I’m not sure I fully understand all of this. So basically, you need 500 graft to do anything? When does this all go live?

I see RPX in my wallet. I do not understand why they need your address to transmit you the bridal party when I already have them.
They don’t. Is a move to appease regulators. So they can say, “Hey, we’re doing KYC.” But they really aren’t because it’s impossible.

Seems that we are finally getting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. This update of the pivx chain wasn't that easy. I hope this latest wallet version is the good, and that finally it's done ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) . Wait and see ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) . i still can’t spend zpiv

Any word on how to set up supernode yet? And/or when that capability will be available?

0 active connections in the QT wallet, how to fix it? If possible please put a mini tutorial: how to add node
do not worry about it. 0 connections actually mean you are connected to the network. it will be slow to update is all but once you are catched up it is really negligible difference vtc transactions are really small only 20gb whole blockchain compared to btc's 150gb. PIVX Blockchain is <1 Gb. PIVX can’t have a 51% attack. Just saying. I’m just really trying to understand why people like VTC over PIVX. does PIVX have these ? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) 1clickminer segwit atomic swap zero premine asic resistance (proven n tested hardforked 2x) Not exactly, it has other properties that separate it from the rest. No premine. Staking and MN only is better than mining and is naturally asic proof. PIVX is immune to 51% attack. Sure, growing pains with zPiv, but it will prevail. Is better than DASH too. I picked up some VTC, why not pick up some PIVX. Just in case. Atomic swap is interesting, I'll have to admit.

I am kicking myself for not stepping into VTC when a buddy told me about this a month ago. Seems like a great coin. Interested to see where it goes. Worried to purchase around the present pump motor..
VTC recent strong performance, more and more people are bullish about his prospects for development and selection of a large number of buyers, after all, it has been more than three years, as development continues, it will be more attention in the field of blockchain. In my view, VTC is at this stage one of the greatest coins . Bitcoin now is enjoying the marketing effect (ETFs in BTC and similar). People sell theirs houses to buy Bitcoin but in reality nothing special about BTC vs VTC . The time will show (and this is already taking place) that more and more people will seek alternatives to Bitcoin including investment funds will start to add alt-coins to theirs packages and this is where VTC is extremely well positioned . I'd says in the future VTC will settle in the top 20. But 51% attack on pools. What now?

So threat of a 51% attack. Shouldn't you guys be worried. Why so much love for VTC?

It was about 0.025¢ give or take

Most whitepapers are trash. Lot of buzzwords about disrupting old-fashioned industries, lot of unnecessary padding about basic crypto stuff (what is blockchain, how Bitcoin has changed the world and bullshit like that) and lot unnecessary neologisms trying to impress technologically less knowledgeable people. What you should be looking for is at least semi-detailed technical explanation coupled with detailed business plan in any shape or form. It could be in the form Wiki or documentation hosted on Github or even whitepaper. It doesn't matter as long as it contains detailed description of project itself and not some general mumbo-jumbo about utility of blockchains.
Dbet's whitepaper is weak and is disappointing so far. Pre-ico the "devs" were pumping this ICO. Trying to sell it to noobs and amateurs. Sure, I bought some. It's a gamble in itself. It better pan out. We don't hear a peep from the "team" anymore. No tweets, two <2 min youtube vids, no facebook posts. During pre-ico it was one big party...they were partying the fact that they're producing this huge scam coin. Everytime we see them on their computers, we think they're working on debt, when really they're just pro crypto traders. Pro ICO scammers. I'm calling it a scam because they haven't proven otherwise. Until then = scam. Trading on Etherdelta is sub-ico price. Someone please prove me wrong.

So what the hell happened to Decent.bet? They posted tons of content pre-ico. Interviews, chats, etc. Now, not a peep. A couple <2 min youtube videos. Feels like we got swindled. All the other ico's and coins publish social media content almost daily. What gives?
|
|
|
Because it's a scam. Just say it.

What was the ICO price per token?
It was about 0.0285¢ USD.

In these days, pivx has collapsed again to a value of 2.64 $ (at the time of writing). I'm worried about the many issues that the wallet has met. Many people, like me, still have problems of syncing with the last release 3.0.4. Many have lost PIVs and I am not sure If I've lost too... I have my .dat bkups but nothing is working. A lot of confusion has arised from PIV to ZPiv auto conversion. The announcement that the PIVX network was not safe was just visible on their Facebook page and I've noticed it just by chance... Ahead of this step I fear that PIVX will slowly die... Despite all these fears I still believe in PIVX because it's an amazing tech, but still not working properly and a little bit difficult to manage. What do you think? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) During the zPIV conversion, I sent 1 zPIV to bittrex and thought it was lost. It magically appeared after the 3.0.4 update. I sent a zPIV after the update and it was sent seamlessly and anonymously. PIVX will not die, is simply experiencing growing pains. I'm holding.

Yes Poink that was our question? We need to know how to withdraw our RPX from Kucoin into our Private desktop wallet? and What wallet should we be using as the NEO-GUI doesn't seem to be syncing as it just says "waiting on next block" and gaining in weight
you can send your RPX to any neo address where you control the private key
|
|
|
We missed out on the ICO for RPX and the script hash said it wasn't valid for the NEON wallet and we downloaded the NEO-GUI wallet for to put our RPX from KUCoin in, put the wallet still has waiting on next block and a green bar is going through as the weight just keeps increasing. Can we put in our coins as this process is going on or is there a specific weight it has to reach before wallet is usable? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Help please as we would like to take our coins off the exchange. I tried as well but getting this message "Withdrawal of this asset is not available for now". Not sure when it will be available. Plug your private key into https://neotracker.io/Paste destination address, number of RPX, send. Takes seconds to receive, minutes to fully confirm.

I really like the development of Pivx, although it doesn't allow short term profits. From a technological point of view Pivx is one of the best coins, but still there isn't that much hype around and increase is very constant and healthy. Recent low is just due to the 2 BTC hard forks. All altcoins suffer from this (don't agree with author at this point). Good opportunity to bulk up your coins.
Agreed. It’s way undervalued. Will be top 10 in time. I’ve been into crypto since 2013. I’ve looked at many many coins. I’m heavy on PIVX. 80% of my portfolio. I successfully sent a zpiv today to bittrex. Completely untraceable. Is a matter of time.

I still need to pick up some PIVX, hoping near the BTC hardfork this hits a bottom.
pivx on sale right now
