Gary Gensler, head of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), has said on numerous occasions that PoW assets such as BTC are commodities, not securities, and should therefore not be regulated as securities.
That’s not the case with PoS, according to Gensler. Last week, the SEC chief commented that digital assets that allow investors to stake their holdings in exchange for new coins may qualify them as securities. The implication, of course, is that oversight of these coins may end up being just as rigorous as that of stocks, bonds, ETFs and other highly regulated assets. Besides ETH, other popular PoS cryptocurrencies include Cardano, Polkadot and Avalanche.

Then on my windows test rig (nvidia 3080), it runs for a bit and then usually has an error of "low difficulty share" and then the miner restarts.
Which pool? try to reduce the core and memclock or tdp, the optimal defaults for verthashminer might not work on tbm. If the pool have too many rejected shares, you will be thrown off. Perhaps the error when free messages comes then. f.ex: rtx 3070 works with 7900 memclock and not on 8100 (ethereum) rtx 3080ti works with 10500 instead of 10700 (ethereum) |

AMD cards had 1/1000 to small hashrate H/s instead of KH/s. And total hashrate got wrong. Re-uploaded a fix for windows.

The Vertcoin with 1 x 3060 ti is in negative today at coinwarz and with 6 of them that I have it says the same ETC profitability daily at 0.78 USD
Vertcoin is using less power than ethereum mining. With 6 cards you should get $2.28 a day - power cost. Still in the Green with the team black miner. 3060ti LHR need to use The Black Pill to get 1,5MHASH  Still not worthy to get 70 USD a month from a power hungry machine that I will also get at least 5x higher power consumption energy price and that is why I am more interested when this new EthPoW will come to the main net and not continue in test net and see how the market will react to this,right now I know a lot of people are in panic mode and will sell their gear,I will not do that and even buy additional gear at a very cheap price and wait for better days in mining because I know in the end they will come. There would be a coin like Vertcoin which seems the most profitable. However after a few days, the profitability would be pretty much equal to everything else out there in terms of GPU efficiency and performance.
