The companies receive Funding from us based on reports they release publicly and that we can verify directly with them privately.

We act as a third party escrow service. And to answer your question Havelock Investments does not sell any of the Funds we currently list on our Site.

We don't disclose the exact amount of funds currently held in escrow for each of our Funds. We don't have any inside information that is not made public. We are in constant contact with them to make sure the company is active and making progress.

Seedcoin is a Bitcoin startup virtual incubator helping the creators of cryptocurrency related products and services - such as exchanges, payment solutions, trading platforms, applications, wallets - through the first key stages of the development of their companies.

SF2 aims to achieve bitcoin-denominated capital appreciation and/or return through the acquisition of shares of these startups. These shares will be held by Seedco Holdings Limited (‘SHL’). SHL is organized for the principal purpose of investing collected funds from Havelock in early stage non-listed companies operating in the cryptocurrency environment.

SF2 unit holders are entitled to receive dividends indirectly from the startups which have a dividend distribution plan. SF2 unit holders will receive 100% of any dividends payable to SHL, pro-rata to the number of SF2 units they hold. Startups are sole responsible for the dividend conditions and payout dates, in the event Startups announce any payout dates SF2 will relay the information to its unit holders in a timely manner.

The funds raised through the SF2 listing shall mainly be allocated to the cryptocurrency startups and a portion shall be allocated to SHL (10% of the funds collected). An additional 10% will be allocated for further investment into the SF2 startups.
