1402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why only few projects became successful on: August 12, 2019, 10:52:32 AM
Because only few project are original and do know what they are actually doing, if you look at the space now, so many copy cat projects in the space and only selected few are truly out there to solve real world project, and with time these money grabbing projects would die and allow the good ones to thrive
1403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what if -->tether was actually 40 billion dollars in debt on: August 12, 2019, 10:29:56 AM
I don't think the people behind Tehter are really that stupid to allow their death profile to reach that level, though man is greedy which is difficult to vouch for them but with their current case with NYC they won't do that, if they have close to $40 billion debt then the price of BTC  would be close to $100k by now, we all know what affects Tether affect Crypto prices
1404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most undervalued & most promising coins of 2019 & 2020 (TOP 3) on: August 12, 2019, 10:24:57 AM
Your list is interesting saying that, the most thing that scaled me most about most of these project now is that amount of tokens there are sitting on, most of them have their vesting period lapsing, just look at what happens to Quarkchain, when these developers start dumping on the market the price will continue to dump, good luck to you
1405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH: Deep crash before going to the moon? on: August 12, 2019, 10:21:01 AM
When did you find out about this information ?? because what I know, Ethereum has now experienced good progress and development. even though not too much progress has occurred, this is enough to prove that ethereum has improved.

There is one thing that makes me positive about this project and that is the level of development, I don't have the data but I have a sense there are more development on Ethereum than Bitcoin recently, apart from Blockstream I don't think of any again, and this would eventually resulted in to value, for this Q3, I don't see much of price movement with Ethereum, but the last quarter is going to be great with the coming Ethereum 2.0 set to be launched
1406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Did you trade with this exchanges before? on: August 10, 2019, 07:00:00 PM
No, I haven't, the two exchange came to prominence now because of the popularity of the IEO, most of these developers with low marketing money and have low profile developers most of the time opted for them for their IEO
1407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: your patience is being tested on: August 10, 2019, 06:34:33 PM
when patience is being tested,
what are you doing in this market, is your routine still the same as usual or change other options?
selling at a low price is the same as selling a loss, and that is not a good solution. if you are a market player, you will know how to survive or take advantage of the market in any condition.

If there is something I have learnt the hard way in this space is never to struggle with trend, it would be better if you can just start out of the market for now and take some fresh air and come back refresh, not every trade would make you money and with the way most Altcoins is performing now, it is better to keep your money than lose it
1408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥[ANN][ACC] AlphaCity-Monopoly Game for the Real World🔥🔥 on: August 08, 2019, 10:51:32 AM
I think you guys have a long way to go, why are you posting on the ENGLISH ANN page, just focus on the market you are in for now and then spread out later, if your primary market is Korea there is no need to be here, very disappointed trying to read about the project and all I get is a foreign language that I don't understand
1409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: KOVRITA.IO - Decentralized Hedged Stablecoins Project on: August 08, 2019, 10:47:01 AM
There seems to be a new trend in the space now, Stable coins, most people wants to launch their own stable coin, there is a reason why Tether is still the number one in the space though there are many down sides to this but they have stand their ground with all the law suits and FUD, I personally don't want to touch any stable coin that is not backed by real  asset, even DAI is struggling as we can see with all their sophisticated Algorithm. I will be watch this project to observe the level of adoption
1410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BEAM | Mimblewimble | Private | Scalable | No ICO | No Pre Mine on: August 08, 2019, 10:41:49 AM
I don't no why people seems to be solely focus on the price, this is aa new coin that need to first find its feet in a crowded market, and again  most of the privacy coins have their price dumped because of the Bitcoin rally. What I see now in the space is that people are less concerned about their privacy unlike pre-ICO days and that is affecting their selling power of most of these privacy coins but one thing I am certain about the strong projects will come out fine and BEAM is one of them
1411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GPUs are now been created for Gaming purposes not Crypto Mining on: August 08, 2019, 10:37:41 AM
I don't understand why you sound somehow disappointed, GPU can't compete with ASIC and I think these companies do understand this and seems to want to focus on their strength which is Gaming industry, Gaming industry is booming now with more users being added everyday so why not maximize your strength in this area

1413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in 2019 on: August 04, 2019, 09:59:52 PM
ICO is technically dead but thanks of exchanges there were able to come up with innovative way i.e. IEO but we all know this is very unsustainable, for m I think STO is te future and we need to welcome it, there are some registered token that are being approved by SEC now we also need to see how this go, reason being that most of these VCs and Angel investors care less about retail investors and could dump on you
1414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1irstcoin on: August 04, 2019, 09:53:34 PM
You need to be very careful, this coin o is not the only coin that pumped very hard in the last bull market but then dumped seriously, there are project like MNE that hit $9 per token and no less than $0.01, for me I don't see way back for any of these tokens and you need to be careful and look for stronger project with sound fundamentals
1415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin halving effects on price on: August 03, 2019, 09:15:31 PM
Litecoin halving will occurred this Monday that means mining reward going to reduce by 50% how will this effect on price of LTC, let's look back to 2015 when LTC halving occurred a few weeks ago before the halving ltc price pumped , and at the time of halving block it's came back to it's recent price and halving cause drop in miner and increase in difficulty by 15% and now it is obvious that miners number will decrease because reduction in reward may not meat the expenses and difficulty may increase with high rate.
For price point of view, price of LTC increased a couple of months ago and if it repeats the history it'll may came for 50 to 60$, but remember the btc price important as ltc will move like btc price. What do you think about LTC in coming 2 months?

There are issues with Litecoin

1. It seems the halving event has already been priced in and people seem to realise this and started talking profit
2. The decision of the founder to leave the project seems to take away the steam out of the project, can you imagine Vitalik leaving Ethereum today and what it would say about the platform

So for me the whole crypto space now depend on the price growth of Bitcoin
1416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why scalability is so important for blockchian? on: August 03, 2019, 08:58:41 PM
Why scalability is very important, let me paste this picture to you, do you expect a chair that supports a toddler to support a grown man. If a blockchain projects solve the scalability issue more apps would move to the chain and we are going to have a world adoption and also a cheaper transaction
1417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ferrum Network Completes 300k Public ICO Funding! - Bitmax Partnership & Listing on: August 03, 2019, 08:45:20 PM
The good thing going for the projects is that the team is not greedy, low cap and have been able to organised listing on two big exchanges already, looking at this project this can easily do 10x and even 20X when one compares it with other projects in the space but the main important thing is for them to deliver, this kind remind me of Stratis that raised just $900k and did extremely well for investors
1418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Teaches Me New Patience And Experience! on: August 03, 2019, 08:41:17 PM
Off course patience is important in trading but for me the most important thing is discipline, because of lack of discipline most people have lost most if not all their money trading. Trading is not for any jack but because of the sweet talk most people heard about trading on tweeter and most social media platform they think they can jump into it and make quick money but most of the time they ended losing the money
1419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Low marketcap gems with huge potential? on: August 02, 2019, 01:31:11 PM
It is very difficult to identify an asset that realizes a lot of potential. To increase the chances of success, you will have to diversify, which will lead to loss of potential, because in the future you will not buy the full amount of a successful asset. In addition, now the market is not going to rise.
So, no matter how trite, and the best option - BTC or a couple of other big coins.
Instead of having 50% BTC portfolio valuation I suggest to have 75% of altcoin diversification because the speculations about altcoin season spread stronger than ever. The potential gems are cheap, as a result of a bear market.   A+ grade altcoins will go first if alts inaugurate the party, hope other under 1 cent worth billions of supply altcoins will catch its speed.

75% exposure to Altcoins is too high, just look at the market dominance of BTC, 65% and there is no sign yet that this would slow down, another thing that Bitcoin guarantees is stability, just look at Ethereum the Altcoin with highest market-cap, has lost more than 80% its value from ATH as compred to BTC which is 50%
1420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Peercoin on: August 02, 2019, 01:26:58 PM
Is there any serious development behind peercoin, I doubt it, not even listed on the biggest exchanges in the space, for me good experiment and better technology and development has surpass the project, I don't see this as a project to hold unless you are just waiting for the pump and dump group to help out
