I don't think using paper wallet is a good idea to store any cryptocurrency.
The security of paper wallet is not enough to be able to store coin.
But paper wallet is very convenient and simple to be used by any newcomer in cryptocurrency world.

First you need to find out why the coin price keep falling. If it was because other investors sold them, its ok, but if it was because the team sold it, then you should dump it as well and look for other coins. Some investors might dump the coin because they think they found a better project.

I know for sure, you must be new in cryptocurrency and just know about bounty and airdrops.
Have you seen some success projects that were having bounty and airdrop ? look atomic wallet project.
The most important is the project itself, their token price wouldn't dump if they were a good project, the team could do something to make it success.

I was believing in ICObench until i found some red flags there.
It was a scam project, listed on ICObench before they launch the token sale.
I think not every crypto rating websites are real, some of them are only paid rating websites.

Well, if you think the project is not progressing at all, then selling the coins is the best thing to do because it could going even lower than current price.

Have you tried to contact myetherwallet support to as how to replace your transaction with higher gas ?
Maybe the reason you failed when using metamask to replace the gas is because you used mew(myetherwallet) on your stuck transaction before, so it will need to using mew when replacing the gas as well.

There is no proof showing they scam investors, but there is no progress in the project as well.
It would be good if they are a real project or a scam project so we could clearly know, but the problem of project nowadays is we can't know whether it is scam or real because no progress.

A good project will be listed on exchange later, so we should not bother if it is already listed or not.
Better to choose a good campaign with a good bounty manager than a listed one with no good project and bounty manager.

Everyone could be scammer even if they are a legendary member. But new member is easier to create, anyone can create it and change with other new account when their scam busted. Another possibility is, the account of legendary member has been hacked, and try to scam people with it.
The conclusion is, never trust the project by people who announce it, but trust it by the project quality itself.

You shouldn't think about quick money, that will be speculating.
Speculating is not good, even the gain can be big but the risk is big as well.

There are some bounties that pay in fixed rate, but usually the reward is not much i think.
It is up to you about what you will choose either fixed based or stake based bounty, but the important thing is the bounty payment is guaranteed.

I think the best place to get reference for analysis is from the coin rating platform such as coinmarketcap, coingecko, coinpaprika, etc.
You can visit the site and sort the coin by market cap, and you will see many low cap coins.
But then, we cannot say the low cap coin will become a great coin someday, it is very hard to guess, we should research the project so we can predict where the coin goes.
