Beside the good plans and good investing to run a project it needs also people support.lack of investors observation and interest can be the main reason of stopping the crypto project.But It can also be an untold internal issue.
Yes if there's no investors who will support the project then the dev/team cant continue it, supporters are needed to make the project succeed. So if the project suddenly stop/pause few reasons are behind it. But what common is it turn out to be scam and the only goal is to get the money of investors and escape. In this case moving on is the best solution and next time be careful what project to invest. One project which one listed on tokpie exchange before YOUengine. I saw that project run by their own funds and they have been working since 2015. "Easyfeedback" is still a legitimate project for me. This project is an example of how to start a project without investor money. There are so many reasons why the CEO leaves the project without any official announcement. |

Bounty scam will never go away. As long as there is money to make, people will always try to make as much as possible even if it is by cheating.
I am currently part of a signature campaign and it already happened that someone just copied my Bitcointalk profile name and link and applied again for the same signature bounty but with another ETH adress of course.
I was lucky that i found it myself and reported it to the bounty manager before i was banned or something.
How is it possible username and profile link must be the same, of course multiple. But I will check from the next time I join. You thought it was right, cheaters are always trying to take the opportunity of the current situation like now DeFi hype. In a few days, so many scammers will start scam DeFi projects. What if ether price goes up to more than $2000 dollars.. How will people or new cryptocurrency users be able to cope with the gas fee. As I can see so far, the current gas price has been giving people tough time. I remember when we used to use 2 gwei for gas price.
I don't think the Ethereum network congestion can reduce with time.
Ethereum network congestion is already down than before because so many projects agree to support top others blockchain. In this DeFi hype Ethereum cost could forced us to use centralized exchange for trade. We support cryptocurrency for its decentralization but we should use centralized exchange or wallet. The old coins that I hold until now are only bitcoins, other than that they no longer exist except for daily trading only, as for you why should you revive old altcoins that have long been dead? Shouldn't it be better if making a new one is more efficient than living a dead altcoin that has had errors in the past.

Here is my own investment advice but not to be taken very seriously because anything can happen in crypto space...
I think the best altcoins you can invest on in crypto space are bitcoin forks, they are very responsive to bitcoin movement and their All Time High is very good too, one for thing is these coins have their halving coming this very year as well

2. Bitcoin Diamond
3. Bitcoin Cash
4. Lightening Bitcoin
5. Bitcoin Private
These coins have their use cases and they offer better performance compare to their king ( Bitcoin ) and their team are very active as well, looking at the past chart of Jan 2018 these coins ATH are massive, buying now means buying at extremely cheap price, they are jumpy, active , responsive to Bitcoin Movement and their Halving is happening this 2020 as well.
Please do not hesitate to do your own research and go through their whitepapers, these are no new projects, they have proven their existence already, thank you
For this situation you can think that this all Bitcoin fork is good profits, when we will talking about long term there will be a problem. My experience is very low in using several and several wallet. Though I'm using few wallet so this wallet is for good. For altcoins I'm using only Myetherwallet and for top coin Coinbase, trust wallet and blockchain. Had interest to use atomic wallet for first time but when I saw this wallet had scam app in playstore so I lost interest because had doubt to legit one.

Don't hold some good but random altcoins for a long time. If you still want to hold then don't leave their telegram group or other social accounts, check updates on a regular basis. Because if you just hold and keep it in a wallet for 2 years then who knows after 2 years your coin's value may turn into zero value, because of the swap!
I lost many coins because of swap things! Recently Insolar is swapping their token, I did not know about it, because I have been holding for two years but did not care enough as the price was very low! Today I was checking the Coinmarketap android app and saw Insolar coin increased by 530% but their ticker is XNS when I knew it was INS! So, I joined their telegram and get the updates about the swap! Unfortunately, If I fail to swap on time then all of the value of my holding coins will be zero! So, except Bitcoin, Ethereum, don't trust any coin for just buy and hold for a long time, rather keep updating yourself!
Ins is giving huge time to swap but problem is about increase supply. My another question, what will be the solution who miss this swap.Their coin will have control in project team. I don't like it process because I think team should put time limit in the roadmap during anyone buy their token. I believe, in every swap someone miss this swap. |

Guys, I am telling this to you after going through some hard day's ETH sees massive upswing now. It broke the key hurdle of $130 level and gave a solid start and the bulls have gained some momentum in the market because ETH is closely tracking Bitcoins price action at the moment. I guess it depends upon the pump of BTC if it pumps I am sure alts will follow the same.
For this situation of any altcoins we should take Bitcoin. You could think that I'm Bitcoin fan but Ethereum 2.0 information is few things only done. Until next Ethereum, Eth only defendable on Bitcoin. Bitcoin halving effect will showing on Ethereum price or top coins. All top coin also ready to go for next boom. |

I have noticed a few projects that developed a deflation system for their coins/tokens called burning.
They burn their tokens on a special occasion or simply when someone pays their product with the native token. They burn few percent of the price.
What do you think about this? Imo, if people actually buy the produc then it can really reflect the price of a coin?

I don't understand so much about burning token. How rest of the token use for distribution. Some legit projects has burning process which is good for investor and also for hunters. Still in new any projects, I'm ready to take any information of token burning process. |

Still only top coin price is moving up but other altcoins can't follow the Bitcoin price. Biggest loss always in altcoins section and profits also, so I follow for some legit altcoins. Now any legit altcoins could to give you high return. Holding can't recover your loses. |
