You would no problem selling the btc if you would use a reputable member of the forums for escrow. I suspect the main reason you won't is because you do not have such funds or cannot sign a message from a address with the btc in it. If you could, you would. Hence a scam. Do Not Trade! |

I will do this if you can send me a pic of you holding your ID and a statement that your buying goods via Paypal on "x" date. The ID must match the verified paypal account associated with the transaction.
Have you done this before ? did you encounter any problems ? Paypal is asking for 3.4% + about 0.4$ , do you also ask for that fee to be covered? I only do this for 1 reason. If someone sells me some Paypal and they take a picture of the their ID, holding it, with a statement that I've agreed to buy "x" on this date, its hard for Paypal to disbelieve that I didn't actually make the purchase. This is just a safeguard way of showing that their is no intention of a chargeback. |

Personally I feel that he will win in the appealate court system. If his defense can prove that the judge ruled unfavorably in the ruling(because the defense was not allowed to use their defense) then the ruling will be reviewed for appeal. From what I have learned of the trial, he has many markers for having a good chance at a appeal. The big question is, if someone can prove that the FBI hacked the server to reveal the info of DPR, then they must throw out all evidence including exculputary, and if necessary proceed with another trial or dismiss without prejudice. Which means they can pick the case back up in the future. Wish I had a mother and father like he does. Especially mom. She's in the trenches for him. Go get em Lyn.
That's even if it gets to an appeal court. They might not get that far but even if it did I don't think he'll get his ruling overturned or even a reduction in his sentence. I think giving him a reduced sentence and concrete release date would be fair and appropriate but we all know the us courts are not fair and appropriate. Have you watched the Deep Web documentary that aired last night? There was definitely unfair restrictions placed on what questions could be asked or refusal to answer on how evidence was obtained that were blocked that really should have been addressed. Damn, this is somewhat off topic here but is that true about haploid23 passing away? If so I am very saddened to hear that. We had many conversations over the past year or so and I could genuinely tell that he was a pretty good guy. R.I.P. to haploid23 if true. Lame. I enjoyed his additions to the debates int he Politics & Society section. I guess that is the curse that us old timers will have to bear as the years pass :/ I wish someone with some credibility could confirm or deny this. Hate to see one of our own gone. |

I'm not sure why someone would want to spend more for the voucher than what its worth. I imagine that you got confused with the numbers and have them swapped? Also, I would think that even $75 would be to much for a $84 voucher on steam. You can generally buy Steam codes for 60-70% of the retail price with BTC

I dont want to use my account as collateral as it is enrolled in signature campaign and will be used to payback loan. That is completely understandable. Unfortunately, I will not be able to fund this loan without either the account as collaterial or some other reputable alt-coin as collaterial. I'm sure if you had a altcoin though, you could just as easily exchange them to BTC and their would be no purpose for this loan. |
