1401  Economy / Economics / Re: Is a real estate crash/dip due? on: May 12, 2020, 07:22:33 PM
Real Estate crash is coming soon, but its not going to hit immediately atleast where I am living, because still people are under lockdown and enjoying government offers at the moment but once everything becomes normal, all the economy will restart their economy growth so it will take lot of time to increase the cash flow in their economy, no cash flow means no demand so no profits for anyone so landlord will be forced to decrease the rent or they will get nothing.
1402  Economy / Economics / Re: Rookie thing. on: May 10, 2020, 07:45:38 PM
Hello good people.

I'm reading about all this cryptocurrency for a little while now (hard not to its all over and everywhere) and I got some questions that I could not find a satisfying answer.

1. There is no question about Fiat money (whatever it is $, £ or euro.) thats its losing it's value, so the question is. If it got no value what value Bitcoin have then ? ( i will use bitcoin for must common crypto but thinking of any). Can't get my head over it.

2.If you imagine in let's say 20 years FIAT goes to CRYPTO all the way. You want to buy a car worth $5000 but paying in Crypto, how much would you pay ? if $ got no value.

Maybe answer is simple for some of you. Please be good samaritan and share some knowlage here.
Thanks for any effort.

All of those presumptions are somewhat unrealistic. Why? Fiat would never lose its value and its impossible for it to happen as long the government do exist then these paper things will surely exist
in the end of time. Its true that btc do get its value from fiat and if ever that fiat comes worthless then there would be some other things but im sure that crypto wont really be on that place
maybe some other centralized stuff but not this one.Why would think up that much? We wont reach up that state where fiat becomes worthless.

Bitcoin is just bitcoin and it got its own value, only we are creating the value based on dollars or euro or any other fiat money when we wanted to trade that crypto but it doesn't really mean that bitcoins are value in USD.It got its value on its own demand and supply and the minimum value that bitcoin can be divided into is satoshi.Maybe in future fiat becomes useless and cryptos is allover accepted as payment then every product will be valued in satoshi.
1403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Several Factors That Can Affect Cryptocurrency Prices? on: May 10, 2020, 06:26:50 PM
Trading affect the crypto prices as well, especially one who tries to sell the market for short time if there are more traders like this which could create an impact on the prices which results in bump or dump on the particular coin. And more importantly anything which affects the price of bitcoin will affect the whole crypto market as well.
1 altcoin cant affect the price of other altcoins and only bitcoin can do it.

The condition you mentioned is what happens to altcoin that just entered the exchange. Sales that are not balanced with demand cause prices to decrease many times and are very rare in other popular altcoins like the top 10 altcoins.

So as an investor its better to keep an eye on the bitcoin related news rather than looking for every coins development.
Although bitoin can affect the price of altcoin but forgetting the latest developments in which you invest is also not something that can be done. There are conditions where events can be different even though the price of bitcoin goes down and in many cases like altcoin succes listed to the top exchange, the price can change.
Bump and dump is more common with the newly listed coins because it has less marketcap so it is easy to manipulate the prices.

But whales also manipulate the prices of altcoins from time to time so its better to beware all the time.

Those are just rare events and possibly will have short time effect on that coin's price that's why said its better to follow bitcoin than each and every market movement.

1405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: COVID-19 is helping to expand the crypto world on: May 10, 2020, 04:12:21 PM
COVID-19 has locked down the office, market, business even our life. People are passing idle time at home. Many people are now trying to engage in online job and online business. Many of them are being eager to invest in cryptocurrency like me. I was not so much interested about crypto world and would be always busy with my work. When I was lying at home day after day, I started to know about online investment. At a time I realized, cryptocurrency is the best for me to invest and now I am an investor on such platform. So, I think, Corona Virus is encouraging people to invest in cryptocurrency and thereby helping to expand the crypto world.

What's you thought about it?
So we need a deadly disease to attack us just to open our eyes towards financial freedom, I will say no don't blamce the time its your responsibility if you want to be a better person in your financial life style. Most of the current millionaires started to invest on very young age so they didn't have millions of dollars to invest.Invest what you can afford for it then wait for your time to come.
1406  Economy / Gambling / Re: My urge to go to land base casino in this lock down and how I fight it. on: May 10, 2020, 02:49:57 PM
Start gaming to quit gambling, try this and I can assure this will work for you and this has been in practice by all over the world since lockdown implemented the people who play gamers are increased by a far percentage.Still it is addictive so have to keep everything balanced to have a healthy mental stability.
1407  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: He Lost His Investment. See what Happened! on: May 10, 2020, 02:16:59 PM
The real reason of crypto currencies existence is to build a decentralized network so you don't have to trust any individuals when it comes to cryptos or you are in risk od losing your money at any time. And also fixed returns is a sign of scam so don't think that earning cryptos are easy as your friend thought, its just the same as fiat money and it is harder to earn.
1408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Usefulness of stablecoin on: May 10, 2020, 01:05:27 PM
Holding stablecoin is the best strategy ever in crypto space, remember when Bitcoin drowned to 3500$? This is an example of good times to make good use of your usdt or other stable coins, you want to double your coins easily? Learn to hold stablecoin and wait for the right moment, that's bear market, bear market isn't always bad, it's most time a golden moment for those who hold stable coins.
But how do you find out there is huge dump is coming to the market? You will convert into stable coins when it reaches certain price or you are doing it in random process or just go with your own analysis?
1409  Economy / Speculation / Re: Would you call it a success if bitcoin will stay at least $10,000 this year? on: May 09, 2020, 09:36:30 PM
Bitcoin has been very unpredictable, it has dump to its dip this year before it rally to be back at $10,000 again.
Although that price is not stable yet because we are still below $10,00 now, but then the percentage of increase from the dip is already good enough, maybe some investors already taking profit right now, but can we still expect a rise from here and what do you think the price by the end of the year?

will bitcoin drop below $10,000 or will be price at least $10,000... what's your thoughts?
Towards end on this year then its pretty much chance for the prices to stay above 10K mark. But we need to speculate what will be the effect on the prices when we only have few hours left for halving event,I can see a slight dump which will be converted into big or its just a correction?
1410  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID-19 will pave the way for CBDCs on: May 09, 2020, 08:41:19 PM
Already some governments said that they are going to encourage digital payments from now on, so possibly some governments will create their own digital currencies especially China will do that in near future. But we those centralized payment system still useless to the citizens and with the digitization governments can intrude into our privacy more compared to banking transaction mode.
1411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Always consider and be a wise investor! on: May 09, 2020, 07:32:25 PM
as a project investor you must be wiser before investing in a project and will never open your wallet for any project without thinking about it 10 times or even 20 times. At that time or precisely in 2017, almost all ICOs were seen as potentially profitable companies and people assumed that there would never be an end to the boom that occurred in the entire cryptocurrency market. And then reality struck.

Today, the landscape has changed a lot and those who are burning leave the market completely or they continue but with a different mindset emerging from an unforgettable and sometimes regrettable experience. Investors demand more information and they want to be given real facts only because of the inclusion of the IEO project in a leading exchange. In 2019, it might be rather difficult to distinguish trends in knowing which types of projects might be a big success because there are many factors that need to be considered, but we hope that above all investors are more mature, more demanding and more discriminatory. Once again consider before investing in a project and don't give bait to the scamers out there!
Its true that investors evolved from their past lessons but still we have hundreds of active shitcoin projects and still people are ready to invest, those kind of people need to educate themselves at first to get themselves away from scammers.A wise investors will always look to reduce the risk factor of losing their profits and they will aim for long term profits so never go with the intention of making short term profits on new start ups its bad for you as well s bad for the entire crypto community.
1412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: About Email Marketing on: May 09, 2020, 06:16:49 PM
Collected a lot of mailbox information about cryptocurrency. It's about 100K.
But I don't know much about email marketing.
I hope GUYS can give good suggestions.
How to be effective without being treated as spam. Smiley
There is no confusion at all, because all the emails with huge amount of receipients will directly goes into the spam box of every emails. So it is nothing effective at all.I doubt that anyone still believes on email marketing strategies when people keep finding new ways to promote their projects to great audiences.
1413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering More or Wagering Less on: May 09, 2020, 04:48:36 PM
It's a general perception that if we gamble more, we can get more profit. Also we see gambling sites offering wagering competitions. The more you wager, you become eligible for a reward or prize money.

What's your though on this ?   Wagering more makes you win more money in gambling?
Wagering amount is not always important, there are people who become millionaires with their random lottery buys and some of them never bought lottery before so just few dollars is enough to make you millionaire in gambling and there are people who wagered huge and left out with no profits so its depends only on the luck of every individual. But for wagering contest there might be a small prize amount but think again is it worth if you lose all the wagered money!
1414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why there are no Stable coin gambling sites? on: May 08, 2020, 07:45:23 PM
As people said crypto gambling site needs fiat license as well to operate a crypto gambling sites which accepts stable coins and not much people are interested in playing on cryptos sites with stable coins so its not worth to spend more money just to attract few users. Moreover people can directly play on fiat sites which is less expensive compared to convert theit fiat into stable coins in an exchange then send and receive to different places to get the same gambling experience.
1415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: t’s the “Last Stand” for Bag Holders of XRP: Top Analyst Peter Brandt on: May 08, 2020, 06:06:17 PM
I don't look for the updates of XRP but it's the same as the other altcoins which are just following the herd.
As I said on many other threads, XRP holders are waiting for the right time to dump the coin so there is no hope for that centralized crypto in long term.
Maybe they're also thinking that XRP will have its time to be back at $3. I think it will be a hard guess and it's very stagnant for so several months.
With the current price trend of XRP it will be so hard to reach price like $3, so the people who wanted to dump will dump earlier than reaching the price of $3.But this is not going to happen all of a sudden so investors have still time to exit or they will lose everything.
1416  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you using a trading bot? on: May 08, 2020, 04:15:02 PM
I always prefer manual trading over using trading bots, because I am not trading with huge capital so I am not interested in expensive trading bots and the problem with using trading bot it is only to automate your trading scripts nothing more so you can save time if you trade too often using trading bots. With the recent price surge I prefer holding than trading crypto assets.
1417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: t’s the “Last Stand” for Bag Holders of XRP: Top Analyst Peter Brandt on: May 08, 2020, 03:00:04 PM
As I said on many other threads, XRP holders are waiting for the right time to dump the coin so there is no hope for that centralized crypto in long term.I will say who is holding ripple should exit as soon as possible because if they can invest that money into bitcoin or other altcoins they probably made decent profits already and in long term they will bag the real profits from their holding.
1418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fundamental Wallets to store your BTC /Other Coins & Tokens on: May 07, 2020, 09:47:55 PM
Although many people talk about wallets which brig safe to their coins/Tokens, I did speculate some issues bring me to a new way of thinking which will make people feel Safier with their Asset, Come to this point many people will point their finger to hardware wallets, which is good and somehow safe than the other but in some point of view it is not convenient since it requires me to carry it wherever I go and in order to make transactions differently from web/ app base wallet which I can Access anywhere with any computer/device which is not safe if I let track way to my wallet.

There a lot But in my point of view I think of Blockchain wallet and Myetherwallet as fundamental wallet, Ready to see community adding value to rank other wallets if any
Literally you can't access blockchain wallet on every device unless you authorize if before the access for that you need to carry your device where the email has been linked. But MEW can be accessed anywhere but its impossible for anyone to save the private key in their memory so they have to keep the digital format on some device so its better to carry a hardware wallet than the less safer online wallet.
1419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ICO marketing service recommendations? on: May 07, 2020, 08:16:46 PM
Hi everyone. We are looking for an ICO marketing firm that can help us promote an upcoming ICO on TRON for a DeFi app. Please share in this thread or send an email directly at info@oikos.cash. Thanks everyone.
For the bounty project its better to hire the reputed bounty manager and start promoting the project on yourself without expecting a random site to do promotions for you because people thinks that its just another one if they are going to be promoted by the sites and most of them were already got bad reputation due to promoting and deceiving investors with scam projects.
1420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Play? on: May 07, 2020, 07:04:48 PM
Its not a bad idea to send/donate on every bets to the charity but with the name of charity people might get scammed by the gambling sites itself because we can't very whether they have donated the amount or not to the charity.

Freebitco announced donation for the covid relief from what they make with all the bets and decided to donate 20% on it but there will be no deduction on winning amount.
