If i have 1m dollars, with half of them i will keep bitcoin whereas the remaining half i will invest in different altcoins, in the alts i choose those coins which has a low market cap as compared to other coins and has a great potential.

I don't think that ethereum will drop out to 300.
400 to 420 is a good rate for buying ethereum as this coin have a great potential.

Selling the coin at a low price is not a wise decision, you should hold them tightly unless they came to the ico price at least.
