino then you can use AI for your benefit, but if you are a gambler there is no way that you can use it for your benefit at all, it would not be working properly at all.

I hope that people would be doing something that could benefit them in the long run with AI, like even medical stuff which could be pretty good, but obviously there is a big question mark of should it even be responsible for it. But the help would always be welcomed but when it comes to gambling? I do not think so.
149  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Predictions? on: April 04, 2023, 05:29:23 AM
Today there was another correction of around 3%, maybe most investors are profit taking because they see the market situation is not yet bull run and haven't been able to touch $30k for almost 3 weeks, of course they are worried if dumping happens again so sell at the current price let alone buy when the price is at under $20k is the best solution because you can earn more than 40% profit.
Weekly we are still in the green and that's what matters. I know not many people think of it that way but that's the reality. If you could end up with a bit of a good return here and there, weekly, that's the good thing. Sure daily there could be days that are not as great, but if I go up 10% today and go down 1% tomorrow, that's not bad, that's actually a good thing.

Look at the bigger picture and see how we are doing fine. In the end we are still above 28k price and that's what matters, we are not going down, not going down as in we are not at 25k or lower. Even anything above 26k is fine for me, as long as we are not under 25k, that's still better than last year and I am happy.
150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for a beginner, a reality in a difficult time? on: April 03, 2023, 03:04:43 PM
At this time, is it possible for a beginner to learn bitcoin,
Learning is possible at anytime that you are ready and prepared to commit to it. The first stage of learning is usually the most difficult time, where you are still trying to pick up understanding about what a subject talks about. When you pass that beginners stage, it becomes easier from there to continue to update your knowledge.

Learning something newly can be discouraging especially when it is difficult to grasp, but if you persist and do not get discouraged, you will finally have understanding.

Do not rush or hurry the learning process, give yourself enough time to read and understand.
I do agree that it would be feeling terrible at first, because you would feel like you are not going to understand anything at all. But when the time comes you are going to learn it very well and it won't become a problem.

I have to say that most people give up on the hardest part, which is the first curve, if you can go beyond that, you can be better than most people in a subject. It doesn't matter what the topic is, if you work 250+ hours on it, which is a lot and sounds like too much but that's only less than an hour a day for a year, then you would be better than 99% of the world on that topic. Just do that, focus, don't give up, and you would be great.
151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 03, 2023, 01:58:41 PM
Slowly the discussion will come up if Kyrie is actually a winner.

Before lebron returned to the Cavs they were really bad ( obviously without Kyrie they wouldn’t have won that chip though), in Boston he didn’t win anything, we all know what happened in Brooklyn also.

No doubt he is super talented but it seems that’s not enough.

Teams pay him a lot or trade previous assets for him just to get disappointed, this rental ( I doubt he will sign with the Mavs) was one of the worst deals for them in this era. Front office panicked to get Luka a co star and it totally failed .
They throw too much to get Kyrie and they left their defense wide open. No one is left in the Mavs to do the defense for them. They are now mostly offensive teams and we know in NBA that defense is very important and mostly, a defensive team has a better chance of winning than a mostly offensive team.
I think it is not about just Kyrie or not, Luka is mad that it has been a few years and not a single good player has been traded or signed. I mean that's normal, it has been a few years and we have seen a ton of teams make a ton of huge moves, get great players, release great players, and have a ton of trades while Mavs basically watched it all happening.

They got a few role players here and there that's true, like build the championship teams sidekicks that's right, but they needed 2 great players to make sure they can fight for a title and they didn't do it at all. I believe that we should be focusing the blame on Mark Cuban here a bit and not on Luka.
152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: April 02, 2023, 05:58:04 PM
Drive to Survive and the new owners Liberty Media definitely made some big changes and that is why it's getting this much attention. Plus, during the whole Senna or Lauda or even Schumi years, we didn't had social media, maybe later years of Schumi but it wasn't this global and widely used. Now? Now it's all fame and tik toks and tweets and all that, which makes it even bigger, plus the docuseries definitely made people feel like they are actually part of it, like they are on the inside, and learn more about it.

This is why I honestly believe that more and more teams will want to be part of it, and maybe not anytime soon because it would be too difficult, but we may look at a 30 team 30 week thing in the long future, like in 20-30 years.
Drive to survive definitely got a ton of new viewers without a doubt. I mean even the highlights on youtube is getting more views than it used to get and that's a big proof that it's improving. I wouldn't say 30 teams with 30 races, but maybe one day we can see about 15 or so teams, it is not a sport many can join, it's a very expensive one, and not as popular as most others, running a football club is cheaper unless you are Real Madrid of City or PSG, and yet it's not getting as much views and that's why not many want to join.

A few more teams can start, ford, audi, andretti, those type of teams can maybe start, but I doubt it would be over 15 teams, highly doubt that. I think 12 is an ideal number, with about 24 races that's ideal in my mind.
153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: April 01, 2023, 06:08:02 PM
This is the first time we see three countries hosting the world cup and 48 countries the world cup, we should wait for 2026 to see the result of the decision of FIFA, I know it can decrease the quality of the 2026 world cup so I'm not a fan of the increasing number of the teams but in the same time it will increase the community of the world cup by letting three countries host the world cup and it can have benefits in the other hand.
The level of the World Cup has long lagged behind club football, and in fact we will see interesting games starting from the quarterfinals. Although this bunch of participating countries and a bunch of host countries creates an atmosphere not of a serious competition, but of some kind of carnival. From the point of view of entertainment, it's probably cool - but only if you go there live, but I won't watch most of the games of this tournament even for money.
I think manager issue is the biggest issue there and we need managers who run both club and national team to make that happen again. Because we see managers who only manage national teams, and those guys have like maybe 10-20 games a year at most, whereas club ones have like as much as 60 depending on which teams manager they are.

So national teams do not really pay that well, plus managers don't want to sit at home for 3 months to watch their players in clubs. If we can convince people like pep to manage Spain, or Mourinho to Portugal etc etc, while managing the club as well, that would be a good idea for sure. I think it would bring a lot of success to national teams, and more fun as well.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the altcoin go up in price if the bitcoin price goes up? on: April 01, 2023, 02:22:03 PM
As far as I can see right now, it doesn't seem like bitcoin's rise has had as big an impact as it used to have on all altcoins.
I just noticed the increase in bitcoin at this time has the most impact on the top 10 altcoins, correct me when I'm wrong
I think that's because the rise of Bitcoin is only small but usually, altcoins only follow once we are on the real bull run or when Bitcoins value have fully recovered and reach a new all time high. On situations like this, when there is still a bear market, cryptos might move independently. Sometimes we can see that BTC is increasing and altcoins are still down but there are times that altcoin is rising and BTC is left behind.

We are not bothered with it though because we know that BTC can always catch up later on and will take the lead once again. We are only happy and proud when altcoins are rising on their own because we rarely see it happens.
155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: March 31, 2023, 08:10:41 PM
I think it is not about who wins or who loses but who follows this up better. I mean the winner of this game would definitely be doing better for short period of time, but if you win this game and lose the next 3 games, whereas the other team loses this game and wins the next 3 games, then what's even the point?

This means that winner is not as important as consistency. We have seen PSG lose to many teams this season, and yet they are leading the league, why? Because they have been consistently good and rarely bad. Troyes looks to be consistently the same, and Auxerre doesn't look consistent, one day they are great, one day they are terrible, it's volatile just like crypto lol.
156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: March 31, 2023, 07:21:04 PM
I know what Ten Hag is upto, the Europa league is a target for Ten Hag which will be Manchester United second to win in  the season. Manchester United have more capacity in winning Sevilla by comparing the strength of the two team for the season,  Sevilla with their present form is not going to be challenge for Manchester United not to win  the game. Manchester United will end up winning the game with several goals.
That would be a good ending for them wouldn't it? Last year they had one of the lowest points in their history, a low rank too, and then just a year later with a new manager they would have third in the premier league (probably) and also europa cup, which is the biggest they could have won considering they weren't in the UCL to begin with.

All in all I would say that Tan Hag definitely managed to turn the ship around and that is a good thing for their future as well. At least they now have a manager that knows what he is doing and that is an important thing. I personally feel like a situation where it would be a big win for them in the end like Arsenal has, just needs time.
157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 31, 2023, 06:51:04 PM
Benzema extended his contract with Real Madrid but he is not a young player and there is not any benefit for Real Madrid if you ask me, because he is 35 right now and getting old in this team also time after time he gets injured more than the previous season in Real Madrid which mean his performance in decreasing, I guess real Madrid will start seeking for younger players soon.
How quick are we to dispose of players like that? This dude won ballon d'or just last year, and within span of one season you start to think he is too old to not sign again? I would not be in support of that, I think he is a great player and that is why it would be smart to just sign him for a few more years at least until it becomes "obvious" that he can't play.

This season he has been injured a few times and missed some games, but on the games he played he was still a good striker that they needed. They do not have anyone to replace him neither, they aimed at Mbappe and if they got him then I would agree that Benzema is no longer needed, but they have nobody else now.
158  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What have you got rid of to accumulate Bitcoin on: March 31, 2023, 12:58:24 PM
I still do not think that land is a way to go because land is a limited thing as well. Think about it this way, you can print more fiat, you can even print more stocks, or you can even find more gold in the world and mine it, sure there is a limit to gold as well so I will agree with that, but bitcoin is like the land, it's limited and there are only a few good places left to buy as well, sure you can buy at a bad place and hope it gets more crowded overtime, but the good ones are already occupied.

This is why selling off a land plot is not a good idea, when you have it, keep it and you would be doing a lot better in the future as well, that will gain value like crazy.
That is a good approach based on which nation you live in and where this land is located. I know for a fact that lands where I live is very valuable and I wouldn't sell the land I would ever own here (not that I would ever afford to own land here) because its a multi million populated huge city, and land here could build like 2-3 big apartments, and go for at least 10 million dollars.

However, I also know a friend who lives in a very segregated area, a rural area, and the lands there go for so little that you can buy one with one salary, its really worthless and won't even be worth more than a few months salary at most in the future as well. So this logic depends on where the land is.
159  Economy / Gambling / Re: British Horse Racing - With Prediction To Win on: March 31, 2023, 09:38:21 AM
The Digital Price: £30,000.00. Negotiable.

British Horse Racing - Using Video Game Display - Tells The Winner of a Real Horse Race  During a Race.

The Video Display and Secret Technique gives the winner of the race before the race finishes -

100 % correct cheat code in game. Displays code for 5 seconds (for a real horse race via the video game monitor, which means you have to be fast to place a bet before odds dissappear.)
I don't understand what could we do with those informations because bets on horse racing are usually closed before the start of the races. So where we would be able to place our bets, even if your tips are reliable and accurate? There are bookmakers allowing live bets on those races, really? Could you name them here please, because it's the first I hear about that.
What I understand is, he is selling a cheat code for a real horse game? He thinks it was like a video game where we can cheat it and we will now own the game lol. Even if it was an arcade horse racing game (the digital one) I do not think there is such thing as cheat codes. How you will enter online? If we are talking about a physical machine.

You will need to open the cabinet and bring some tools with you to hack the game which is too risky because there might be CCTV's around and there's also security and other gamblers playing on the area. Why can't we just be honest and play the game in a fair way? We can still be lucky and experience to win this way.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is the next altcoin season? on: March 30, 2023, 06:55:49 PM
There are some market signals that I think people can tap into about the btc/alt dom, but keep in mind no one can predict exactly when the next altcoin cycle will be due. However, if you are looking to convert part of your altcoin into Bitcoin, you can consider allocating this amount in installments and do the conversion gradually. The cryptocurrency market tends to move in cycles, with bullish and bearish rallies intertwined. This cycle typically lasts from a few months to several years and is influenced by various factors such as technology developments, global events and market sentiment.
Op can even join telegram groups where he will be getting signal about the market next movement which can be very profitable to him. The market is a always reacting moving from up to down. The best way that we can understand the market movement is possibly by learn the market movement and how the market previous pattern can tell us something about the whole market direction. Op can check few posts here that is meant for market predictions and how the next bullish market will come to play out.
I agree that it is logical to follow the market based on peoples reactions, but do not invest based on what the telegram signal channels are saying because half of them are wrong. They just put in some signals for certain indicators and when that's it the signal goes out but there is no guarantee that those signals would be actually signals of price going up, it just means the indicator level was hit like the owner asked and that's it.

Like BB is under 20, sure that's good but doesn't mean it has to go up, and yet the signal will go out anyway. Just make sure what people are saying and how hyped they are, or how desperate they feel, based on that you could make a prediction.
