141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How would you measure your success in Crypto currency on: July 15, 2023, 07:01:08 AM

I know most of the government's are not favoring this but in upcoming years you will see the green signal for crypto as well.

That's right, if I'm not mistaken the country of Indonesia is preparing to launch a national cryptocurrency exchange this month, which will be the only platform for crypto transactions in the country and the stakeholders/Regulators there are finalizing the selection of companies to carry out trading. Of course, this is also good news because Indonesia's population is very large, namely 278.69 million people in mid-2023.
142  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin be trusted? on: July 15, 2023, 06:52:38 AM
A friend of mine came to me and we were having a conversation and I was trying to introduce he to the forum, but he turns out that I was asked if I really trust and believe in bitcoin it will never crash like other cypto industry.

Well, what do you think now fully believe or re-observation. I think, your friend is smart, that way your curiosity will arise and a desire will be born to know more and more deeply about the performance of the market, especially BTC. What is certain is that you need to remember that the crypto market is volatile and can happen at any time and turn green quickly.
143  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will you sell...next bull run? on: July 15, 2023, 06:45:54 AM
Everyone is saying they will sell next bull run and if we get a bull run and Bitcoin looks like it might break the ATH or even $100K many will basically get greedy and not sell a thing and it’ll reverse and head back down.

This happened back in 2017 when people said they would sell when it broke $20K, it came close but never broke it. Then when it hit $69K they wanted to sell at $100K because it was going so fast it looked like it was guaranteed and hence why it reversed.

Next bull run will be very similar.

Exactly, once and Hodl's words were only mouthed and could not resist withdrawing the initial capital. The history that you convey indirectly gives direction and meaning where. and of course it goes back to the typical and investment models that individuals use Hold or release when the time is right. again like you say " Next bull run will be very similar.".
144  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cz or the Sec who would you support? on: July 15, 2023, 06:35:09 AM
That is a massive winning for cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. Many cryptocurrency companies and projects can celebrate this winning together with Ripple XRP no matter they like Ripple or don't like Ripple.

Don't be optimistic just yet, watch and read news developments. That right, if you saw yesterday, people were very FOMO and enthusiastic saying that XRP would soon go to its ATH. and did you know that the SEC also filed an SEC review of the judge's ruling on Ripple, the court's finding that under certain circumstances, the offering and sale of XRP tokens by Ripple violated securities laws. and the Court also rejected Ripple's argument regarding fair notice, which held that ignorance was not a defense against securities law violations.
145  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic problem, why is fiat difficult to hold. on: July 15, 2023, 06:27:20 AM
It's difficult to hodl fiat if you're the type of person that loves impulsive buying, shopping online, always eating outside, buying branded clothes and shoes, etc. In order to spend your money on the right things, you have to be matured enough to endure your thoughts on buying the things you want, instead focus on the things you need. Keep track on your expenses, budget your fiat, only buy things you wanted if you really have extra cash for it and don't do it always.

And that is one way to fight the name of waste where unnecessary budget slots are removed, I think it's pretty good if applied. But what is called desire is sometimes beyond our own reasoning and sometimes unstoppable. Saying it is easy, but if you do it, it feels a bit difficult, especially if someone's type of life is already glamorous
146  Economy / Economics / Re: How do banks generate income? on: July 15, 2023, 06:21:40 AM
I don't think the major reason why the government  is fighting this is because of dominance, well I'm only speaking from my personal point of view especially  about my country and the reason I think the government  of my country  is fighting  Bitcoin  and cryptocurrency at large is to avoid  the several cases of untraceable scam transactions through bitcoin since bitcoin  transactions  can't be track.
I also got a popular  bitcoin  enthusiast in my country talking about bitcoin  and cryptocurrency  at large and he also explained and made me understand  that the government  of my country isn't fighting  these cryptocurrencies per say but what they're doing is avoiding been associated  with bitcoin  and anyone doing this, should  be doing it at their own risk without wanting the government  fight for them in case there is scam, fault or complications with the transactions.

Well, taking advantage of bitcoin's intrinsic anonymity is necessary. But, the question is why your government is doing it and the answer is that it's all to avoid unhealthy transactions, misuse and so on. that's why it's no wonder that regulations are tightened because they are unable to track bitcoin transactions.

My personal opinion is not the dominance that is seen there, but they want to know more about the technology that is in BTC and they only use their special rights to easily enter and monitor it.
147  Economy / Economics / Re: Things you should know about Money mindset on: July 15, 2023, 06:08:40 AM
[3] Spend to earn - You also need to have a mindset that is not just saving or saving or always relying on free money just to increase your money. But it's true that the aforementioned are important, But if you want to earn a lot, it usually comes at a price. Because you are investing for yourself and your future, that is why it is also spent and time is really taken.

They say "The more you learn is the more you EARN." So don't beat yourself up because that's for yourself too. If you want to learn something, buy a book, or watch youtube videos and type what you want to know. Attend seminars or study to increase value in any marketplace.

And for that to happen, I think you need to invest in equipment, such as laptops, mobile devices or gadgets that can help you develop yourself.

Capital determines results, but in my opinion if it is mismanaged it will be another story. Yes. investing requires courage and strong capital support and will be successful if combined with strong experience and analysis. I agree with you that the increase in asset estimates may have a price and does not just happen without a reason.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi hacks [history] on: July 08, 2023, 01:27:34 PM
Sometimes i seen somewhere the Defi hacks and finally i,m really satisfied about Defi hacking news from this post and best way to knowing as well always is better than others news.

It is very sad to read the series of events presented by zasad@ (OP). Of course there are many answers. we have to choose a good platform, store private keys to be safe and so on for let alone for ordinary people. If it's a disaster, even people who understand will also be affected if they have invested because it is safe at the start.

I think this is what a lot of people fear, saving then investing in crypto ends up being a tug of the rug and in vain. so, if this is the condition, who will be held responsible and blamed.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pi Network is under investigation in Vietnam on: July 08, 2023, 01:16:30 PM
In my country Indonesian, Pi Network growing faster because many people start mining with this project almost last three years and keep exist until right now. I don't know what happen in their mind with Pi Network have higher consensus price more than Bitcoin, its difficult how to make Pi Network member understand about how many years waste their time by clicking adds every day to earn Pi Network coins and can't expected or listed on the market right now.

But have good news for Pi Network are disappointed waiting consensus price, has some black market want to buy this coins but cheapest price under $1 and right now my friend still want to buy with this coin but sell to member in other country.

Yes. Each country has a different point of view. it's good to be a beginner. If we look at their biggest complaint, the KYC process is difficult and long. One thing that makes it widely used is the news that always displays PI news, it won't be long now... and it will overtake BTC. It may sound funny but what can I say, those who understand crypto are dominant if i see.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoin for bitcoin on: July 08, 2023, 01:10:31 PM
With so many stablecoins for fiat dollars, bitcoin cannot break away from dollars. Maybe if you want to support bitcoin more and have bitcoin as the main base, is it possible to create a stablecoin for bitcoin?

I thought why it exists, Let Bitcoin Stand Alone, means that Bitcoin should remain separate from fiat currencies and stablecoins the reason for my value Bitcoin lies in its unique characteristics as a decentralized cryptocurrency and limited supply. Well, what's the correlation, By maintaining its independence from stablecoins, Bitcoin can serve as a true alternative to traditional fiat currencies and maintain its role as a hedge against economic uncertainty. I'm headed there.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why people are always interested in altcoins on: July 08, 2023, 01:01:32 PM
My main reason is bitcoin will not give me another chance to make bunch of money. You need lots of fund to make money from bitcoin while you can do that even with small amounts of money through altcoins. These days people were massively seeking profit from investing their money into the altcoins. i think that you shall aware that if the fact that if these days altcoins can give you more than bitcoin. Even if you were not a part of early adopters and you can still make like a few hundreds percents in less than a month which is good.

and what is not possible in this crypto. what is certain is that if you have more and more money, if you can, all the coins/tokens listed on the trading platform that we have listed are all there. I used to be like that too. meaning that if one of them goes down someone helps the other coin, for example a small pump. It's also called investment, you have to plant a lot if you want to harvest a lot.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunter is considered as investors with a big patience. on: July 08, 2023, 12:54:23 PM
A bounty hunter is not typically considered an investor, as their work is focused on collecting bounties rather than investing capital for financial gain. However bounty hunters do require patience as they often have to spend long periods of time tracking down their targets and waiting for the right moment to make an arrest. In many cases, bounty hunter must also have a high level of skill and expertise in order to be successful in their work. This may involve knowledge of the legal system, investigative techniques, and physical combat skills. While there may be some similarities between the patience required by investors and that required by bounty hunters, the two profession are quite different in terms of their goals and methods.

At first glance it is true and it is possible that one of the many bounties will buy the project he is participating in as an addition to his investment portfolio with the condition that he has seen the big potential ahead. This means indirectly he is also an investor but in a small category. Yes. it is true that what you convey requires expertise in citing a campaign. whatever that is.
153  Economy / Economics / Re: Has the popularity of bitcoins reduced interest of people in stocks? on: July 08, 2023, 10:16:45 AM
His name alone is also any human fickle in the choice to determine the investment. what's important is that it's safe and comfortable and I think it's not much different and the direction of investing in stocks is really well-known & the fundamentals are strong and focused. for crypto it is speculative but it is challenging adrenaline. if it fits, you can get a potential coin / token and enter from the start. yes. get ready to be a SULTHAN. For BTC specific investment I probably don't need to say more.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin is more green? on: July 08, 2023, 10:05:29 AM
First everyone good coin in your list Cry You may have to wait longer for the green light. Because at this time the market of altcoins is not affecting the investors. Besides, the crypto market can change at any time just need hype and is aimed at big investors.
As a small investor I can never say when the green market will come because I think it is all controlled by investors.

Well if you meant that there are manipulations from behind, then yeah, it's no secret that there are investors who can do that, they can collude with each other to pump and dump a certain project to make them money. But this is also practice to those coins that might be below in rankings, but in the top 10-20 it's going to be very difficult to accomplished that.

As for the reasons when the market goes green,

a, bitcoin is going up, and so altcoin market is thriving
b. there is a good news in the altcoin like in ETH that can also spill down to the market itself.

Yeah. This 2 (Two) correct reasons and are currently showing evidence and can be seen and monitored from previous price movements. For the pint above, it is very possible, but we cannot see the method and pattern. Only from the price, we can assume that there are large funds coming in and going out when both happen.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 4 Altcoins to look at in 2023 on: July 08, 2023, 10:00:47 AM
For me, amongst those on the list, I only have Ethereum in my portfolio, I have nothing against the 3 of them, but for me it's better to stick to where I have been profiting in the last couple of years as I investors.

So no complains here, if you have them, then good, might be good to add BNB or ADA, obviously, this two I have as well because again, in the last bull run, it also get me a good profit so I will just repeat the process till the next bull run.

From some of what you mentioned, it feels like Cardano (ADA) is a potential coin going forward, even this hasn't been talked about much in  the next bull run.. I think it's better to prepare from now, with my asumsion  the price is still very cheap. For ETH and BTC and BNB it is very clear.
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we just invest in any altcoin? on: July 08, 2023, 09:42:33 AM
Now my question is, do we just invest an altcoin to take advantage of the opportunity to make some x in return?
Because I know altcoin rarely survive the dip maybe after bull run.

I think you already have a name for the X coin that you wrote above and of course it's good and worth investing in. During an uptrend, it is very important to be careful because many low-quality projects flood the market, aiming to capitalize on the enthusiasm of investors and benefit from positive market sentiment. This surge in new projects increases the risk of encountering fraud or unsustainable ventures. It should also be noted that for altcoins, there is an inherent risk of volatility, being more vulnerable to market downturns than established cryptocurrencies.
157  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are you still buying? on: July 08, 2023, 09:37:17 AM

And yes I agree with you, from the predictions I've been seeing online, the next bull run will really shock most people. Especially those that are sleeping on bitcoin
Next bitcoin movement will really shock everyone but I don’t know if bitcoin will just pump from $26k to $50k overnight, bitcoin price movement is always gradually and we shouldn’t just expect a massive pump overnight. Most people that haven’t invested in bitcoin due to one or two reasons, they will be surprise  when the bull run start, nobody know when the bull run is coming, but we are just hoping it will be soon, it’s really going to shock most people because most people are still expecting bitcoin to dump more before investing.
I saw a thread on this forum where someone predicted the next bull run to be sometime around mid 2024, I'm still yet to make research on this.

I don't know, but I don't really see bitcoin going any lower than 25k. So people that are waiting on bitcoin to drop are just wasting their time. The next bull run I coming soon, and bitcoin will continue to rise gradually till that time.

The cryptocurrency market has experienced minor volatility including a drop in the price of Bitcoin in the last 1 day and price BTC now $30.252. This volatility can create uncertainty and doubt among potential buyers. For traders I don't think this is an obstacle instead this is a good moment to collect more of their coins/tokens and for those who buy at a high price this is cause for concern because a lot of user assets are at stake on platforms that have problems with the SEC.
158  Economy / Economics / Re: Try to save money while you still can, will you ? on: July 08, 2023, 09:31:58 AM
As a friend, I am trying to help him as much as I can and meanwhile, I am planning to save more money to prepare for the unexpected challenges in my life. What about you ?

In My mind, Supporting your friend during this difficult time is very important, both emotionally and by providing information and assistance. It's important to save money while you still can, especially given the rising cost of living and the potential for unexpected challenges in life. I understand that your friend recently lost his job, and it can be tough.

In such situations, Maybe it is important to prioritize immediate financial needs, reduce unnecessary expenses, and seek other alternative sources of income if deemed necessary.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why people are always interested in altcoins on: July 08, 2023, 09:26:15 AM
Allot coin is an unforeseeable future. This coin can make you a big man in few days. Again it can make you a fakir in few hours. So it has more ricks. Many people use this method to become big man.

True, it's best to rely less on blind luck than on sound judgment. As you said. It is true that some altcoins can generate huge profits in a short time, but there are no guarantees although in practice there are still people willing to take high levels of risk in the hope of maximizing their profits if we look at every trading platform. BTC the best option.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin's comeback on: July 08, 2023, 09:18:46 AM

But can Litecoin outperform Bitcoin or is Litecoin dead in your opinion?

This was i see, The LTC halving on August 5, judging from the experience of the two previous halvings, shows a downward trend in the value of LTC after the halving. I don't think that now is the right time to assume that LTC will overtake BTC although Litecoin technology development, wider adoption, and the development of the crypto ecosystem as a whole could have a positive impact on the value of LTC going forward.
