141  Economy / Marketplace / Re: where can i invest my 1btc? on: July 13, 2016, 10:09:10 PM
Investing will be now not the best thing that you can do and that is because the value of Bitcoin is now rising slowly so that is really nice for people who are now holding it.
But you have to know that the chance is now really high that you can earn some more money with it in the future.
142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: July 13, 2016, 10:07:52 PM
Apart from standard lost bets and tendency to blindly follow people "who know something" - while in reality they are just guessing the outcome of the match.
I can't say I mess something until now. I never miss clicked nor sent BTC to wrong address. My biggest mistake is bet over and over again on impossible parlays and losing every time.

144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think DiceBot will give you profit in the long run? on: July 13, 2016, 09:44:49 PM
people usually have a wrong idea about bots, they think a bot can change everything for them and make them make profit if they use it.
but the reality is that a bot can only make things easier for you nothing else. although using a bot makes you gamble without the emotions involved which may lead to winning if your strategy is good.
145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Enormous ways to earning Bitcoin on: July 13, 2016, 06:48:21 PM
I earn bitcoin by mining the other coins such as Ethereum, Decred or Siacoin. Then I sell them to get some bitcoins.

Yup, it does add to the fun and income in our lives. Because it was included in a favourable trading and I think it will always be profitable until whenever, except it does not have an active user again

Whatever way to earn bitcoins you choose just don't try any of these cloud mining/hyip/ponzi/whatever sites,99% you will lose your money there, even in gambling you have much more chances to win some bitcoins.
146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on sport = gambling? on: July 13, 2016, 06:44:34 PM
For many of us mortals it is gambling and that's how the sites/companies make money, however there are some few genius individuals gifted with incredible math skills that make a living betting on certain sports (Baseball is a clear example). I saw this guy recently on FanDuel who was a scientist and resigned from his job to become a full time pro "gambler". If Fanduel and those type of fantasy games are actual gambling that's another discussion for another time.
147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: July 13, 2016, 05:01:16 PM
As bitcoin is completely anonymous and decentralized more users think that bitcoin is used for illegal activities. On this basis people avoid it and stand away from it, though it has highest price than any other currency that have existed.
Every currency is used for both legal and illegal purposes. It depend on the activity and the people. At times for legal works, money is used for illegal purposes. It  does not require government's authority. It does not happen only with BTC.

I believe is that lack of places to spend bitcoin, In my country i can hardly buy anything from bitcoin, mostly i can just store and exchange and nothing beyond that. If i could live without fiat i would do that, but only thing stopping me from using it is unavailability to spend. I blame this on media and governments. From media we get that everything can be hacked, and we all know the governments part.
The steep fluctuations is the major factor that keeps most users away from bitcoin usage. Also users don't have good knowledge and learning about bitcoin. When they know clearly, users will understand that those fluctuations were not a matter.
148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: July 13, 2016, 04:59:02 PM
It is not a sin for atheists. God, being an atheist is so awesome.

Sin or not, it is stupid if you try to make a fortune out of gambling. Same goes for killing people, stealing stuff, being a liar... You don't need them to be sin, they are just bad habits. :0

For the record, it's not a sin for Christians as well, it's dictated by the intent of the actions, as are most things like this. You can't tell me it's a sin to wager a nickle between friends over some small binary option of little consequence.

Yep, i'm siding with this. Betting on its own won't impose the activity whether it's a sin or not. The nature of the action, why he did it how he did it would actually determine if it's a sin.
Why would it be a sin, I consider gambling as fun and enjoying and its not a sin at all, maybe if its forbidden by your religion its a sin but other than that its not.

150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: July 13, 2016, 02:45:44 PM
Gambling is a fun game. So I think gambling is not wrong. This depends on how people will take gambling. If people make gambling is a serious money making a game. Then it is entirely wrong; You can not make any profit unless you put a lot of risk in gambling. But if you take it as fun then it is good for you. No much risk needed a year just control yourself and enjoy the game. So according to me, Gambling is not wrong.
If you will not try gambling you will not feel the effect of gambling, so when we decided to try it we should accept whatever the outcome is, we need to be a man to face the challenge and accept the result.
you do not have to try gambling to know the effects of gambling. You only need to read about gambling and it already knows the effects of gambling. such as drugs, whether you should try drugs to know the effect? I do not think so. because everyone can know from the experience of others.
If your gambling habit is not interfering with your personal life. You are not disconnected with your friends or family, you are not borrowing money to play and gambling is not obsession then it is perfectly fine.
Nowadays I think that smartphone, Facebook and wasting your time on some other activities like that can be more destructive for your life that gambling is.
151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: July 13, 2016, 02:43:59 PM
Its nice that you asked this question because I think there are many gambling addicted people her e and not only you but it may help them. But these would only help if u follow them because getting over gambling addiction is not easy. For me give all your money to your most trusted one.No money then no gambling.
How would anyone would just give their money that easily when it is human nature that we are greed, one reason we are in gambling is to make more money so it would not make sense if we just give it away.
There is a possibility are there to come out from Gambling If we don't have a single penny in our wallet or pocket. Yes if we don't have money to survive our life. Then how can we do gambling? So this is one good idea. But I think how many people will follow this method I don't know. Let's try this and share your story. I am not addicted to gambling, so I don't have a chance to try this.
Most gamblers only realize when worst case scenario happens to them and just realize that they have done a massive destruction in their lives, we don't want to stop because of our pride and we don't accept defeat.

well, as they say, in late repentance, so we can't learn if we don't do something wrong, and in reality world, we just need to accept that sometimes luck is not really always there for us. Nothing is permanent in this world.  Grin
So why would we gamble in the first play if we are just relying on our luck, we just need to play for fun and we will be fine, it is not good to see an individual ruin their lives just because of gambling.
yes I agree, do not think about winning gamble much just consistent enough been better
You simply can not stay away of gambling if you don't bring some radical changes in your daily routines. You need to revise the pattern of your living and find more interesting activities to get rid of older ones.Gambling is more addictive than drugs so spending time in physical sports activities you can stay away in the end.
152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do Girls also gamble? on: July 13, 2016, 02:02:17 PM

154  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Discussion]What work would you do for 1$USD per hour? on: July 13, 2016, 07:40:25 AM
Thats the question. Would you keep a twitter account a live and post? Would you translate from english to your language? Would you solve captchas?

What would you do for 1$USD per hour?

Can you do it for 8 hours a day?

And for 2$USD? 10$USD?
Much was already said in this thread, but until now, there is no many jobs offering $1 hourly for simple tasks. There is more people looking for jobs than people offering jobs. So it's hard for us to find services.
And captcha jobs are paying only $0.3-$0.4 per 1000 captchas solved, doesn't worth.
155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is too slow on: July 13, 2016, 07:22:10 AM
if you need faster transactions the simply switch to a wallet which accepts 0 confirmations because bitcoin transfers are instant but it takes time only at confirmations process.
Well for me, Confirmation is not that slow. I usually got 3 confirmations in just half an hour. I dont know why you are experiencing that delay in your transaction. And we cant deny the fact that sometimes, confirmations are slow. My slowest transaction  took about 12 hrs before 1 confirmation. That was when blockchain was upgrading. But so far now its fast.
156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your favorite gambling games? on: July 13, 2016, 06:36:00 AM
You can put E-sports betting,(DOTA 2), dice, and poker. Those are my three favorites, though i'm rarely playing dice nowadays.

I feel the same here,i mean i dont do much poker bets, but i really like betting my money at DOTA 2 teams ( sometimes other MOBA too ) and also at
teams in CS:GO,usually i bet at ESL matches, for some reason i really enjoy watching them Smiley
However i gamble more than that,i play dice a lot actually,i do some bets every day.
I love plinko,i play it at bitvest.io : this game looks really funny, and it is a great relax for me hahaha :]
Parlay really fun to play with sports betting, you will be very excited if you see your parlays that majority of the legs are already winning, the fact the you can watch it online that makes it more exciting and you can assure that the games are not rigged.
157  Other / Off-topic / Re: The craziest shit you can buy with bitcoins right now? on: July 13, 2016, 04:16:15 AM

But i suggest to you that dont buy or dont think you buy craziest thing because you seems crazy if you buy crazy things there.
158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High bet amounts or low bet amounts? What is your style? on: July 13, 2016, 04:03:56 AM
All depends on the situation usually I start with small bets but some times these lead me to big bets to cover my losses if that is the case.If all goes well then I remain stick with small bets strategy.I do believe in slow betting with less risk.It doesn't matter but loosing money takes me to big bets always.
159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: LUCK!!! :) How does it feels? on: July 13, 2016, 03:53:40 AM
Luck it feels both happy and sad. it showes us both of this. But i experienced sad feeling is many times in gambling. Only few time i saw happiness in my face. When i loose my bet i got very tense and to earn back again i will play so finally it will end with very sadly. So LUCK s very important thing in gambling it will come very rarely so when it comes accept it.
