Bounty participants are the cause of huge dump after the listing at exchanges. I suppose it's fair enough to delay bounty token distribution for a while. True investors could dump their tokens during that time gap if they want to.

Yes, of course Sintez is an ERC20 based token and the maximum supply of tokens 1,000,000,000 one billion. 100M tokens are blocked by default but will be unlocked for use by 10 million tokens per year upto 10 years. Annual divedends will be paid only to long-term holders. The strategy is the following. First year they pay 50%, next year 25%, another year 12,5% and so on. The price of tokens should rise so the gift will be the same in terms of another currency like BTC or fiat. This is a very smart move, to encourage the holders of tokens who believe in the future of this project. Small speculators will earn as usually less. More such steps should be taken.
