One thing the EPL is famous for is manager taunts in the lead up to matches , and as the Season Opener Charity Shield is set to take place, Arsene Wenger has been off the mark early after claiming Manchester City signings were not straight forward. Well, that has set tone for an epic encounter. Here are some of the lines for this match, lots more can be found at at www.anonibet.com.

How long does it take to process a bet after the game ended? Do i need to wait 24 hour for a single bet to be confirmed? Cant even imagine withdraw request. That might take decades...

Dear oscarftw,

Bets are graded automatically as soon as the results have been confirmed in the system. Sometimes it may take more time for some bets to be graded due to the delay of official confirmation of results, but this is very rare. Please visit our Live Support with full details, they will assist you further.

John

Quick question

As you can see from the image below (click to enlarge if needed) the count down timer says 75' yet the game progress bar says 80'. Which is right?

Thank you for noting the inaccuracy in the game progress bar, I will check in the forthcoming games if it was only this game affected or it is for all games because the last time I had a check, it was working well. In the event that there is a malfunction, I will have it fixed by IT.

Regards,

John

Question about the live betting.  How do I see my live betting open bets?  It always seems to say I do not have any single open bets even though it shows that the funds were moved to "live betting."  Thanks.

Edit - also, you don't offer spread betting for tennis? wow that's surprising, you have so many options but no spread, that's pretty standard.

Dear jjc326,

I assume you are familiar with much of what i will explain here but for the benefit of others, i will provide a detailed explanation on how to track your live bets when placed.
First, when you click on the History page,

You will be directed to this page:

When you place live bets, they do not immediately appear in the account movement, but when you click on Open Bets, then "Show" button, you will see all the bets you have placed. Please ensure that you have marked the Live Betting button.

Along with these question not being answered...

In case you missed it, all the answers are within the thread. The reason why you and your lot are not satisfied and will never be is that there is no further truth than that has already been posted. Our players are happy, and that is what the contest was about. You never took part in the contest, if at all you had desires of being a contest moderator, you should have approached us during the contest. To even prove some shallowness on your thinking, If we had used our employees in the contest, then why would we then announce that the Unlucky loser prize of 2 BTC was not awarded.  Please take time to read and understand situations before coming here with baseless accusations.

John

I looked at the terms and conditions and I saw there were a bunch of rules for specific sports but I didn't see anything for tennis regarding what happens when a player retires.  How much of a match must be played before ML bets are counted?  Generally it's either 1 point, or 1 set, or the whole match.  I assume spread bets must have the entire match completed to count.  Thanks

AnoniBet follows the Standard International VOID Rule in Tennis. Therefore all flat bets are void in the event that a player retires. In the case of live bets, the  bets will be graded up to the previous set. In the event of rain delays, medical timeouts or match suspensions, the bets will remain valid for 48 hours , after which they will become void.

Regards,

John
