145  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Koja kartica za bankomat? on: March 04, 2024, 08:55:19 AM

146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it time now to use Premium VPN when playing in the casino? on: March 03, 2024, 04:51:25 PM

It's in no ones interest to ban legit players who contribute to the business, but it also depends on what you guys are doing.

If you're just playing with your own routines, credit cards and games, everything will be done in the background regarding checks, the matrix will not flag you since it can see that you're from the same city/street/household, no one will get into trouble. Imagine people gaming from a hotel room or a resort, they are all on the same IP, but the matrix isn't triggered because it sees different account details, gameplay patterns and funding sources. I also used to play online poker with newly registered friends in the same room and operators wouldn't mind it since the reg data was legit.

So if you're not doing anything shady, don't worry about the same IP, friends connecting and playing on the same wi-fi and so on.

However, if you're both registering at the same time and trying to abuse the betting or bonus mechanic from the same IP, and additionally using store bought debit cards or random crypto wallets, then yes, you'll get banned.

Did I help you with your research and do you need any further guidance or info?

Just asking because I'm getting frustrated by all the random replies that are there just to bump up their gambling post count, it's just random jibberish at this point, and if your question was answered I would love to see this thread locked.
148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it time now to use Premium VPN when playing in the casino? on: March 02, 2024, 05:43:21 PM
@SirJohnVonSlotty can you help us to clarify this. So far I’m still confused on the general stand of the casino in regards of using VPN. What if VPN use this way, Same country IP just to protect for possible unintentional multiple account violation?

Ofc, I'm gonna speak plainly.

If you're on an unlicensed or curacao licensed brand (or equivalent), as long as you're not activating the money laundering matrix (e.g. depositing large amounts from different credit cards) and as long as you're playing in the casinos favor, no one is going to do anything. However, as soon as the first big win hits, and you want to get money out of the casino, they will trigger KYC, and if you registered with a German IP, but your documents are from Netherlands, they will just refund you the funds that you've placed on that winning bet (just the winning bet, not everything historically that you've lost, they will gladly take that), and then close your account. Remember, casinos are here for entertainment, not for giving out money to every player. If the business model would be to give out every anon player $100 + a kiss on the forehead, they would quickly go bankrupt. The business model is to entertain you, and charge you for that.

If you're on an MGA licensed brand, you will not get close to serious deposits without KYC, and they have methods of knowing if you're using a VPN or not. There's a bulk list (and several providers for them) that show which IP addresses common VPN's use, and you can be triggered as a VPN user easily. It costs money and resources, so usually only larger operations have this. The main reason that they have it is because they want to comply with the various governements as much as possible so that when they open up to other operators (like Netherlands just did) the government will check their books, see that they never operated illegally on their market, and grant them a license there.

So, just a recap:
#1. The operator has ways of knowing if you're on a VPN or not
#2. Depending on the license and legality of their business, they might keep you unverified if you're lucrative to the business. Again, casinos are here for entertainment, with just a handful of winners.
#3. As soon as you're asking for withdrawals, they can figure you out through a KYC, close your account and refer any questions to the TOS.
#4. If you're, let us say, from Germany, using a German VPN IP, and playing on a German online casino, usually nothing will happen even if they KYC you.

Last week I was traveling around London and entered a few steak houses just to see slot machines and people fighting for "who's gonna go next", one poor fella spent a good 30 mins and god knows how much money, with a theory "the machine is going to "give" soon". And I'm like, no, that would be stupid. The machine is here to entertain you and give you that thrill, but it just doesn't make sense for the business if the machine gives out a jackpot everyday. Sure it's gonna give it at one point, but let's assume that that's not gonna be you at that moment - that's the only healthy way on how to enjoy these things, everything else is delusional.

It's very strange that casinos don't allow multiple accounts from one IP because I think there will be many cases when two family members gamble and because of this restriction, they probably have to choose different casinos and because of that, some casinos might lose a good, loyal customers.

We do, but it's rare. You can see that it's not the same user, different credit card, different playing patterns etc + you can KYC them and see different documents. However, since most people are usually losing, they don't share that with others. Those few that sometimes win or play some games competitively, they do tend to have family members, but it's really rare.

149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much does it cost to have your own Casino? on: February 27, 2024, 12:53:24 PM
Guys please don't share random info just to bump up your post count or to act as a smartass. I'm not gonna quote or point out anyone, but posting randomly and spreading misinformation isn't helping anyone.

#1. It depends with whom you're starting the venture to begin with, but in most cases it's a bulk deal negotiated on a percentage basis of your NGR (Net Gaming Revenue). Rarely there are one-time fees in this industry, and the crucial parts of the puzzle (e.g. providers) are usually taking a chunk of your NGR. It's important to note here that you can further negotiate the deal with slots providers depending on how much traffic you're getting. Some providers will give you a better deal if you're featuring their games on your homepage.

#2. They earn from your bonus budget (e.g. if you offer a $100 welcome bonus, you have to pay that bonus cost to the provider), and a percentage of your NGR. If you want I can talk with our casino manager and give you more details with some numbers here.

#3. If you're serious, you don't get it from Themeforest or TemplateMonster, that I can assure you. Usually you get a pre-developed theme that has been proven and tested by the providers that you choose (e.g. the platform provider). You can check out platform providers here, they have a full list: https://www.igamingsuppliers.com/suppliers/online-gaming/platform-providers/

#4. Yes, you have to have a bankroll, otherwise the license giver will not give you the license. Basically you need to be able to cover all the jackpots and large winnings from scratch. There is no "bankroll provider", but there are investors who are already within the industry and are looking to invest into new casino concepts. So if you have the team and the idea, they can finance it. But if you only have the idea, no team or experience, then I wouldn't recommend pitching at all. Banks will not be open to loans that I can tell you from experience.

#5. These are usually custom priced, and depends on the provider. There is a monthly fee due to the nature of the service (e.g. bookies), there's a chunk of your NGR again, and there are sometimes entry/yearly fees, it really depends on your traffic. Check out Betsson's solution, they have a really good sportsbook system, but I think that they only work with MGA licensed brands (I'm not sure).

If you're serious about the industry, I would recommend that you join one of the european igaming events like SIGMA, ICE, NEXT and others, I can even get you free tickets if you need to - networking is everything.

We see new casinos each day on the Gambling section of this forum and it makes me think it's easy and anyone could have one, so, i have some questions and hope the community can help me with the right answers.

1.-How much cost to add a slots provider to your Casino?

2.-Do slots providers earn for each roll or for the total loss from the client, and what percent?

3.-Where can I get a casino site template?

4.-Does new casinos need to have a bankroll or do they have a provider for that too?

5.-How much does it cost to have a Sports book provider?

Thanks for your answers, and if you want to add some extra data that you consider relevant i would appreciate it.

But I'm not a lawyer, and I'm not even sure if this gambling advertising law even applies to casinos that don't target the Dutch market, so if someone can convince me it doesn't apply, that would be great Cheesy

I'm just now seeing this.

Netherlands is one of the most challenging markets to work on, and most big players rather opt out of it than pay all the hefty fines that the gov is giving out in case they catch you. The few big local operators that are there basically have a monopoly under the current Kansspelautoriteit laws, and remote gambling operators are still excluded from most frameworks = but the gov promised that they will introduce it soon.

If you open up a few of the MGA and Curacao licensed casinos you'll see that no one has your language available and the country is blocked on IP level. When it comes to gambling, I applaud government involvement, in UK they cracked it down to the max and kids are much safer.

155  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Pregled Bitcointalk Signature-Ad kampanja on: January 30, 2024, 11:29:42 AM

Tipa avatar, potpis ispod njega, signature?

156  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Pregled Bitcointalk Signature-Ad kampanja on: January 29, 2024, 09:39:51 PM

Kupit BTC i plaćat usluge anonimno okolo? Koje usluge? Cheesy Jayćeta za dizajn platit? To mogu sve pravdat na firmu i maknut PDV.
Kupit BTC i kupovat proizvode anonimno?

157  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Pregled Bitcointalk Signature-Ad kampanja on: January 29, 2024, 04:22:03 PM
tvoje banke ne moraju ništa znati o tome. Nigdje ne piše tvoje ime.

Ma that's the thing, ne želim imat ikakve kombinacije ili neprijavljene dobiti jer mi ne ide u korist. Vjerojatno budem kroz koji mjesec launchao nešto svoje pa ću to promovirat, fakat mi nema smisla trošit vrijeme na promoviranje tuđih projekata i onda još sakrivat kripto kupnje od porezne i firme Grin

158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: AMA: I Operate an Online Casino on: January 29, 2024, 08:37:52 AM
Most exchanges and casinos that exist today including Binance all started as non-kyc service and they later changed it gradually to asking full kyc verification because of regulation changes.

That's what I've said, if you want to be an evergreen player you need to get regulated, but at the same time this industry is one of the few that has a huge amount of no-kyc services and huge amount of scams and hacks going on. Look at what's happening with Reddit right now.

I am using several big casinos for years and on most of them I was never asked for verification.

Yes I can believe you on that, but at the same time you're a solo example of a player that didn't go through a lot of verification. On which casinos do you usually play?

Thanks for the Answer and I just barely knew that there is a casino that publicly traded. I just thought maybe all casinos is always profit so they don't need additional funds from other people.

But they can still lose right? I just opened the link you gave me and opened yahoo financial that they still have debt too. My imagination is when you operating gambling site it awalys give you pure profit without loss

It's like every other business out there, they have debt because every big player knows how to play around with debt to create more revenue streams. Also, changes do happen, markets close etc, so they are not invulnerable Smiley
159  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Pregled Bitcointalk Signature-Ad kampanja on: January 28, 2024, 07:59:00 PM

Nemam kripta Sad Ja sam ti više dividende/obveznica tip jer ovisim dosta o bankama i bankarskom sustavu, a gledaju te ko boga jednom kada napraviš konkretan portfolio s njima.

Aman čoveče koliko ti imaš godina, i koliko života ti živiš?  Cheesy Na sve priče i višegodišnjeg iskustva iz gamblinga, SEO biznisa, čak si i jednu kompaniju poput Nokie sjebao, (ko se uopšte seća Nokie). Sad još nonšalantno govoriš o 15 godina Unreal Tournamenta.
Šta je sledeće? Otvorićeš AMA "Bio sam kaplar u drugom svetskom ratu, pitajte me šta vas zanima"...
