you are right... bitcoin gold algo id equihash, exactly like ethereum... So, everyone can participate to mining with GPU. Doing so, bitcoingold will free all of us from the centralize mining power of few peoples! If you already have an ETH mining rig, you can easily switch to bitcoingold mining. Ethereum mining is based on Ethash algo. Equihash is the algo for Zec, Zen, Hush and so on. ops.. you ar right my mistake!!! thank you for the clarification. i check right now and I remembered wrong! Maybe ETH mining rig are not so good to mine with this algo... because are mostly AMD GPU... I think for this algo is better a NVIDIA GPU. |

If you have bitcoin on Exchange and it will manage the fork, you will find the right bitcoin gold balance directly on Exchange. If you have bitcoin on Exchange and it will not participate to manage the fork, you will lose your opportunity to get bitcoin gold. I'm looking to sell a part of my BTC immediately after the fork to invest in some alts (on Bittrex). I know the BCG will be credited in block 491407, but can anyone tell me how to proceed in the quickest fashion, i.e. can I sell as soon as the block is reached, or should I wait until the next block is reached?
Also, the estimations as to when the block will occur are very different. I've seen them range from 28 to 20 hours from now. Thoughts on that?

What's the alternative to AdvCash now? For countries who are not in EU or SEPA.
Why don‘t you use a EU maildrop service and get a card delivered to the EU adress? The maildrop forwards it and you can use it just normal. Of course you will not be able to fully verify the card. Because AdvCash can ask for verification whenever they want to and I think their limit is reduced to 500 USD for non-verified users. So it's not really worth in the end. if i remember well, limit for unverified user are lower then 500$ i think unverified card limit is 250$ then, card still unusable! |
