I'm just scared of what'll happen.

Here's a summary: I deposited 13 Bitcoin to prove to all the people telling me I'm faking it in the gambling section that I'm not. Okay, great. 6 confirmations later (mind you, I've checked the logs around 20 times in this time for withdrawals and tips and there is nothing) I contact the support. They message me in a few minutes saying someone did a withdrawal. I checked, and boom! It's magically there. Someone did a withdrawal.

Now, here's the strange part.
Brute force: Not possible, account gets locked out after a few incorrect passwords.
Malware: Nope, I was using an iPad and that only.
Bot: I never use bots, only manual betting.
Password: I used a secure password, that was not in any DB matching the username because the username I used on PRIMEDICE was 100% unique and never before used.

I hope PRIMEDICE can help.

Hey,

I cant know how you got your account compromised. Its not possible.
What i know is that your balance was cashed out by different IP which means that he probably had your login info. If you ran script it would be your ip since it would be done from your PC/ipad..

As i told you before there is no way that we can refund that.
Anybody can just use VPN and do a cashout then claim that he got his money stolen.

I am not saying you are trying to do that but many people will.

You need to keep your account secure there is rely not much we can do to protect you, other than suggesting not to use scripts, bots and fake software that will hack pd... Also set strong password, change it from time to time and always enable 2fA.
But even that wont protect you from malicious scripts since you run them on pc where you are already logged in.

Ok check the this part out please
Here you claim you was on Iphone : https://archive.is/T1VRl
But Now you claim you use only your Ipad : https://archive.is/9FQ1K

Now what is true?

Nice capture... From the beginning of pd, I'm watching some type of these guys, begging in the new form

Don't call me a fucking begger. I'd like to see how you would react to losing 13 BTC just for clicking send

He said a lot of confusing stuff. He also has a lot of deposits of 6ish btc but only wagered 13 btc. He basically just deposited huge and cashed out each time without playing .
That doesnt mean much but its not a typical behavior.

The fact is that we cant credit him what was stolen from him. I hope he will understand as many of you guys do understand why.

Please check my PM! MICRO this is 1 year worth of money to me. I can't just accept the fact that I lost it just because I pressed a "deposit" button.
My strange betting was nerves, I got scared to bet high so I withdraw, deposit, etc slowly.

If you were in the chat, I said
"I logged in with another device and my balance didn't refresh"
So I was using two devices at one point to make sure it wasn't one devices fault. I can take a photo of both with PRIMEDICE logged in if you want.

And I wasn't using a VPN! From the first confirmation I was in the chat asking why didn't my transaction come. Check the chat logs.

If they would pay you there would immediately be hundreds of people asking for this same thing because it is very easy to use another ip to empty your own account.

And even if there would be way to proof when coins are actually stolen, primedice still isn't theft insurance company Grin

I am not one of those low life's. I deposited but never got a single dollar in my balance and I refreshed so many times, so how is it that is was withdrawn without me noticing? I was on the site the whole time and never once looked away.

Well, you had to look away to send me a ticket and you noticed it when i told you to check tx logs.

Your deposit was credited at:   2016-05-28 16:33:35 and first cashout was made at 16:35:34 - 28/05/16 for 12.95 btc , second one was at    16:38:00 - 28/05/16 , both from different IP.

That doesn't make sense. I didn't send a support ticket until the deposit got 6 confirmations or something, and I didn't see anything in the logs. Check the chat log! It was past 16:38 when I said there is nothing in the logs.

I think, may be ur friends, or relatives near u, can have contact with ur device and can done that nasty things... May be you r not aware of that.. I'm sure pd has best security, if it is whole, then every user in pd will be in your situation..... I think it is something in ur side I guess

Don't accuse my family of doing anything. My wifi is WPE2, 10 mixed letters and numbers. Everyone in the house was sleeping and no one would ever do something like that.

I don't have a PC to use for scripts! I refuse to believe that you can't refund that because it was not my fault at all! I deposited believing that PRIMEDICE was a safe website to deposit on, I wouldn't trust anything else with 13 BTC. Never used a script in my life on PRIMEDICE, nor any software. My password was secure and not in any DB. Please man, that was all my money and I didn't even get it in my balance to something is wrong!

Hey,

We are down for maintenance shortly.

As for the hacked accounts issue. There is rely not much we can do about it.
You see a warning when you try to paste script into console. Its ON YOUR OWN responsibility.
Most of the scripts and bots are made to get your login info or cashout your balance.

The only one i can recommend is Seuntije dicebot and i don't see a point why would you use any other.

People see videos on youtube how your will win 100% every time bla bla just use theirs bot. And people fall for it!
THERE IS NO WAY TO WIN EVERY TIME. If there was a way nobody would be stupid enough to share it with you on Youtube.

PLEASE Don't fall for fake bots , "hash hackers" and other bullshit.

I talked to devs trying to find a way to protect people from such a scams but there rly is no other way than common sense.

I've never used anything in the console, there is no console on an iPad!
That money was all I had and I wasn't even going to gamble it, just deposited to prove it to the members that kept flaming and spamming me to. I know that this isn't a huge amount for PRIMEDICE but to me it's a whole 1-2 years worth!

It's unfair if they don't help me, as I did everything right. I used a secure password, unique username, unique email, and just wanted to deposit into the so called "secure" website. Whatever happened to my money should be on them! it's so easy for them to add an email confirmation to withdraw which would have prevented this. And I know I was not hacked because I wa using an iPad, and I've never used a script. So what happened? The staff are ignoring me.

Someone must have got into your account without you noticing it. It could not be a malware but someone just got lucky by trying to bruteforce it (?) I dont know but this whole situation cant be explained. Either way if the funds has been withdrawed from PD then they wont be able to help you anymore

You can't brute force. You'll get locked out after a few tries, even on a proxy.
I believe this was an inside job, as I did my part to make sure I was safe,
PRIMEDICE can definitely afford to compensate for my losses on THEIR website that was claimed to be SECURE and SAFE.

Why you keep talking but not posting any single proof yet of your claim?
Any word of explanation on why?

Go through my posts. I've posted proof so many times. Hell, scroll up!

Wow; I honestly just can't believe this. Faith in humanity fucking lost. Turns out you can't even do fucking giveaways without selfish asshole such as Jazz trying to create an auto script along with others now probably trying to create multiple accounts. Maybe we could just put a stop to the giveaways all together if you all are going to do things like this. Jesus you can't even do giveaways anymore. I love bitcoin but the community can be corrupt as ever.

Dude, eat a dick. Your the pot talking shit Mr. negative trust account.     Stop the giveaways.  That works for me.  I'm sorry I caused you to lose your faith in humanity.

Only reason you're not a Newbie is because you're spamming posts in the games and rounds section. At least this guy is helping other people. Get a job.

I am in the same situation.  14.2 BTC is a huge sum to me.  They don't even show me a withdrawal in the transaction log. My deposit was just simply not added to my balance.  Also, I have been waiting patiently and dealing with support for 12 days now. They ignore most of my emails, a few they reply to, but they do nothing about it.

Yeah!!! How can someone withdraw my balance when it never came.
I hope you get yours back Smiley

DEAR STUNNA/PRIMEDICE STAFF/WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN/READERS.

I deposited 13.00 BTC, and it was mysteriously withdrawn.
The problem is, it only showed up in the logs after someone in the support told me to check.
I checked the logs from 0-9 confirmations, which is when I messaged the support.
I check after they told me, and wow. It's there. A 12.95 BTC withdrawal.
This pissesd me off, because that was all my money and now I'm left with nothing all because I joined this forum and tried to prove it to some users who were so desperate they had to beg me to prove that I had the BTC.

Deposit TXID AND ADDRESS:
PRIMEDICE deposit address - https://blockchain.info/address/18PxmuaNemPRoMRJ8JYZoJGz1QjoV5tMfL
Deposit txid (13.00 BTC) - https://blockchain.info/tx/b30f1617b63e745d35ac9feaa2ac628fb0c1c6a7bb902a634900710c705d17b9

Mind you I deposited at 1am, so all this trouble caused me to sleep at 4:50am. Not very good for me.

"WITHDRAW":
12.95 TXID - https://blockchain.info/tx/26866a99ea1be7e070a034bbde13ab126b79085c505514d4979c0849ac645833

Now, the BTC has been lying in one address for hours. Wouldn't a normal hacker move it/use it by now?

PD HOT WALLET - https://blockchain.info/address/1JcU9b7Q4DYeVBxgbRZ2RY6sFCMXAcWwgy sent 12.95 BTC to address #1.
ADDRESS #1: https://blockchain.info/address/1MSvTAsA4BThfLEDFvPinegnBn3DTnzLfE
Address #1 sent 0.9 and 12.09 BTC to two addresses. 12 BTC was sent to address #2.
ADDRESS #2: https://blockchain.info/address/15bdNuhwmLS3tCdHrtzZjCy43VY69Sbm2m

Now, here's the thing. Staff said I was either compromised or used a script.
I'm using an iPad, so you're telling me someone who has a malware exploit for IOS would use it to steal my BTC? Not a chance. I never used my username/password anywhere else, and it was a secure one so it was not leaked.

Please help me with this Stnuna, that was all my money and I never touched it on site.

congrates in scamming world:)D I also hacked 0.075 before 1 month

Don't ycall me a fucking scammer. I need my 13 BTC back. This is such bullshit because NO ONE HACKED ME.

12.95 TXID - https://blockchain.info/tx/26866a99ea1be7e070a034bbde13ab126b79085c505514d4979c0849ac645833

Now, the BTC has been lying in one address for hours. Wouldn't a normal hacker move it/use it by now?

PD HOT WALLET - https://blockchain.info/address/1JcU9b7Q4DYeVBxgbRZ2RY6sFCMXAcWwgy sent 12.95 BTC to address #1.
ADDRESS #1: https://blockchain.info/address/1MSvTAsA4BThfLEDFvPinegnBn3DTnzLfE
Address #1 sent 0.9 and 12.09 BTC to two addresses. 12 BTC was sent to address #2.
ADDRESS #2: https://blockchain.info/address/15bdNuhwmLS3tCdHrtzZjCy43VY69Sbm2m

Now, here's the thing. Staff said I was either compromised or used a script.
I'm using an iPad, so you're telling me someone who has a malware exploit for IOS would use it to steal my BTC? Not a chance. I never used my username/password anywhere else, and it was a secure one so it was not leaked.

Please help me with this Stnuna, that was all my money and I never touched it on site.
