14061  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: October 01, 2017, 05:29:31 PM
What impresses me the most about bitcoin is that it is giving hope to people who actually need the money and not only need but can actually spend on good things like build a hospital or something.

Not only that hope but the opportunity that bitcoin is giving. Most of the unemployed people can just choose to be a day trader and make it as their career, it will not be as easy as they are thinking in the beginning. But once they are used to it, and they can have now different techniques, ideas and proper analysis on the market they can take the advantage and make money on bitcoin because it's volatile and that's what I like most in bitcoin.
14062  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value dropping? on: October 01, 2017, 05:19:51 PM
Hi all,

Are we expecting a drop in price since China is going to ban crytpo by end of this month?

I think we are expecting this thing but base on what's happening, the opposite expectation is what's happening now. The price is increasing and if it is not those Chinese people are buying some more bitcoins now because they are getting ready for the next hard fork. If this is continuous we will see the price of bitcoin to be good and stable again at $4,000 and I love this to happen.
14063  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as salary for a regular job? on: October 01, 2017, 04:59:27 PM
I will love to accept bitcoin as my salary.it is too much valuable

It's unique way of accepting your salary with your regular job. And I don't have to wait for the crediting of my cash card or savings card because with bitcoin I'll just have to wait at my home and will see if my bitcoin wallet address has been updated and received my salary from the company that I'm working for. So far, I haven't seen someone that's being paid with bitcoin through their salaries.
14064  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC rise to 4300 $ on: October 01, 2017, 04:43:45 PM
BTC BTC rise  to 4300, What do you say about this spike ?

I can't say a thing on this spike, the price is normally pumping as usual after seeing it on dip. And I don't have any idea on what's the reason of this spike because majority is expecting the price will go lower at this moment because of the recent closure of exchange in China and also the ban in South Korea. I don't know who's behind of this spike, do you think it's Dimon?

14066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: OCTOBER RAISING UP ALTCOINS !!! on: October 01, 2017, 02:42:16 PM
what are the suggested altcoins to be raise up

No one knows as most of the alt coins has the chance and potential to pump on this month. But why not go with those traditional alt coins like eth, xmr, doge,LTC? These coins are the best choice for this month but look also for those undervalued coins that has the potential to pump because you can also earn good amount from those coins like digibyte and siacoin, try to look at them.
14067  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Ethereum on: October 01, 2017, 02:08:14 PM
If you compare the two main cryptocurrency, namely Bitcoin and Ethereum, which one has the most promising future?

Obviously bitcoin has the most promising in the future, no doubt that's why many people are trying to get more bitcoins right now while the price is still not too high. I don't have anything against eth as it has some potential too but for me it's just a bubble and if you want to get some good profit go with Ethereum because of it's erc 20 tokens. But talking about in the future, I can see bitcoin will dominate.
14068  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who can destroy Bitcoin ? on: September 30, 2017, 09:38:24 PM
who can destroy bitcoin is the bitcoin holder itself, even if bitcoin is not going to use bitcoin anymore then by itself bitcoin will be destroyed.

It's not destroying, it's just dumping of bitcoins. But saying about destroying bitcoin, only if all of us starts to dump this coin altogether then it's the destruction time of bitcoin.

I don't think bitcoin can be destroyed its beyond anybody's control

Blockchain network of bitcoin is now running without no one controls it. And no one will be able to destroy this coin, it's powerful you know.
14069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most Anonymous Crypto Coin??? on: September 30, 2017, 09:28:03 PM
depends on why you're asking I guess: technically speaking or in terms of a good investment or both?
go for monero, it is the best coin, privacy is the main objective when it launches, monero is command of bit, someone with privacy issues get Monero.

I agree as stated by John McAfee on a CNBC interview, he has answered Dimon about the term he used for bitcoin as a fraud and being used for illegal trades. And McAfee did mentioned that bitcoin is not being considered anymore in the dark market (but I doubt this) and he has mentioned that Monero is the new coin that was being used for anonymous trades, this is the main focus of monero.
14070  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Where can I buy 50 Bitcoins below market value? on: September 30, 2017, 09:05:01 PM
I am looking to buy 50 bitcoins below market value. Does any know if this is possible and can give me some direction as to where to go please?

You can't find this type of offer here or with any exchange. They are always preferring to depend on the current price of bitcoin but if there is someone that is willing to do trade with you and will you a discount for it then that's very possible. But this is a very risky trade as only people in the dark market will take the deal and it's very difficult to have a successful trade because you might get scammed.

Check in localbitcoins. Every transactions will be escrowed by the automated escrow manager. Henceforth all your transactions will be secured with in the site.
If you have fear check with the multiple traders available with the decent value and high trust. You can split and buy with the multiple peoples in the forum.
But I doubt it that there will be people that are willing to sell their bitcoins below the market value, the price now is at $4,300 and everyone is expecting it to pump some more. And if I'm a seller I'll do no charity on this, we all want to make good profit and why I would sell him cheaper bitcoin as I can sell it directly to a local or foreign exchange safe and sound without any hassle.
14071  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you consider yourself as experienced traders? on: September 30, 2017, 08:58:20 PM
I had experienced good trade and bad trade, loss and profit. And for those loss that I made it's a lesson learned for me so I can consider myself as an experienced trader but keeps on learning with the market. I want to learn more about trading and what coins are good to trade, long term and short term. As this market is very volatile and we have to adjust with daily happenings. Experienced, not expert.
14072  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: September 30, 2017, 08:46:13 PM
Bitcoin does not reduces unemployment but helps unemployed people to earn money through bitcoin while they don't have job yet.

It's the same, what do you call that thing? If bitcoin is helping the unemployed people to earn money then what's the other term for it? It simply says that bitcoin is helping to reduce the unemployed people so whether you'll put the circle upside down you'll still get what it is. And this is a very rare opportunity on internet because people will who are unemployed are having issues on difficulty to have their needs.
So Bitcoin will help unemployees are making money so it gonna make unemployees become "forever unemployees" cause they don't have a real job so the goverment will list them to the "unemployees" But they still have a job, still earn good money even they don't go to work . Actually they work for themself not for anyone else. So i guess Bitcoin won't solve the "unemployees " problem , it just gives the umemployees money.

What kind of thinking you've got? Just because they are unemployed and started to make money with bitcoin they are forever unemployed? How about those businessmen, how about the CEO of big companies, they are not employees instead they are the boss so they are unemployed forever? As long as you make money out of something you are employing yourself and the idea of having a boss just to be employed is absurd.
14073  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: October - China back in the game ? on: September 30, 2017, 08:37:56 PM
New rumours surfacing about the return of China with regulations in October

https://news.bitcoin.com/virtual-currencies-expected-to-regulated-in-china-on-october-1st/

Yes, though there's no confirmation as of now but I have read some news about the ban is temporary. And they will issue a license for the ICO goers and will probably let those exchange to operate again. What we have to do is just keep on trading, hodling our bitcoins and some other important alt coins and once the Chinese gov't has now approval we'll probably see again another greener days and it will be expensive for the market.
14074  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin without China on: September 30, 2017, 08:29:34 PM
I believe the news leaks of the Chinese government's ban on Bitcoin trading and perhaps also Bitcoin mining are not FUD anymore. We have seen BTCC and ViaBTC releasing announcements that they will terminate their exchanges by the end of this month. The rest doubtlessly will also follow.
They stopped operating now and it's look like the price is still pumping after their shutdown.

What will happen to "a Bitcoin" without China?

Not really bitcoin without China as far as I know mining operations there are still ongoing and there are Chinese that still has bitcoin on their stash and still pursuing trades.

Do we really need them to reach new highs?
They are a big help but no one knows, I guess yes.
14075  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BItcoin end or destroy in this month?? on: September 30, 2017, 08:17:56 PM
No, I'm not agree with your statement.
It is the regular matter, you could not find any digital currency who has not any bad moment, I mean Bump and Dump is a natural case for Digital currency. so, Be patient and wait for next Pump!!  Wink

Don't believe with these people that are keep on saying that bitcoin is near to its end just because of China. They are not really going to bring doom to bitcoin, the price of bitcoin is good now at it's $4,200 and with the recent news of the stop of operation of their biggest exchange doesn't have an impact anymore. There's no way that bitcoin can ever be stopped by a country like China.

But how is it possible to say things like that?
Nobody can say it. What will happen if for example the conflict between USA and North korea intensify?

How? It's very easy as bitcoin is becoming popular now and there's not only one country that is able to pump this coin. And even there will be country wars on bitcoin or even ban, do you think that those traders/whales on that specific country will just simply leave bitcoin and will let bitcoin be destroyed if it is giving them an easy way to earn a thousands of bucks weekly? Probably no, so no one can stop bitcoin. And with that war, it can affect bitcoin but it will not stop.
14076  Economy / Economics / Re: Like it or not Bitcoin is Gold 2.0 on: September 30, 2017, 08:05:33 PM
Comparing a digital asset to a real physical asset isn't right. I've been seeing a lot of people here discussing about this issue but this shouldn't be compared that bitcoin is a digital gold or gold 2.0. Before I was thinking about this and I keep on believing to myself that bitcoin is the new modern gold but I was wrong with it understanding that both has different characteristics but has similarities.
14077  Economy / Economics / Re: tax on: September 30, 2017, 09:53:30 AM
in your country income from bitcoin taxed? state the country

Nope, there's no income tax here for bitcoin as there's no regulation about bitcoin profit. Only the local exchange here that we are using is the one that was covered by the taxation of the gov't. But I don't have an idea if they are passing some tax on the services that we are using from them because most of the service that we are using on their exchange are very cheap and convenient.

14079  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btcc and ViaBtC closed. on: September 30, 2017, 09:22:11 AM
Sadly that's because of the new regulation of the Chinese government.

ViaBTC closed their exchange in China but the mining pool is still in business. They have announced plans to reopen their exchange overseas for customers outside of China but there is no firm date yet.

Give the link of this as this is a big hope for the industry. I think there's no need for them to reopen overseas as the Chinese gov't will be removing the ban and will change the regulations that they are implementing right now.
14080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO coin purchase step by step video on: September 30, 2017, 09:10:24 AM
Is there any video of how to purchase an ICO.

I was trying to join the COB token and was not sure as there is no palce i can see my eth address. It asks for send to address. where is sending the sending ETH address to send back the tokens after ICO.

Please advise if anybody has done this before.

There are contests before those projects are into their ICO period on how to join the project, tutorials about it. And if you can't see an ETH address there try to contact their support to guide you with the procedures on investing with their ICO.

That's the problem with ICOs, it attracts and preys on people who aren't even familiar with coins and how to use them...

This is the sad fact as the ICOs are blooming, it's industry is growing rapidly and that's why some countries are banning it.

I've been here for years now and we always had a dominating scam/scam attemps going around ("secretly" premined coins, malwares, private miners, etc) and I suspect ICOs will be soon over. That's partly good news but partly bad news as the next big scam will probably be even worse...

This ICO's are just going to upgrade to its next level, just like those scams like HYIP, doublers and other investment schemes, they used to look like they are a real alt coin or project but in the end they have the same strategy. That's a good news for us that doesn't want to see these thousands of ICOs popping out but it's true that if they will be wiped out, there will be a new and worse one.
