How am I supposed to read this? Does Quote [ARB 1] 1 BTC = 98.802 USD = 30.52748776 LTC = 0.9855891 BTC - Depth: 0.1996 BTC mean BTC -> USD -> LTC -> BTC ? Also should the script not only show profitable trades?

While I can't solve your problems with the pool , I would reccomend setting up a p2pool node. Also scrypt based coins, eg litecoin, are more profitable to mine - source: dust coin.com
