I concur. One, not both.
This is simple math. I will only send out the miner to the ppl who have donated 0.05btc. The fee will be small, and the speed increase will be big.
If #4 is +10%. I take 2% and you get +8%.
If you don't want to mine with the fee, you can revert to #3
mod#4 will be available only to those who paid 0.05 ? If so, then tell me how to properly pay 0.05btc, send money to your wallet, and then in private messages write a payment number?
