So in which private blog he mentioned the DJIA 17.8K?

Since you are so polite you will have to find it by yourself, but it's not that hard.
142  Economy / Economics / Re: Martin Armstrong Discussion on: June 01, 2016, 03:27:04 PM
he hasn't even said anything about the DJIA 17.8K resistance?

Actually he did mention this, but in his private blog, not in the public. I warned people about taking any free advices on his public blog, it's great news source, but don't use it for trading, because sooner or later you'll get burned.

Good day for monero after a while.

In my case this documentation was not accepted, since my claims were rejected.
So you also send money just before mtgox disappeared?

Yes.

Quote
And a proof , like a bank or OKPAY statement that you sent the money was not accepted?

Yes. The only logical conclusion, since my claim was rejected.

Quote
There must be a big load of monetary inputs within the last days of Gox (which were never credited to the balance).

I myself am aware of couple of 100k from OKPAY, EUR/USD/GBP bank transfers.

Quote
Aren't they able to check these inputs with your proof ?!

Of course, there is trail of interbank electronic transactions. Money don't just dissaper when you transact between different banks and bank accounts. I dunno why Trustee ignored this when making decisions.

@ Dargo:

Topic MtGox:
Do you know any email address from Trustee or simular were customers like me can write to?
There were many customers who send money to mtgox some days before gox disappeared. So this money was never shown in the account balance from mtgox.
But the Trustee only accepted claims that matched with the account balance without asking for any proofes of bank/OKPAY transfer of money!
This is not okay. I want to send them the proofs that I send money and I want my claim to be accepted.

Why wasn't it possible to attach proofs to the claim?!

From mtgox.com (in one of the PDF files regarding claims):

Contact information for inquiries concerning the filing of Exchange-Related Bankruptcy Claims
is as follows:
MTGOX Co., Ltd. Office of Bankruptcy Trustee
Telephone: +81-3-4588-3922 (10a.m. - 5p.m. weekdays) (Japan time)

They don't have email contact unfortunately. I'll ask the Kraken team to see if anyone can offer advice or help on this issue, but any changes to a claim at this late stage will have to be done by contacting the trustee.

Thank you. Do you know more about the procedere?
I read that someone at reddit said, that we will get asked, if we accept the decision. And if we do not accept, we will be able to send proofs. Can you confirm this?

Sorry, I can't confirm since we don't know about that detail and can't speak for the trustee in any case. I would ask this question by calling the phone number above.

What I can tell you is that since the online form did not support the inclusion of supporting documents, some people tried sending in a paper claim and including the supporting documents with the paper claim. However, I don't know if such supporting documents are being recognized in the evaluation of claims by the trustee or whether it would be an effective way to make claims about bank transfers that were not reflected in your gox account balance.

In my case this documentation was not accepted, since my claims were rejected.

I believe Trustee is not working according to law and people that got rejected (there were some people with significant amounts of cash) will raise this issue in the court and the whole process of redistribution will be delayed for another few months or even years, until Trustee solves problems.

Trustee just sent his APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL for those that filled with offline method.

per email?

Yes, email with PDF file.

My claim was rejected. I sent EUR to Polish Mtgox bank account just days before Mtgox went offline. I won't cry, since I luckily even made nice profits thanks to bitcoinbuilder and I knew the risk of sending the money to Mtgox.

Can someone of those that used the OFFLINE METHOD for filling a claim tell if they got any email from trustee?

IMHO when people will be able to liquidate their DAO ETH will dump hard and ALTS will drop too.  Many people who bought ETH for the DAO pump are sitting in 50% + profits, not a bad gain to lock in.

so when will this happen? Funding of DAO ends on 27th but I dont think they can just cash out? So when is the first date when many can liquidate DAO?

You can dump on an exchange as soon as it starts trading, but to actually withdraw your ETH from the DAO takes quite a while. I've read around a month and a half. First you have to split your shares from the main DAO, which takes time, then you would need to make and approve a proposal within your own DAO to pay out the ETH, and the proposal process a minimum required time period.

I guess I've been out of the loop for a long time, but what is a DAO? I'm guessing an exchange?  Also, can you technically send Eth from wallet "wallet" to the next like a normal crypto?

The DAO everyone is talking about is something like a decentralized crowdfund or investment fund that has collected $150+ million worth of ETH in the past few weeks.

Brilliant, it's like a bubble inside a bubble. ETH has become the ultimate bubble machine.

nothing wrong with what I said

You just simply have no idea how to trade.

Well, one thing is clear, you certainly don't know what are your talking about.

So this means we might not get a crash in Bitcoin and gold at this time if they are still anti-correlated to the US dollar and US stocks. We might be looking at "happy speculating days are here again" for another 1.5 years!! OMG!!  Shocked

Hilarious, so no gold under $850 or Bitcoin under $150 this year. When predictions don't come true, you just make a new one Cheesy Fed ain't raising no rates, they are searching for every possible excuse not to raise them and they are succeeding every Fed meeting, the one they did in December was a game of chicken, they learned they are the chicken. Hyperinflation baby. Bitcoin I am not sure, it's crippled by chinese miners, it can go belly up any minute.

lol, moving targets. He is trying to be prophet, yet he knows shit what will happen. I remember last year how he preached about BTC and Gold hitting the bottom. Since then BTC up 100%, Gold up +20%.

His problem is that he is trying to explain and predict what is going to happen with freebies that MA puts out here and there. Well, even MA was wrong this time, even though he won't admit it.

Okay, makes sense, so this temporary low in 2016.75 could be much worse than 2008? And will stay bad for some time?

Where did you get this date 2016.75 ?

Selling volume is declining, we also saw some wicks indicating that buyers are still present and closely watching. I am speculating that we might see some buying pressure to 0.003-0.0033 to mess up with shorters and then retest and hopefully double bottom. However we must take into the account that daily trend is still bearish and I would treat it as such. Weekly trend is caught in the range between 0.001-0.004.

Good Analysis.

Short-term noise that no one can possibly predict anything with better than 50/50 odds. In short, useless post for speculators who want quick gains and thus are destined to lose their shirts.

It is not even proper day trading methodology.

It's about risk. There are traders that have 95% and there are traders that have 20% winning rate - winning % is useless parameter as is your reply.

This could be the bottom for a couple of days.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: April 10, 2016, 08:31:33 AM
~50% retrace of the rally & some significant support, maybe we'll see a bounce. If we are going to see new ATH any time soon then bulls should protect this levels. Else we will move to the next range 0.0016-0.0022.

edit: Many people are not afraid and saying that their average is ~0.002, maybe we need to see more pain and shake those people out?

Shaking out people who bough at 0.001 would be even better so lets wait for an all time low Smiley

Could happen, but then XMR is dead and you can start shorting to 0.
