I think it's hard to get 10x in one game. I prefer to double my remaining balance in house edge games, I usually choose crash or plinko to double it. For live casino game I would choose blackjack. If we are lucky, sometimes we can recover all losses from the last remaining 10% of our balance. But this was a reckless act of desperation. Kekayaan Bersih adalah Jumlah Aset dikurangi Jumlah Utang, simpel kan? Namun pada praktiknya susah menghitung berapa jumlah aset dan berapa jumlah utang. Ane pikir pembahasannya akan sampe di poin ini aja Kita ambil contoh misalnya Roy beli mobil dengan kredit senilai 350 juta (50 juta DP dan 300 juta dicicil tiap bulan), padahal harga jual mobil tersebut hanyalah 250 juta apabila dibeli dengan uang tunai. Nah seketika Roy melakukan transaksi tsb apa hal yang akan terjadi?
1. -50 juta untuk DP
2. -300 juta untuk utang
3. +250 juta dengan asumsi harga mobil tersebut dijual kembali = harga beli tunai
Seketika transaksi tersebut dilakukan, si Roy langsung lebih miskin 100 juta. Kekayaan bersihnya -100 juta. FYI nilai ini bisa jadi minusnya lebih banyak karena nilai jual mobil tsb kemungkinan lebih kecil.
Pas baca contoh di poin ini ane jadi terkejood kau beli beli barang secara utang berarti jadi minus secara engga sadar ya. Nah kalo misalnya belinya cash juga sama kah gan? Misal: ~ Roy membeli mobil baru seharga 300juta, karena mobile baru pasti estimasi ke harga second lumayan berbeda, anggap lah ada penurunan harga 50jt. Apakah setelah membeli mobil baru itu berarti kekayaan si roy turun menjadi -50jt? ~ Roy membeli mobil second seharga 250juta, karena mobile second berarti selisih harga jualnya tidak banyak, anggaplah ada penurunan harga 10juta. apakah setelah membeli mobil second itu berarti kekayaan si roy turun menjadi -10juta? Atau jika mobil yang dibeli dengan cash maka tidak mempengaruhi networth dari roy? Terus kita sering denger berita di media seperti "harta kekayaan jack maa naik 2T dalam semalam" itu maksudnya kan harta dalam saham yang dipegang oleh jack maa mengalami kenaikan harga sehingga di anggap kekayaannya juga meningkat. Padahal jika saham tersebut di jual secara masal pasti nilainya kan turun, ga bisa semuanya di jual semahal harga market, apakah hal seperti itu juga perlu perhitungan khusus dalam networth gan? |
