141  Local / Pamilihan / Re: CryptoTalk.Org Ban rate. 192/631 members = 30.43% on: October 10, 2019, 04:10:23 AM
Mas safer yung participant kung nag popost sya basi sa mga interest nya, compared sa nag hahabol ng post dahil sa bayad.
Sana lang ganun ang mind set nila—yung magpopost dahil interested sila. Pero, usapang pera kasi ito. And we all know na pag money talks, lahat ay gagawin mo para kumita ng malaki. In this case, pinipilit nila mameet yung 20 posts per day para mas malaking pay out.

Para sa akin ay wala namang masama dun kaso nga lang nakikita nila ang cryptotalk signature campaign as a very big opportunity and they want to make the most of it. Iba talaga ang epekto when the greed kicks in, lahat nagkakandaloko-loko Sad.
142  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Depression and exercise on: October 10, 2019, 02:06:12 AM
I don't know if your scientific explanation is correct but I believe so. My only question is if we assume that I am the depressed person, how do I have the willing to exercise? I mean, I'm already depressed, hopeless and already got no interest in doing anything. I'm just in the corner of my room all day long because of total sadness. Yeah! The solution (exercising as what you've said) is present but how I will be able to use it while I'm trapped in this disorder? I sudrenly wonder Huh.
143  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Religion of Peace? Why Religion At All on: October 10, 2019, 01:00:44 AM
Religion is good but Humanity is better. You can still be considerably good without consistently going to church every Sunday, without attending various spiritual ceremonies and even without praying as long as you are following the rules of human and shows compassion to another. Let me give you an example on what I usually see while attending Christmas mass last year. I noticed that everyone in the mass gave few bucks during the part of tithes but after the mass they can't even give a cent on the old beggar outside. See the irony?

In short, being religious doesn't secure your spot in heaven. You should also put the knowledge you gain into actions.
144  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we get people to use bitcoin as a currency? on: October 09, 2019, 01:57:44 PM
Anyway, for people to accept bitcoin as a currency it should be acknowledge by the government first because no matter how you promulgate the bitcoin from people as long as government prohibits the usage it stil useless.
Yes! All of your efforts for encouraging others will be useless if your government ban it already. So for those countries whose government are still undecided or stand as neutral regarding this matter, use cryptocurrency properly and I'm sure that everything will follows. Think, imagine that you and all of your countrymen are not using crypto to scam or to do illegal stuff, you only use it nothing more but to improve dealing with daily transactions then there will be a very high chance for your government to embrace and legalized this technology. Remember that all of you had a great part on cryptocurrency's future in your country.
145  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Unable to send BTC - Incorrect Password on: October 09, 2019, 11:01:09 AM
How come that you still forgot the password of your wallet if you already made made money transfers before? You must already memorized the username & pw of your account after using it oftenly, it's impossible for you to forget it. Maybe you just mistyped your password or your maybe the passwords in your mind are shuffled assuming that you got more than one account. My advice is clear out your mind first and then naturally retype it because it works for me.

What?
148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I access my BTC and other wallets on Public Internet Cafe on: October 09, 2019, 01:30:49 AM
I only access my wallet in an internet cafe before but I really  don't want it in the first place. It's just so happened that I need to withdraw right that very moment and my smartphone is dead battery. Fortunately, nothing unusual happened after it Smiley. If I were you, I will never do it again because it's very unsafe. Your option in visiting your wallet should only be through your own device but if it l's not then do not attempt using it at all.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the fair rewards come out from campaign? on: October 08, 2019, 10:59:58 AM
he received only $6.8 after worked for 6 weeks is it fair?  Is it normal?
Normal? Maybe but it depends since I don't know what his rank. Honestly, the weekly reward you can receive in the campaigns here inside our forum are diminishing as time goes by. For example, I still remember that the standard rate for sr. members like me before is around .009 btc, then it go down to .007 then now it is already around .004 to .004 only. Let me give back your question, is it fair? For me, it's still a yes because our market is not as lively as before so it's understandable if the rewards become low too.

Going back to your friend's case, if I were on his position probably I won't continue anymore because it's not worth of my time. But if this forum is all you've got then money offered here is not bad instead of having nothing Smiley.
150  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the all countries convert to cryptocurrency? on: October 08, 2019, 09:42:12 AM
if a country wants to change its currency from fiat to cryptocurrency, to connect app to the blockchain network.
they should pay attention to improve their internet network coverage and security
because cryptocurrencies payment cannot be separated from smartphones that need internet access anywhere when making payments.

You are right! But the problem is several countries still can't have internet services due to poor economic status. Well, the others got internet connection however they're not as fast as what like the first world countries or Singapore have.

Therefore, attaining for worldwide adoption is nearly impossible. It's very hard to swallow but it's true. The problem doesn't only revolve in the intrtnet connection , if you will analyze there are greater factors which hinders and one of it is the disapproval of governments.
151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one you buy Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: October 07, 2019, 09:14:54 AM
In my opinion, it is ok whatever you choose between btc or eth because first they are good quality coins. Second, they are both stable coins so there's no problem if you are a daytrader or just a simple hodler. Third, they got the same pattern of thread and behavior; have a look on https://coinmarketcap.com.

But if you asked me to choose only one then I guess I gow ith bitcoin. Why? Simply because it is the king and the Top 1 Smiley, that's all.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH experiences the deepest downfall this year on: October 07, 2019, 07:37:12 AM
I think that most people lose their cool because there is not enough money in a coin.
This depends on their strategy, if they understand that the entire altcoins market are affected, they would not panic, but if they don't they might dump this coin to cut loses.
You're right dude, you got the exact idea! Weak investors are getting agitated when they see that the value of their coin decreases but you can't blame them because it's a really  terrifying experience. However, in all cases you must be strong and don't let emotions dictate your actions. Just always remember that 2 btc, for example, will remain 2 btc whatever trend our market had right now. It remains the same, right? Change your perspective, learn to look on the number and not on the equivalent value on fiat.
153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rant: I am thinking of Quitting my Interest in Crypto Currency on: October 07, 2019, 02:08:54 AM
Tomorrow is always another day dont just quit and start over again and again.
That's easy to say but hard to do especially that you are not in his position. I understand your point dude but sometimes if yoy already feel that doing something is no longer makes you happy then it's okay to quit. All of us can understand that. I guess OP is now losing his interest to crypto because he felt it was boring now. If that's the case, I support him to leave but honestly the inner me hope he change his mind. I mean, of course it was a loss for the crypto community after all.
154  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Beware] most Android phones being exploited on: October 06, 2019, 03:10:32 PM
@abel1337 and joniboni

I know that there are still models which are not affected but I can't help to not to think the possibility that those brands mentioned are now unsafe. I mean, if the bug or virus (or whatever it is) able to infiltrate the system of Redmi Note 5 then it's not impossible for Redmi Mi 9T to experience the same thing since they have the same manufacturer.

I am not very knowledgeable about gadgets and I also don't know if I'm making sense at all but what I'm sure is that I'm now losing interest to Xiaomi.
155  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Beware] most Android phones being exploited on: October 06, 2019, 08:30:13 AM
OMG! Honestly I'm planning to buy one of the Redmi Note series this upcoming December (just a Christmas gift for myself) if I am able to save sufficient money to buy one. But now, I'm hesitating whether I will buy even any of those Xiaomi smartphones or not. I really like Xiaomi because it was cheap with high quality — a true flagship killer, but if it could be a threat for my security then I'll pass.

This news made me realized that there are still advantages for having an outdated phone Cheesy, probably I'll keep using it for the meantime or maybe search for a better brand.
156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Money is Dirty Money on: October 06, 2019, 05:21:28 AM
I don't think that way. If I made money, no one should look at where do I spend it or on what I use it for. Why would it even be such a bad thing? It isn't that much of a big deal, you give money and then maybe you win more or lose it all. A big percentage of money given for building churches and other religious establishments comes from mafia or some types of criminals, so gambling isn't that bad.
I don't think bad people will spend money for doing things which don't benefit them in return. I've never heard of criminals doing charitable works instead of buying guns, drugs and illegal stuff.

Anyway, I love your maturity because you said that you don't even care on what other people will say about your gambling activity. You're right! You don't need to explain yourself to them, the important thing you are happy on what you are doing and you are degrading no one Smiley.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: October 06, 2019, 04:06:53 AM
There is nothing wrong with faucets. Just use your time wisely in the correct place.
Seriously? For me it was a huge waste of your time Roll Eyes. Faucets are give huge rewards back on the pioneer days of btc, but now it literelly give you cents only. You can't even  pay your internet subscription if you will solely depend on it. The good thing about it is that there's no risk at all however your time and resources like electricity is plenty wasted.
158  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There isn't always a clear reason why BTC went up or down on: October 06, 2019, 01:22:51 AM
they will wonder if they dont know the reason but if they will only research and stay updated regularly they can see that there were actually a reason on why the price falls  . like recently price fall because of some events like bakkt   ,  binance restrictions , the hacking incidents and so on   .  price wont fall without any major reason   .   when common people sells , thats only minor and wont affect the price at all and you wont see a news  or any updates whenever they did it  .
Not everyday there's a bakkt news, there is a crypto adoption and there is a hacking cases here in the world of crypto and yet the price still fluctuates drastically/slowly. How can you explain it? I believe that when the price changes it doesn't mean there's already a reason behind it. I agree on what Flor1982 said, most of the time supply & demand mainly implies.
159  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Guide] How to Add image on Bitcoin Talk Post? on: October 05, 2019, 12:34:57 PM
As you may notice, the Direct Link and BBcode Link is almost the same. Meaning, you can use it here as long as you know the code. This info could help you just in case there is no available BBcode Link on other picture uploading sites. Another tip, you can also make your image clickable so there's no need to include the reference of it. You can use this to make your post more appealing and neat. Sometimes too many urls are very unpleasant to our eyes, you know what I mean Smiley. Here's an example format:

Code:

160  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Smart hodling vs just hodling on: October 05, 2019, 10:03:09 AM
Many of us here are hardcore bitcoin believers. If you are anything like me, you've put most of your savings in bitcoin.
Mate I'm not like you because I'm too scared to fully trust btc. I know the posaible profits but at the same time I'm aware of the risk which I face that's why I'm only taking few portions of my money and invest on it.
What do you think would be a smarter way of hodling bitcoin other than standing still, bag in hand, while watching the price go back down to the $3K range?
Hmm, what we are doing is already called smart hodling. We buy on a lower price, wait for the time btc's price increase and then sell. That's all you can do if you are a pure long term hodler. Our success mostly depends on fortune and time. If btc is stabilizing on the $10k mark then so be it, if the price finally rise then thank God. You know what I'm saying? Smiley
