141  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Initial Offerings Overpriced? on: June 20, 2019, 11:01:48 AM
i do not even know what are the basis of pricing of this initial offerings
i guess it will really depend on the solidity of the project that can make you see potential
and future growth in value.

143  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Do we need blockchain technology? on: June 17, 2019, 03:34:42 PM
Hello everyone.

When I see there are too many ICO and shitcoins on novaexchange. I keep asking myself: do we really need blockchain technology?

In case of Bitcoin. Of course, I agree.
What about ETH? I agree too.

But, have a look at the others on the market. I don't even know why should people use their service. There is no real use in real life.

An ad management system on blockchain? - We already had Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
A social network on blockchain? (steem) - Do we? I don't see anything but a centralized forum hosted on a random hosting using its currency to pay for the writers.

There are too many projects  that we don't really need it on blockchain.

Sometimes, I think there is a black swan (Blockchain is useless in real life) lurking around.

oh we so need blockchain if we want to earn via bitcoin because all the transactions made using bitcoin goes here
sending money in the form of crypto currency has never been this fast ,its very time savvy for everyone using it.
144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin bull run due to Binance no longer serving US customers? on: June 17, 2019, 03:10:54 PM
i heard binance will be launching a new US fiat-crypto exchange similar to coinbase
so i think this booting of US customers from the current platform does not have reclining effect
its not a bad news at all
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounties is not a reliable source of income on: June 16, 2019, 05:05:30 PM
i kinda 50/50 on this  well lets start with the yes bounties are not reliable if its the only source that you will do
because joining does not give guarantees ,you could only hope that this camp that you joined would be huge
On the other 50% doing bounties can be rewarding and really pays off your effort because a certain project can be that huge
its like you won the lottery in an instant. So my insight here is it really depends.
146  Economy / Economics / Re: A cryptocurrency with volatility can't be used as money on: June 16, 2019, 04:22:11 PM
I'm just reading an article in the newspaper. Klaus W. Wellershoff (a last chief in UBS Bank) says that's impossible to use a currency with volatility as money. If the value of the money decrease, that means the value of the merchandise decrease. For example : if you buy a flat with bitcoin and few years later the bitcoin value decrease... Your flat lose his value as well.

What do you think about this argument?

my personal insight in this matter is that Bitcoin has high votality and cannot be use as a main currency
to buy or sell actual goods or necessities that we use on a daily basis
anyways for me bitcoin is not a currency its a digital money and a high potential investment
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto transactions can be done with WhatsApp. on: June 15, 2019, 02:54:22 PM
is it true? i have not tried whats app for quite a long time
the question here is the security that they can provide , i think their credibility is poor in this matter.
148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption In Your Country on: June 15, 2019, 02:47:59 PM

This is for members outside of the United States of America since things going in that country are all on the news but for those countries who are usually outside the radar of the mainstream media, I would like to get updates which can be good and bad, favorable and unfavorable with bitcoin. Here in my country, we have no problem with the government as regulatory bodies are not hindering the growth of cryptocurrency and in fact we have many more exchanges already approved and they can start doing business in 2020. Reading the news in other countries, I am feeling lucky to be a resident here.

What about in your own native land...how's bitcoin adoption been going on? Is there a bright future in there or maybe is it facing a gloomy and cloudy prospect? Let's talk...

Bitcoin  is not yet widely adopted here in our country Philippines,
but i am happy that influencial people such as our Senator Champ Manny Pacquiao
is participating in this system.
149  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I fail in trading on: June 14, 2019, 07:18:10 PM
I’m a newbie in trading. I want to improve my trading skills. I have heard some experienced trader said that I should learn and read more before start, and also get some experience. Trading requires a lot of patience and hard work, learn about the way to analyze the price chart, when they can be able to analyze price chart they will know the best time to buy and sell and know which one is the best coin to trade…
I tried one but I falied. There is something I don’t know? Please tell me more.

you know it always made me sad when i heard someone says they failed , but with you i sense that you are really motivated and very eager to learn. yes maybe you do not know all about trading yet but you have the right attitude. Keep it up .
150  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the day trading profitable ? on: June 14, 2019, 06:05:12 PM
I am prepared myself for trading. But i need some suggetions from here. There are many way for trading in cryptocurrency. But i need correct one which is profitabe. I am prepared myself for day trading. Is it profitabe?

trading is profitable but what strategy to use really depends on your knowledge and mindset
all i can say is just always respect the market sometimes we really cant outsmart it
so when your call goes wrong accept it and move on.

152  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best Cryptocurrency to Invest? on: June 12, 2019, 06:29:26 PM

153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A New Bitcoin Rival Is Coming? on: June 10, 2019, 11:51:57 AM
For me there will be no rivalry between facebooks Global coin and Bitcoin, Facebook is aiming for a stable coin which is far from the characteristics of Bitcoins being volatile actually this will help spread awareness about cryptocurrencies and thats an advantage for the crypto industry.
154  Economy / Economics / Re: What’s the SINGLE most valuable benefit for you in Bitcoin and why? on: June 10, 2019, 08:18:07 AM
The main benefit that i get from Bitcoin is the opportunity to earn even in the comfort of my home
Bitcoin has been my source of income from doing bounties and in trading.
155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Advise Newbies To Enter Bitcoin Now? on: June 08, 2019, 01:33:41 PM
of course yes why not specially if they are really interested about cryptocurrencies
well along side with giving advice you have to explain why did you give such and the catch in the market flow
and you still have to guide them with all the knowledge that you can share to help them with their journey
156  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin as your Salary on: June 07, 2019, 03:35:45 PM
It’s simple. Kagaya lang ng ibang signature campaign na meron silang fixed weekly salary.

Eg:
Bitsler weekly salary
  • Hero Member - $125
  • Legendary - $150

That’s like something na wala ka ng kailangan ika-bahala sa sahod mo kapag bumababa ang value ni bitcoin. Because the risk that you’re talking ay, what if kung bumaba si bitcoin? what if kung tumaas? that’s why na better if fixed ang salary.

In my personal opinion I’m willing to be paid thru bitcoin also, but duon lang sa mga companies that are connected their business in cryptocurrency, and have fixed amount of salary.

It’s a good thing lalo na sa mga next generation kung madaming company’s na ang mag implement ng bitcoin as a payment method. This helps a lot na din sa bansa natin na ma improve ang image ng bitcoin.

ako din okay lang to receive bitcoin salary ,kahit xrp or eth pa basta naka fix salary
i will support this kind of mode if ever to contribute sa mass adoption ng crypto specially dito sa pinas
tayo din naman kasi ang magbebenefit dito
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Factors to consider to pick the best altcoin on: June 07, 2019, 02:41:35 PM
Not a newbie but new in the altcoin space. I'm trying to find out some altcoin to invest a little amount. Suggest me some factors to consider before picking a coin. I am holding BTC and ETH as of now.

when choosing legit altcoins i always look for altcoins with solid use case and strong partnerships
and with huge/active community plus dedicated team
158  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Everyone loses money when the market is down right? on: June 06, 2019, 02:04:36 PM
i think not everyone losses , some might be able to put stop limit to control their lost
and then ables them to  buy on the lower price makes them recover their lost in a matter of time
when you loss in your trade its okay to sacrifice minimal percentage of your fund instead of being stuck
and eventually lose 100% on the process of just waiting
159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More Bitcoin commercials coming!!! on: June 06, 2019, 06:39:14 AM
Here is another Bitcoin commercial promoting BTC as a global and spendable currency. Share it with the haters that ask what can you buy with bitcoin.
https://twitter.com/BitplazaMobile/status/1135978329998274562

Wow thanks for sharing cool commercial haha
We need more of this, Yes to bitcoin worldwide awareness ...
160  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin tries to do the impossible on: June 05, 2019, 12:40:59 PM
Today, the cryptocurrency has grown very well due to rumors of ETF approval, but what has changed during this time? - right! anything increase is most likely temporary. Your opinion?
We are all aware that increase in price of cryptocurrency is always temporary, there was never a time it was permanent, though the market is always growing little by little, cause if you check the lowest price before compared to what we have now, there is a huge difference. I don't even know how long what we are seeing now is going to be,  but we can still keep on waiting for the bull run,  that's what's I'm interested in,  I've been saving up for this bull run for a long time now and I believe this is the time. So my hodl is definitely going to pay off.

since day 1 i decided to go for cryptocurrency ang Bitcoin it has always amazed me
the way things are temporary and vulnerable and volatile should stay the same
Putting my investment on crypto is really an opportunity and i feel sorry for those who is still in doubt.
