So has anyone else noticed that someone is literally sitting on the nav market and trying to make the price rise? They only buy and sell a few nav to make the last trade look better than it is at first glance. But unless you are stupid you will look at the order buy and sell books before you buy / sell. I may be new at mining but I'm not new at trading stocks My read on this is that someone has a big stash thats not on the order books yet they want to dump "soon" but the price isn't high enough. Or to put it another way…. an exit strategy for someone. Just an observation…. I think your are going to far with your speculation. There in no buying support becuase most people have tactic wait and see. Also selling side is poor becuase there is no sense to put big sell orders for example on 500 sat. Noone will buy much coins for this price unless we have some news, if we have some news price will go much higher. End of story. Dev probably still working on updates. @ginger ninja: who knows nothing is impossible here.. @blackened515: sorry i am going to hate the word "probably" in this thread.. don't know it looks like everyone does not know anything.. give me some good news, or wait just any news, or yes of course just nothing  edit song i dont like .. |

Newbie got depression  Mate we all on same boat, all crypto is a risk, always invest amount you can lose. haha  i can loose this amount, but the ignorance from the dev team is annoying me and last but not least i can't even withdraw my ******* navs from chunkypools. and i get depressions here but fortunately i don't got it already |

It is hard for me not to post in big letters, because the vast majority of members are posting negative comments, even while the DEV is working - it is just that people want to ruin everything, there are people that just hold others back. The truth is that soopy gets seriously irritated by the negativity of members - it scares him away. HE HAS EVEN COMPLAINED TO ME ABOUT THIS ON MANY OTHER OCCASIONS. It seems that cryptos have hidden costs, like computers, costs of running servers, etc. We cannot imagine how badly our Dev was worn out after the double spend attack. I know man, I have actually laughed a few times cause I can see how hard it is for you:-) It's all good bud, I can tell you are a good dude and mean well or I probably would not have bothered. We shouldn't need to fear soopy running though over fud, it is an avoidable inevitability with every coin. He is phenomenal in his work as a dev, but he also needs to harden up to that crap or he will failing around every corner in this world of crypto. That is what I see him doing though so I am not concerned anymore with that. Sometimes bro, ya gotta just ignore em instead of letting them get to your emotions and I think that is what it says a lot when you yell your words. Your essentially giving them what they want, where as if you just lightly brush em off calmly sharing your opinion it would I think give them less reason to continue the fud! I have mixed cards on one rig and if I try to set in config "algorithm" : "bitblock,bitblock,bitblockold" miner just ignore it, build ckolivas kernel and start with it suggestion? I have the same problem, my 2 cards R9-280x and 6950 won't mine, always the complete computer freezes (only "bitblock" setted) or when i try with only "bitblockold" i got only rejects. But mining x11 for example works without problems. |

sorry for the maybe stupid question but:
i have a cold wallet which i made, is it in any way affected by the recently hard fork, should i do something or can the wallet stay cold as it actually is? I saw same coin-swaps where you had to transfer your coins to exchanges and so on, therefore the question, because i'm not sure what is the difference between a hard-fork and a coin-swap-fork.

It should be fine, no need to open it in a newer version of the wallet until you want to access your coins. The wallet.dat file doesn't change. Of course if you use your coins a lot, moving them around, etc... you'll want to update your wallet.dat file more often, but if it's just in cold storage, there is no need to worry about saving new account numbers being used, etc... thank you very much for the info |
