Login to your account and go to your profile page (it should take you there automatically.) You should see something like this:



Copy and paste those links; if someone uses one of them and deposits coins, then you get referral credits (extra BTC!)

Note that each link can only be used once, and once it gets used a new one is created in your profile. You have five unused links at any one time.
