As per winning chance, I do agree that our Nationals is the underdog but for sure they can give something decent in terms of competitiveness, with how they perform and how the system is being executed I guess we might bring pull an upset here hahaha, hoping and crossing my fingers for the National, JBL and the rest of the team PH will need to play harder, also, a good venue for our young stars to earn the attentions of the international fans.

They are not available yet, just checked with my bookie and could not find any odds on all upcoming games in this olympic qualifiers. Lakers should be getting young players to beef up their roster not an old and veteran CP3, they still have Lebron to lead them and that will be enough. Surround him and AD with young and very hungry young players willing to sacrifice their bodies just to win a ring.
What we need to remember is that CP3 will not be getting paid the big bucks anymore, he is old and he will get probably the vet minimum. And while he may not be great and old and showing, that still doesn't mean that he worths nothing. I think we could all agree that if they paid him the minimum, he will definitely provide something that is more than the minimum and it will be a nice situation without a doubt. I think the best way to approach this right now would be just get him as cheap as they can, and be happy about it, but do not assume that they will be great just because of him. Plus they have Lebron as playmaker, so CP3 could only be great when Lebron is not on the floor, otherwise both together would not fit very well. The tune-up game against Taiwan was good—we won the game, and I think we are more competitive against Asian teams but not in worldwide competition. Still, I would like to wish the team good luck in their game this coming July 2.
That game could have been better if Dwight Howard and Cousins played for the Mustangs but nevertheless still it was a good tune-up game for our Gilas team. Against Latvia and Georgia, i don't expect them to win as those team that i mentioned are taller and more athletic than our Gilas team. Ang pinakamalaking problema talaga kay AD ang paging injury prone niya. Tapos kahit healthy siya ngayong playoffs ay nakita natin na hindi na epektibo ang dating combo nila ni Lebron na matanda na rin. Subok pa rin naman bench nila pero overall wala talaga silang match sa mga current top teams.
Sa GSW naman, sigurado lahat ng desisyon ng management ay meron rin blessing ni Curry. Pati situations nila Klay, Green, Wiggins at CP3 discussed na panigurado. Whenever I win, I usually feel this strong urge to gamble more and also increase the amount I'm using to gamble. I do fall for this urge most times and the result is always disastrous as I end up losing the money I won with great pain and regrets. The only time I can say I have won is when I make withdrawals and possibly use the money for something else. As long as the money is still in the platform, there is a high chance of using it to gamble more. I decided to create this topic to see how other people manage their winning in gambling. I agree with that last statement, trading daily is not a guarantee that you will always find that winning position, there's chance that you might lose your position and lose your capital, I guess there are differences from how traders works with their own assessments and analysis, they have different point of views in terms of choosing which directions they wanted to follow. Aside from being old, CP3 won't fit with the Lakers as when Lebron arrived, they were not able to acquire a good point guard because it's still Lebron who are calling the shots, you know what I mean. So, it's a bad idea, CP3 will only fit to a team that will let him play his role, and I don't see the Lakers to be that team. Also, he should not be getting a lot of minutes to prevent him from getting injured, a 2nd unit is good for him, and I'd rather want to see him in a team like the 76ers so they'll have a good point guard. I think he can fit but the problem is that CP3 is old, that is the main reason why it is bad for the Lakers to get him at this point. Maybe 5 years ago, when Paul was still in his prime and his perimeter shot is money. Now he is aging, and probably can't play that much minute as much as Redick might what him to be. Just unfortunate that he will retire without a ring. Point God during his prime, handles and basketball IQ is one of the best but just fell short in winning. Though if JJ will insist and entrust him the position we never know maybe he can still bring something good for this squad, though like what the post above you, it' more on LeBron if he's willing to allow CP3 to work on their offense maybe they might fit together with AD, they already familiar with each other and if they work things out we never know what might be the outcome. The only thing is they all are no longer at their primes, aging and injuries slow them and with the type of game system the opponents will implement that running attacks will hurt them a lot. |

Chot is a good coach before but the problem is he didn't improve his style and adopt the changes of basketball thru the years. He keeps using his methods which is not working now on international scene. He's movement is predictable that's why he lost a lot and that has been taken advantage by their opponent. While Coach Tim enjoys a lot of success since he's plays and rotation is really working which bring them positive result and approach to Filipino basketball fans.
I agree, I won't discredit his coaching style in the past because it works. But the meta for basketball also changes and it's even harder when they're playing with international teams. He's not willing to cooperate with other coaches that has a better isolation and strategy against the international teams that the Gilas will play against. It's good that Coach Tim Cone was the one chosen on this. Although there is still remaining some politics on it about Bollick that should be there, Abando and other strong group players. There's no problem with the SGA because they're willing to let their players play for the national team, but it is "long hair" that doesn't want to play these good players in the team because they've got their own players. True, there's still politics inside though the selected players are deserved to be on the list as per my opinion but we can't remove that fact that there are fans who wanted to see their idols playing also for the national team, coach Tim can't accommodate them all as he needed to bring selected players and for that there's always a long hair person who might influence him in deciding who's going to be there for the team, sad but true. |

Savings is good for emergency purposes but if you are Saving you can even split the money into two so that you can invest one part and then keep the other part for when you need money to attend to one or two emergency that way you can avoid borrowing. Because consistently borrowing money for emergency always is not advisable. Some people are still finding it very difficult to save for some various reasons so are use to spending on unnecessary things. You have to learn to remove your eyes from so many things. And sometimes luxury brings destruction because you will always want to get everything. The better we start measuring money the better because if things is not the same anymore now expenses have increased because of inflation so we just have to find ways to increase how we make money and also reduce the way we spend that is the most important thing because if you don't learn to manage money you will always find your self in financial crisis. 1. It's obvious that the Hawks need more height and muscles. They already have Trae Young and Deounte Murray who are exceptional on the offensive end. Defense is what the Hawks will try to upgrade more.
That's true, they need to improve their defense, but actually Trae Young also have to improve his defense as he is on the floor with majori minutes and he might just be a target int he switch. Just like Curry, he is an exceptional shooter but in the long run he was able to improve his defense, that's why the Warriors are a strong defensive team despite lack of size. I hope we will see a surprise next season, especially those teams who would get the top 3 in the pick as for sure the players that they'll draft are skilled and could change the team with a good improvement. Next season also, Trae Young will be fully recovered from injury, and maybe we will again see the Hawks in the playoffs. Yeah right, even how good his offense if he can't play that good defense especially now where big players are capable moving with the ball it' tough when a switch take place and a scorer will take him and challenge his defense, same with what Steph did not just for offense but he also manage to bring that good defense and able to compete with whoever take the switch though not an easy task especially if you are the main gunner of your team but we never know if what Trae will show up this upcoming season. |
