141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Doge coin everly hit $1? on: November 16, 2023, 05:54:59 AM
Why do altcoin don't have the characteristics of bitcoin? After the creation of bitcoin thousands of coin surface the crypto market, some altcoin became a huge success but some still reamain dumant and has no hope of even attaining the high of $1

Dogecoin is one of a long time COIN that has been in existence for over 10years now. since December 2013 dogecoin hit 0.0000869 on may 6 2015 and today is $0.076 now am wondering if it could reach $1price after 10years compeard to Bitcoin.

because the total supply of doge is very large, the price of 1$ is already very high for doge, of course it can go to 1$, maybe in the next bull run it will reach that target.
but other altcoins also experienced increases.
In essence, a coin that survives means it is one that can adapt or is a coin that is desired by the people who keep it.
142  Economy / Economics / Re: How to reduce the price of goods on: November 15, 2023, 07:07:58 PM
I have been thinking and trying to analyze what is really causing the high cost of food in Nigeria, I came to realize that monopoly is the major factors, Nigeria government are the enablers. How can one person be the sole major distributor, government should welcome competition in the business sector, every business person should be allowed to produce.

If there is only 1 distributor and others are not allowed, then the only way is to do a demo of it, because there will be no competition and the owner will make whatever price he wants because there is no competition.
143  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is it difficult for people to get capital easily? on: November 15, 2023, 07:02:24 PM
I came to discovered that, there are many opportunities all over the world for people to embrace by investing some huge amount of money on a particular business and start living a big man life in the country. I have been working hard to get capital to start my own business, so that I will have financial freedom to invest in BTC and any kind of business that will make me not to reduce to zero level in the country but I have worked with many companies but to save the money is the issue because of the disturb of my siblings which I love so much. I was in their shoes before when I was in school some years ago before I became a graduate, and anytime I made demand of anything from my elder brother and sister they must respond to me well by sending the money and food stuff when I was in school, and the day they refuse to respond to me, I will be seriously angry with them not to pick their calls or reply their chat at the moment until they look for way to solve my problem.
How did you get your capital to start that business you are doing today? Or do you experience some things like this from your relatives, because to get capital these days is not easy for me, and there are some people all over the world looking for way to get this capital to start a good business but is not easy for them. Can you share your experience on how you get your capital.

You have to do other things than you usually do, for example if you work and your salary can only cover your needs, then you have to do other things to get extra money which you can later use for investment or opening your own business.
144  Economy / Economics / Re: Small Scale Business Ideas on: November 15, 2023, 06:57:09 PM
On this board I often see a lot of discussions related to investment and finance which tend to be large scale. However, to start investing we need capital. How do you find capital for investment?

Let's talk about small scale businesses that have low risks and promising profits so that we can have capital to invest and become passive income in the future.

Do you have a small business idea? or business experience? I want to hear it

It's a shame I never started my own business, I was a seller but at my parents' shop first, but from there I was able to meet our family's needs and was able to send me and my siblings to school.
I think small businesses can also be promising, depending on their management.
open your small business, whatever it is.

146  Economy / Gambling / Re: what are the best crypto casinos! on: October 06, 2023, 07:33:05 AM
Only way to find out if that casino is trusted enough then you should btry thier services and one you will try to deposit a good amount then if in the withdrawal there's no trials and errors then all I can say is maybe you already found the right one. And also by the help from the gamblers who has the experience of betting that casino then if thier reviews is good then it trusted.
it is not possible to know before making a deposit/gambling on their site/withdrawals whether the site is real or not and whether they will scam or not. It can only be known if anyone tells about the site whether the site is good working or not. That's why people try to know which is the best.

There's nothing wrong with waiting for other people to make a deposit or review first, so that we don't get hit by a fraudulent site, because recently there have been many gambling sites under the guise of fraud, members can deposit but cannot withdraw.
it's best to avoid new sites.
147  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bc.game not honouring deposit bonus on: October 06, 2023, 07:30:03 AM
Hi all,

Not quite sure if this is common knowledge yet, but bc.game is doing everything possible to avoid paying the deposit bonus that shows on the deposit page.
I've raised the issue several times with support, with responses ranging from 'its only the first deposit bonus' (why is it listed on each deposit page?), to 'issue has been reported' and finally 'you must deposit on tuesday and thursday'.

Seems fairly simple to me, can someone from bc.game reach out to resolve this?

james

I once tried to follow the free program from BC Games, which requires completing a turnover of 40x the total bonus obtained in order to withdraw the bonus balance and so far it has been successful, I got 40$ after completing it. But about your problem I don't know much about it.
However, there is a new platform called cryptocasino.com which offers lots of bonuses when you first register and deposit. For more details, you can visit the website.
148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reckless gambling starts after a win round. on: October 06, 2023, 07:20:01 AM
If you are onto gambling for the first time it's not possible to get addicted to gambling because you haven't tasted what winning feels like, you will be consumed by doubts and uncertainty.

But wait till you have a taste, win some money, that's where you start feeling like there is more if you keep digging, is this not where gambling addiction starts?

We have had a lot of conversations about gambling addiction, but I had the same conversation with someone close yesterday and this was my answer to him.

Do you think its possible to become addicted to gambling when you haven't win a dime or after you win?

I think addiction starts after you win, even if it's just once, that's when you start gambling recklessly and you also start betting higher.

maybe in a certain sense someone will feel excited when they get something from what they predicted, like they think they can do it all the time, and from there carelessness starts to come and continues until the person can finally control himself, or even drown in gambling continuously.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the future of cryptocurrency?? on: October 05, 2023, 11:25:28 AM
I think the future of cryptocurrency is bright and will be widely adopted, it's just a matter of time.
and for now because the market is sluggish and there are some people trying to manipulate the market in the near future it seems like it is time for us to enter the bull run phase, but some people also say the bear will continue until the end of this year.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to identify shitcoins? on: October 05, 2023, 10:59:42 AM
As an investor, i did a lots of invest in altcoins. Those were suppose to be good that time with having good hype, good team and community. But with having all of thats, most of altcoins scam after a time! I wonder for some altcoins, they were suppose not to be go but they scammed without any reason! And hundreds of altcoins are in my wallet, which are turn into dead shitcoin now.

has a low market cap, and there are always lots of people promoting it every day, they hope people buy the coin and then they sell it.
that's what shitcoin promoters do.
There are several other ways but the most obvious is this.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hardwork pays not luck! on: October 05, 2023, 10:18:25 AM
Because this is your first time seeing market conditions and its changing cycles, emotions can hinder your goals.
I felt that when I felt like I was losing money from trading and had to get my money back quickly, that's when emotions took control.
From there I slowly started everything again.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Layer 1s. Why does anyone invest in any other than Solona? on: October 05, 2023, 09:00:38 AM
Solana had a bad history in 2022 when FTX was rumored to have gone bankrupt and one of their biggest investors held a large amount of Solana, that's why this project still has doubts from various parties, especially those who witnessed this.
and prefer new projects that have a good reputation
153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Gambling affect your relationship? on: October 04, 2023, 01:53:43 PM
Yes, Gambling addiction has strained a lot of relationships through financial instabilities emotional turmoil, social isolation, and family problems. Gambling which was meant to be a popular kind of entertainment for many and was designed to provide a temporary escape from everyday life and also help one to be more observant mentally task your brain and it is also good for your mental brain. When it becomes an addiction it causes financial strain the strain can manifest in various ways including the loss of shared savings, debt accumulation, and financial secrecy which may lead to strained communication between partners. This communication breakdown can prevent couples, friends, and associates from working together.

It's true, too much of anything can make things bad.
Emotions that make the relationship with your partner strained can also occur.
but some couples want to understand and understand their partner's condition, they may remind them to reduce things slowly, rather than scolding them or fighting with their partner, and I think this is quite effective to do.
154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: October 04, 2023, 01:47:17 PM
~snip~

At the end the problem of gambling is a personal thing, it is almost impossible to help someone that wants to continue gambling.

They will continue gambling until they lose all their money, and sometimes people will even loan money to try to recover their losses, only to lose it all all over again...

It's a dangerous addiction that can destroy many lives

actually there are various types of gambling addiction, and I actually call myself a gambling addict so I can't just get away from gambling but I don't really spend the money I have and I always use it sensibly because I can control myself and can set limits when I spend money to play I've also had experiences where I can't control my money when I'm having problems so I run to gambling to entertain myself but the gambling uses up my money very quickly and makes me more in trouble.
But as time went by I realized that if this continued to happen to my life I would not have a good future and I slowly started to be disciplined when gambling.
However, there are also gambling addicts who commit violence against friends or family when they experience financial difficulties or are experiencing continuous losses. This can cause someone to experience mental disorders and if this continues to happen it will cause unrest in society because it has created chaos in the environment where they live they live so they need help to help their addiction.

some can survive, some cannot survive their emotions, some people may fall into this addiction.
some will adapt and find solutions to get around it, but people who can control all their emotions are the greatest people and they will be fine if they can do that
155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never gamble in front of your kids. on: October 04, 2023, 01:41:17 PM
It's true, every child will definitely feel curious about what their parents are doing.
that is why we can choose which parts we will show and not show until he understands how to differentiate them.
but by not pointing out things that we think are bad may have made his way of thinking different.
156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling top projects on: October 04, 2023, 01:34:41 PM
This is not new though, I remember back then that there were native token projects by a crypto casino sites, but it turn out not good that time. Not sure what make the project of that casino to be accused of scams and so it failed miserably.

As for the latest crypto gambling sites that get their hands on this kind of projects, goodluck and hopefully they will survived in this niche. Very tough competition but I guess when there are a lot of gamblers around the world, there is so much that they can divide amongst themselves.

I don't think the gambling industry will die, but new projects that join in may die because of more attractive competitors.
So competition occurs between gambling sites, not because no one plays.
157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which games offer the best chance of a big win? on: October 03, 2023, 04:02:11 PM
I think card games like poker can get big wins, and can continue to win.
I see some people who take part in poker tournaments and they can win many times, and make millions of $ or even tens as long as they become pro players.
158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Ever Made Such Mistake Before, But Won still? on: October 03, 2023, 03:21:21 PM
it usually happens rarely and happens when you make an unintentional mistake like that.
basically the chances of people making such mistakes are very small so it can probably be said to be great luck.
until now I have never experienced that.
159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Before you take sides on: October 03, 2023, 08:10:04 AM
but I think some of the gamblers' opinions could be right, I mean the casinos feel they are strong and the words of an unclear gambler will not be listened to by other people.
unless the player who comes is a rich person who has the effect and power to say that.
I'll tell you one thing, if you are RIGHT but you don't have relationships and power then you can easily be said to be WRONG by those who have these things.
160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can money be saved in gambling sites? on: October 03, 2023, 03:28:04 AM
We could save it but there are many temptations, so our desire to bet it is greater because the money is already available on the site.
different from banks which are places where money is generally stored.
but if one day a betting site offers something if its members deposit money on their betting site, I think people will consider it.
