I tried to log in as usual with my btc address and it asked me to put a password. I didn't secure my account with any password, I was just signing in with my address only. I am getting pretty tired to check if my faucet is stuck or not. I like ePay, and just want to see this major problem getting fixed once and for all. EDIT: By the way you are missing class or something where it says Refferal. It was working before showing a red tag. Now it's just a text on white background. Epay, your 30min. send limits does not work properly. Sometimes it gets stuck, and it misses 30 min. to 1 hour with no payments. Please check the code again. It's been 1 month.
Hi It was fixed , but if you are saying so we'll check again  It was not fixed. I can tell you hour by hour, when my faucet missed a window. I can even tell by looking at the today chart. It goes from 6:30 to 7:30. Missed 2-3 30 minhtes windows today. One time I caught it at :10 and manually reseted the api. This seems to fix it temporary. Ok I'll check both of your sites . |

Now Epay, so you have fixed her problem, can you also fixed up my account, can you please checked your PM, I have send you my BTC address and another problem that I have with using Epay, can U fixed that up for me too. The address that I owned is from a BTC exchange, unlike coinbase, with this exchange, I cannot signed a message, they have no tool to do that with this exchange that I am with.
Also, I have account with coinbase, and I tried to registered a BTC address, by signing from the guidance webpage you provided, but it was unsuccessful. I don't know how, why are you making things so complicated for us, Epay. Why is using your service is so complicated. Do you have any solutions for users who cannot connect a BTC address to their account using the technical way that you have shown us?
From the outset, I have realised the problem with using your service, but I thought that registering an address was not so important, because:
1. faucetbox have been operated for years, and users are not required to register their address, and
2. if an address does not belong to someone, they can't steal it from U, but how could you allowed someone to registered an address, when that person doesn't have ownership to that address.
Unbelievable EPAY. But the person with true ownership of the address cannot registered that address. EPAY, your microwallets are making things very complex to users. U should aim to make things simple and easy, not complex. sigh...
No one like things the hard way. To registered an address, users should simply add a password to that, and that is a very easy, simple, secure and effective method to secure an account. And maybe adding on an email address for recovering of an account. But not this signing crap that you are introducing here. I can see that your microwallets are taking a lot of effort to build up and maintain, but it is very ineffective, as users are losing funds from using your services.
EPAY, I am still waiting anxiously for you to response to my PM, do U ever reply to your PM. Sometimes, there are things that I cannot posted in thread for fear of security reasons, as in this case. EPAY, please response to your PM, I am still waiting.

This is because your address was being stolen by someone from russia, I have the same problem as you, because I have made my address public while doing referral activities. And you must have not registered your address
Epay, you really need to fix this problem.
Epay the solution to this problem is quite simple: unlink the complained BTC address from the registered account, and disabled existing epay btc address to linking to registered account. Because someone had exploit a fraud in EPAY. You must take action immediately to protect the non IT expert. Which thousands of EPAY users are.
