bonpay card are blocked right now, and can't unload the balance from the card ? wtf.

This issue really occurred regarding the fact that our European card provider Wave Crest Holdings Ltd. received a statement from VisaŽ on the instant closure of all prepaid VisaŽ debit card programs accounts. The Bonpay Card is included in the list of prepaid VisaŽ debit card programs, so we have to follow this statement as well. We understand that this news is unexpected, however, Wave Crest was unable to provide us or card holders with this information in advance in order to be prepared for such changes. We have already sent an email to all our users concerning the question and are already doing our best to compensate inconveniences. Could you give me some more informations about the transfers BTC>EUR stuck in "pending" ?
All I know is that's a "third party issue".
Almost 15 days now since i did the transfer, how long will it take to fix it ? Days, weeks, months ? Can i be refund ?
Please don't ask me to mail your support or send a ticket, i sent emails and didn't have answers to theses questions.

That was caused by the delay due to bank holidays and our team is currently trying to find all transfers which were sent. If you urgently need a refund please contact support and they will try to resolve this issue for you. i'm one of your customers, i got an Euro Card. BTC>EUR transfers worked fine 3 times but my 4th transfer, and so my funds, are stuck in "Pending" since the 21th December.
The transaction number is 36800b10, can you do something to unlock it ? Or tell me when it will be ?

Hi. The crypto credit cards are planned to be issued in 2020. Regarding countries, we strive to become a worldwide service. Currently, we provide cards only within EU zone, but it is only the beginning. So far our cards support USD, EUR and BTC, however, we are aiming to add more currencies soon. Bonpay card order costs $15 for the plastic card and the virtual one is for free. The commission for withdrawing cash from Bonpay cards is $2.5. |
