Damnit... I suppose I should pull the trigger on ordering a January 2TH unit...
Isn't the price way too high? or am I missing something? $12k for 2TH and january at best without a current working model? 2TH is actually in this case 2.8TH and possible +25% (2TH nominal speed, 2.8TH turbo mode and +25% as A1 chips seems perform possibly better than expected) Im just wondering if chips hash +25 faster how PSU can handle this?! https://bitmine.ch/?p=2226

They're very real. Also not heard about any delay, I have two CoinCraft Desk orders confirmed some time ago to ship last week of Dec and few days ago got info by email that new orders (placed now) will ship mid Jan.

Nobody has yet commented on this: " Warranties. CoinTerra warrants that its Product(s) will, at the time of shipment and for a period of thirty (30) days thereafter, be free from defects in material and workmanship, be free of all liens and encumbrances, and will conform to CoinTerra’s approved specifications. (…)" This text is an excerpt from: http://cointerra.com/consumer-sales-agreement/It was 90 days at one time. Wonder why they have lowered it to 30? Im worried with these single - four chip miners... when chip burns it´s gone.

Additionally
All p2pool nodes should be configured to reject transactions involving greenlisted addresses. All centralised mining pools should be encouraged to do likewise.

I really hope that Bitcoin gore dev team stays against about privacy violations or if not I hope all miners reject all plans supporting this kind of development lines possibly planned for.
This is not a change to the Bitcoin Protocol, miners (or just people running fully-validating wallet and relay nodes) cannot affect this move. Although some kind of protocol integration will no doubt be proposed by someone or other. People can choose which version they run / install and in the worst case Bitcoin will be forged / split in two versions. Privacy violating and altered new which sure will arise. However, it could be also end of bitcoin. I hope this craziness will be taken seriously and whole community will stand against this kind of changes. Im not sure where the biggest pools are located, they will have the power to choose.

If I have understood correctly it´s up to miners/pools which version of bitcoinid they will accept / take in use. I hope all privacy violating possible future versions will be rejected and development will be taken over. There are talented people all over the world to replace the gore dev team if required.

Yes it is and done everyday. Such new thing that I guess there´s no any reference case.

I have no need to hide my identity, but basicly this is something Im not going to opt-in or accept. As Bitcoin develops something like this is sure coming... but for privacy concerned users - fortunately bitcoin is not us based and I doubt that companies all around the world are ready to jump in this kind of privacy violations. I have been quite polite, even as not so happy ex-Avalon customer... but now I can show middle finger for those all involved in such f*cking idiotic "project". I really hope that Bitcoin gore dev team stays against about privacy violations or if not I hope all miners reject all plans supporting this kind of development lines possibly planned for.

KnC miner tops the charts Number 1:KNCMinerKNCMiner is still the best decision when it comes to mining hardware. There are still some issues with the miners, hashing at lower speeds, sometimes as much as 90% slower. A firmware upgrade was issued, which fixed some miners, improved others and had no real effect for those unlucky few. We have news that the November 2013 batch will have different PCB configurations, to fix some of the issues with the earlier miners. Unfortunately, these fixes are not backwards compatible, so there are no upgrades to older Saturn using the newer boards. We believe that right now, they are the best on the market, bar none! http://mentaso.com/reviews/item/243-roundup-bitcoin-mining-hardware-november-11-2013.htmlNice site, but it should be a bit more user friendly, separate accounts for the main site & forum is a quite bad thing. These days people use few seconds things like registration and if it fails or seems to be too complicated, the site is gone...

No one is going to sell 500+ post account for few coins. And if those posts contains some wise words, I guess there´s no price for those accounts. However if there´s, it can be fast ruined in worng hands. So no point even try to buy.

Instead of escrow, why not use multisignature? Its easy to do on blockchain.info: https://blockchain.info/wallet/escrowNo risk of the escrow party running off with the money, losing his laptop or getting killed in a carcrash. You just need an independent third party to sign, and if all goes well, he doesnt have to do anything. That´s actually nice way to do escrow.

I was looking at the CCD-MODULE upgrade to add to my existing order, and when I review the cart it wants to add a separate shipping charge for it. I thought the module would come pre-installed inside the main unit and they would all ship as one unit.
Is the additional shipping charge correct?
I bought CCD upgrades and selected "local pick up" and upgrade order was completed, so I guess that´s the way to go with modules providing that you have also main unit in order queue.

Isn't 50btc.com a mining pool? I didn't know they sold miner preorders. The question seems more like one that 50btc.com themselves should answer.
I'm more interested to know: Has tapeout happened yet?
