I'm not sure about your first question but for your second question they are doing buybacks rather than dividends. This increases the price rather than pay you something back.

Are they already doing buybacks or plan to do it? Is there any financial report on previous periods (how much profit they earned)?

I can tell you for certain that there was a buyback done in Q2. It was the first one. There was also a financial report in the first quarterly report I think back in May, I'm not sure some time passed. Check out the ICONOMI medium page, I think you'll find most of this there. Also check the AMA threads on the ICONOMI reddit page for other questions you have that may have been answered there.

You cannot purchase ICNP directly. When buying ICN, you are basically buying ICNP in return. This is because 20% of the ICNP return is going towards buybacks and burning of ICN coins and the other 80% is for reinvestment in other ICOs to get more profits. So if you owe 10% of total ICN coins, well basically you owns 10% of ICNP + all the other fees which is generated on ICNX

The blocks you are seeing are from setting up the initial infrastructure for the launch. As soon as other miners begin their operations these “miners” will be removed. To reiterate, The first 100k blocks are transparent (unrewarded) and DECENT will not be mining after the period of transparency (100k blocks) ends.
If it's Dpos a form of PoS then how is it possible to mine until ICO coins are released, which could take "7 working days"
