Sekali saja ditemukan korupsi resikonya akan membuat orang tesbeut atau pejabat tersebut jera dant idak akan mengulanginya lagi. Nah karena Indonesia tidak mungkin menerapkan aturan hukuman berat tersebut sehingga oknum oknum pejabat nakal masih merasa bebas melakukan korupsi dengan cara mereka sendiri. Bahkan kita tahu ada semacam kasus korupsi yang melibatkan banyak pihak atau intitusi negara dan hasilnya saling menutupi kebobrokan masing masing agar bisa selamat. Jadi tidak perlu heran mengapa akan susah menumpas tindakan korupsi di Indonesia.
Sebenarnya masih banyak cara dilakukan asalkan semua pihak serius dalam menangani persoalan itu. Saya pikir lembaga negara sudah cukup banyak dibentuk dan juga lembaga non pemerintah yang selalu mengawasi hal itu tapi tindakan korup itu juga semakin nenjamur saja. Saya akui negara sistem kerajaan lebih serius menangani persoalan itu dan hukumannya benar-benar nyata. Di Indonesia saya pikir tidak hanya lembaga pemerintah yang lemah tapi memang secara individu sudah krisis moral, tingkat tuhan saja seperti sudah tak ditakuti lagi maka siapa lagi yang mesti harus disegani maksudnya setiap orang yang diberikan amanah selalu diiringi oleh sumpah dengan keyakinan masing-masing. |

Your concerns are valid but I don't see anything worrisome here unless you have a hidden agenda against the company. Apart from restroom privacy, I don't know any other privacy you want to protect again in the place of work. Moreover, employees are much aware of this technological devices installed in the company and you have the right to terminate your contract or even reject the job offer in the first place if you are not comfortable with it. The level at which employees mismanage company's resources and properties called for this CCTV monitoring and I don't think anyone who's willing to work accordingly would have problem with being watched or monitored through CCTV cameras. I know it'll limit employees freedom but it's not necessary not only for staffs surveillance but for security purposes and increase productivity to the core. It save company's time and cost in case of incident because the defaulter can be easily identified. At my current place of work, there is no CCTV cameras yet but the CEO is always on unexpected supervision to various departments from time to time. I may not be comfortable with it but I still support it because I have seen how impactful it is to the organization. Without monitoring, some employees are just a liability to the company. If CCTV is installed for something that is of informative interest to the company then it is fine as long as it does not harm employee privacy. I think the company also has ethical standards in monitoring every movement in the company, perhaps not only monitoring employee performance but also to build trust between people in the scope of work. I don't think there's any need to worry about this situation as long as we are always able to work professionally and don't have evil intentions that will actually harm ourselves. |

Ketika harga barang sudah naik maka sangat sulit untuk kembali diturunkan. Efek naiknya harga BBM sangat berdampak luas dengan diikuti oleh barang pokok lainnya sehingga daya beli masyarakat menjadi rendah dan nilai uang semakin menurun. Mungkin menurut pemerintah hal seperti itu masih dalam batas normal padahal kehidupan masyarakat sudah cukup terdesak. My anger is that we make money to spend it all into our normal life expenses. It's difficult now to save or invest unless you part of the rich people in society. An average man has to just eat, pay bills, and survive.
Now we no longer have to think about living according to the previous rules, when the situation gets worse then saving money and only fulfilling basic foodstuffs to survive is also very good. So I see now everyone feels the same way maybe only the fairly well-off people are not so affected. I was really surprised over the outcome of the Liverpool and Man UTD FA Cup match because honestly I didn't see that coming. A 4-2 finish is something fans will be exhilirated about since Man UTD are showing them they've still got the stuff in them and this performance has pushed them to the semi's and I'm actually anxious to know who Erik's men will be paired against. At least they can hold on to this one since they aren't in the top three struggling for the trophy, of they manage to get past everyone and win this FA cup trophy, it can boost the confidence of fans.
Liverpool tried all they could in that game and for the first time in a long while they couldn't come back from a defeat and the way the whole thing turned out it looked as if they were content to bow out of this one so they can focus on Europa and the League.
