141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do your own research before opting-in on: October 31, 2020, 09:11:18 PM
You must be new here, the bounty projects are nonsense for the experienced forum member, IMHO. There are better ways to waste the time and money because the investors never chase the bounty rewards if there is a higher potential for making money in investing. The ROI of 10% is better than getting the bounty rewards after 6 months of delay. DEFI and other new projects are mostly scams, better don't even pay attention to such projects. If there are proper ways to make money why I have to waste my time with additional stuff? Bounty scams increase every day just for this reason. Just my 2 cents.
142  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: $100 USD vs $10,000 USD Trading Capital on: October 31, 2020, 08:46:43 PM
Thought about it for a moment and the best answer is to find why the traders usually risk more than what advised by professional traders. Compare the two traders, the first one can make 10% per month with $100k trading capital while the other trader takes more trade positions in order to make %30 per month with $30000. The profit is ~ the same but the risks, money management, losses are not equal.

Definitely it was so true, be it worth $100 or $10000 this was still risky. The difference between this two kinds of investment was how the investor could manage this two kinds of investment. Some believes that the higher you pay out for your investment, the higher you may get the return of your investment but of course the higher the risk. Some believes also that in order to save them from losses ahead they were try in a small amount of investment, believing with small ROI too and of course small risk. Hut at the end of the day, the one who manage their investment wisely was the one who can harvest grain at the end.
Whatever the newbie traders do is the material for learning more in the hard trading journey. The mistakes can teach the priceless experience and this experience is required to get more profit by correcting the stop-loss orders and take profit orders. The revenge trading and chasing the losses with increasing the trade size on the next order is the aggressive form of making newbie mistakes but they prefer to blame the volatile market conditions. Revenge trading and other emotional trading decisions will melt the balance as soon as possible, my suggestion is to accept the loss and go forward. Other opportunities will be there waiting for experienced traders on another day.
143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin price rise affect your gameplay? on: October 30, 2020, 11:44:14 PM
Indirectly yes but many gambling platforms use stable coins for playing games, the fiat value is better and more convenient. Withdrawal fees are higher than normal transaction commissions on casinos, so I wait for the slow network fee option if available. If the casino has the alternative cryptocurrencies for withdrawing balance I avoid paying a high withdrawal fee because paying this fee can hurt my monthly gambling profit at the end. Roobet charges a $6-$8 withdrawal fee per BTC transaction, so I will wait another day for taking my winnings.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEO may hit as low as $0.07 on: October 30, 2020, 11:23:01 PM
NEO may hit as low as $0.07

Looks like NEO may hit as low as $0.07 just like ARK coin. Time to sell NEO to get out of this market.
What is the reason ? You make speculations without giving reasons, which is unbelievable
Currently the price of NEO is $17
Just don't take it seriously dude. When he was saying NEO will be going down but he can't even provide the technical reason or fundamental reason to make sure why it will be happening and this can be considered as FUD.
People are free to creating their own prediction but there should be a reason for that to make sure why he was believing in his opinion.
This is happening so many times when there's a supporter from competitor to create a bad prediction about the coin.

Sure nothing of this sort for coming year I can see it, though it has fallen but that is almost major coins during some months has fallen and currently it is trading at 15$ approx. So we can see some rise to happen as bitcoin has seeing some upwards movement so soon all this altcoins will also follow the same.

I also can't see any logical reason for this call, maybe OP has the open short position and he wants to promote the bad sides of the NEO on the competitive crypto markets. $15 is the first step towards the $%70 and there will be more challenges for buyers around $30. Maybe many traders will liquidate the positions after NEO price crosses $40. The telegram groups discuss the available altcoins which can leave high ROI and the NEO is on the top 10 list. Unfortunately, the market is highly volatile nowadays, so it is not my cup of tea to buy more NEO.
145  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Android widget showing the BTC price? on: October 30, 2020, 10:58:41 PM
Coin stats and CMA have the best narrow widgets for Android but CMA data is the same as Coinstats. Currently, I use Crypto Market and Coin stats widgets which provide the best user experience for me. You can find the apps from both the Play store and Apk websites. BTW, investing.com and Bloomberg also provide real-time data for all kinds of financial markets. If you like to get the alerts with widgets, try Tradingview. Bitcoin ticker widget has the 1x1 and 2x1 size widgets if you wish to use more widgets at the single wallpaper area of the Android phone.
146  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 3 myths about crypto trading tools on: October 30, 2020, 10:30:42 PM
Stop loss is useless for day traders because they can handle the profit/loss ratio by staring at the monitor and checking the hourly price candles on charts. For long-term traders, the situation is a bit different because having a stop loss will save the trades from the unplanned losses. Scalping and trading on small time-frames don't have the high-risk factors compared to big movements on daily charts.

Optimizing the loss/profit balance solely depends on the stop orders for wins and losses. Using the sell stop orders to buy more if the price crosses the resistance line is smarter than buying in the middle of the trend because the dust will be there. Noise makes it harder to find the direction but after the settled dust the clear direction will be a source of profit in trending markets.
147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How far will you go when you sent btc to a site with high fee but... on: October 30, 2020, 09:17:10 PM
I usually prefer to set the fee over 10 satoshis per byte which is the minimum for accelerating the unconfirmed BTC transactions on viabtc pool. Everything is easy and copying the transaction id is enough to finish the job. After the first confirmation, I will head to a gambling website and bet on the favorite match. Otherwise, the child pays for the parent method still works on the Electrum wallet and I can increase the fees too for the unconfirmed transaction.
148  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What is the best cryptocurrency exchange for beginners on: October 30, 2020, 07:45:20 PM
I suggest bigger exchanges with good reputation and trust which I think is the most important factor. The others to check: security which is also related to reputation in crypto community, customer support, low fees, good liquidity, user friendly platform.
currently, Binance, Coinbase, and Huobi have all of what you have said...
For newbies, it is highly recommended to start trading on large exchanges with real trading volume so that you are familiar with the user interface displayed by the exchange site. Don't you dare try a newcomer exchange because it is very risky.

Instead of using real money, I prefer to suggest demo versions of crypto exchanges. It will be early to talk about the crypto margin trading but there are demo versions of leveraged crypto trading which can be useful for learning the up-downs in the volatile crypto markets. Even 1:10 leverage is enough to understand the risk management in case they skip the demo version and go directly for the low capital trading. 1:100 leverage is for experienced traders but testing the skills with high leverage is a good idea in case of trader is on the demo server. There are crazy leverage trades too, 1:1000 leverage means having a $1 and trading with $1000 equally trades. Now multiply the mentioned leverage with your trading capital, sounds crazy right?
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you think you are smart just know that some are smarter on: October 29, 2020, 11:59:14 PM
Lol, I have heard about this social engineering a few months ago. No one is able to spend the ETH due to the automated bots and there were more than 20 pending transactions once. Free money is on the mousetrap and newbies still prefer to ignore what they have learned before ICO scams. The solution is to ask ETH developers to delete the contract from the smart chain. ETH developers should stop these hunting games ASAP because the victims are more than yesterday every new day. Twitter scammers have started this method actively and victims are not aware of why they can't send the token from the address which they own private key.
150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If btc > $150k, will you still gamble it? on: October 29, 2020, 11:40:08 PM
No, I will HODL. The fees will be abnormal and I am not ready to pay huge withdrawal fees for each transaction. Probably, the USD value of BTC deposits will be credited to the gambling accounts but if there are altcoins for the deposit I will go for it. TBH, I prefer to use BTC for better needs rather than gambling in case of price hits $150k.

151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you really need in your trading? on: October 29, 2020, 11:22:06 PM
Bot trading is not reliable, I prefer to trade with my own trading plans. There are many ways to turn losing trades into winning one and finding the perfect tools has common things. Some traders prefer to trade with arbitrage bots but the volatile crypto markets can destroy the winnings during a month in a day. Trading based on signals from random trading groups can turn into the dangerous games on social media because the signal group admins usually edit the trading call in case of loss. Paying money for both signal and loss sounds ridiculous, must be avoided at all costs unless it has been proven by pro traders.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC PUMP, But Every other Coin Dumping!! on: October 29, 2020, 10:58:14 PM
It is normal and there will be more dump for altcoins due to the correlation between BTC and altcoins. The price of BTC is an overbought zone on oscillators and all technical indicators show the price will come back under $11000 sooner or later. Maybe the altcoins holders have sold their bag to buy more BTC at the right time. Dumping the promoted altcoins and buying the altcoins which grow every day is a smart move but only risk lovers will prefer such way of trading. One day things can turn reverse and sold altcoin bags can gain value while the last bought BTC price goes down. It should be measured from all angles for avoiding the huge loss one day.

To be honest, I care about my health and will go for the first option if the profit is the same in the end.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Questions for our dear project promoters on: October 29, 2020, 09:45:39 PM
The escrow option is unreal because for promotions team will not agree to send the bounty rewards to third parties. The security issues can be resolved with multi-signed wallets but the risks are not worth preventing the scam for bounty hunters. The questions are logical and straight but the bounty world is not ready to implement the high-class standards yet. Probably after a few years, the bounty portals will be activated for managing the new bounty campaigns but it is not 100% guaranteed the mentioned methods will be solely effective to fight against the scam bounty campaigns.
155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Multi bets vs single bets on: October 28, 2020, 11:59:14 PM
The lower the risk, the higher the chance of winning. Your question is to combine the low multipliers in order to get higher odds but the chosen games will be more than 5 for 2 odd. What if one of the chosen matches with low odd becomes lost. Betting a high amount at low odds can hurt one day like me, I have lost $1932 in a tennis match which has the clear favorite player with 1.05 odd. On the last set, the player from France has decided not to play and odds started to drop for OP player, I have lost all bankroll which I build during 1 month in the single-game due to this low odd, sadly.
156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin sportsbook bonuses on: October 28, 2020, 11:43:00 PM
You can easily find sportsbook with welcome bonus. It's one major way of attracting customers or clients to their sites. Most if not all sportsbook have welcome bonuses ranging from a few percentage of the deposit to as high as 400%.
However, you should note that if your deciding factor for choosing a sportsbook is the welcome bonus, then you're liable to fall victim of scams. You should know many of these sportsbook have promised very huge welcome bonuses only to turn out to scams, freezing the accounts with funds.
I'd advice you consider withdrawal fee, the minimum withdrawal amount and most importantly the reputation of such sportsbook on forums like this before you make deposits with them
There are plenty of available sportsbook or casino bonuses but the wagering requirements are higher than average. In fiat sportsbooks, the wagering requirement is around %200 but in the crypto gambling industry this number climbs up to %1500 depending on the bookie. The odds limit is another problem, the minimum odd should be 1.4 for counting the bet towards the wagering requirement.
Crypto sportsbook can't compete to the fiat sportsbook as fiat sportsbook is really big, their bonuses are easier since they have a lot of gamblers, while in crypto they have only few numbers but still profitable, and the thing is, crypto sportsbook is so friendly to small bettors due to a very low minimum per bet and that's what they are trying to get, they want volume of bettors.
In the crypto gambling industry, the bonuses are not fairly distributed due to the volume. Maybe the big fiat bookies have the necessary facilities to distribute a huge part of the bonus rewards but the KYC factor is stronger compared to crypto sportsbooks. I don't think the crypto bookies are smaller than average fiat gambling platforms, bonus conditions are not hard to pass in both types of bookies. Maybe in the future, the crpyot gambling industry will be able to combine both offers in a single platform.
157  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why You Should Trade Crypto With Leverage on: October 28, 2020, 11:20:29 PM
There are pro traders who know how to use effectively the leverage for boosting their profit but the leverage can be a tool for melting the balance faster than anything else. Saving the balance is not possible if the risk lovers gonna trade the highly volatile markets with 1:500 leverage. In the normal financial markets, the 1:10 leverage is normal for trading assets but the crpyot industry is known as the daily 30% price change, so the point here is to take into consideration the possible risks with all aspects.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Values of Bitcoin & Altcoin are correlated on: October 28, 2020, 10:59:31 PM
The value of both financial assets is correlated and the markets are synchronized somehow. The big move on BTC charts will affect the growing market conditions of the altcoins and the circumstances will change for altcoin pairs with ETH eventually. The experienced traders know how to catch these gaps and take advantage of it, candles like to close the open gaps from Sundays when the market was closed. Like in speculative spot forex markets, using the chart with two lines which represents the values of BTC&altcoins can help the trader to see the correlation clearly.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: AIRDROPS ARE NO LONGER VIABLE on: October 28, 2020, 10:45:16 PM
It has been proven fact for many years, there is no one who considers the airdrop is a way for passive income. It is a 100% waste of time and bounty hunters should find another way for getting free tokens. The given timeframe for distributing the tokens are delayed intentionally in order to scam more and more hunters. Airdrops are controlled by advertisement groups too, they know how to create the ad web which has such juicy methods for attracting new hunters. Thinking outside of the box will help you to find the right answers, just don't give up after the first failure.
