According to my perspective, a person should hire a person based on experience, skills, and education related to the respective business, not based on gender because a business is run only on work if a women work more than a man and gives a higher profit then I think she should deserve to stay in the business. But maybe there were some situations where we need to decide who is best for it. For example, if I started my business in a rural area and is far away from the city then I prefer the man to keep him instead of the woman for the security of women and my profit but if needed for my work in the office then I will choose the one is better in qualification and experiences. |

I think UK boomers are like most Western First World country boomers. Those who are lucky to have good health live a very nice, comfortable life. They retired at a normal age, don’t have to work until they’re near dead to pay bills & they bought their home like 40-50 years ago for far, far less than it is currently worth. In many ways it’s so much harder for young people to succeed than it was for boomers.
I feel this boom wasn't only in the UK, I've heard of similar stories in my country Nigeria where the older generation people use to talk about the good old days they use to enjoy, where they basically got free education, affordable social amenities life then general was easy for them. I feel maybe they had fewer population then and government could easy budget for the people. Currently I think population growth has skyrocketed and government on their own side are trying to fend for the huge population we have at hand. I agree with you, I also heard from my older that their old time was too good. I think they were missing their young age but in reality, they were missing the good economy of a state. I think at that time the population was too small because of the two greats wars and when the government was established it was easier to give all the necessaries of life at a very cheap price and job as well but in today's time the population is too high and of course, immigrants is also a big challenge so it is very difficult to provide a job to every person but if a state is not able to provide the job then what will we do a common man? |

If we see the history of Bitcoin, then it's pretty easy to see how Bitcoin recovered its price. It would take time to recover, but eventually it did. So at the end of the day, holders don't need to be regretful. I am talking about Bitcoin, not about any other altcoin. Because even though the Bitcoin price has recovered, many altcoins haven't recovered yet. Even those who bought Bitcoin at the top in the last bull run, I believe they are almost recovered. If they are still holding, they will be in profit within a couple of months. Bitcoin has given us a costly lesson that holders won't regret. But somehow the Australian team is also a stronger one and can not be easily beaten. Just think about how their bowlers grabe the Bangladesh batsman and did not allow them to make more runs.
I don't think it is fair to say that Bangladesh bad performance is only because of coaches. Coaches do play a part in how well a team does but the skills and abilities of individual players also matter. It is not right to blame only coaches without thinking about how well players are doing and what they are thinking. We should also remember that the Australian team is really strong with good bowlers. Instead of blaming anyone, it would be better to look at what needs to improve and work on getting better skills and strategies. Every team has tough times and it is important to learn from mistakes but Bangladesh still not focusing on it. Sir, you are right and I accept that the skills and capabilities of individual players are more matter but I think the teaching and strategies of a coach are even more important than individual player's skills how let me explain. We know that when a players come to a team he or she does not know enough to jump into the field and after coach training, he or she can express their skill and what they learn from the coach. So basically it's a coach who is responsible for the the player's performance. There are a lot of examples in the cricket world that choch decisions causing the failure of the team like South Africa lost a match in 2019 and all criticize the choch for his poor management and selection. |

I read many of the opinions of users who are experts in gambling or nearly to becoming expert in it and all of them suggested working on your pridiction because it creates more fun in the Gambling second if you don't believe in your skills and decisions than how will you succeed in the betting. You all are right but I think maybe the OP just wants to clarify itself. Sometimes when you are making a decision there is a small fear in the mind about whether it will work or not and for that reason they go to the pridiction site and figure out how much other people did the same pridiction and in that way, he believes that his pridiction may be workable. However, depending on the other person's decision, especially in gambling will be destructive for you so my view is to do your analysis and then make a pridiction based on your analysis without the fear that it will work or not maybe a couple of times it will not work but soon you will expert in it.
