1421  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io 🏏 Men's T20 World Cup 2022 🏏 Discussion thread on: November 10, 2022, 09:36:05 PM

England won @2.04!

Totally deserved from the English teams who managed to keep their starting batters all the way past 100, magnificent Alex Hales getting 7 sixes before Buttler caught up, even the captain put up such a respectable show to make an easy 150 partnership.

That sets up an amazing final showdown between Pakistan and England. I'll post the betting markets here when they are up closer to the match itself on Sunday!

@LFC_Bitcoin you never know!

170/0

Really quite incredible, not a single wicket lost. I just hope they can get over the line now & be one champions. One more win, just one more.
No doubt one of the best wins for England and other thing happened on right time mean just before big final which is going to play on Sunday at MCG with after 30 years same opponent which beat them in ODI world cup by narrow margin while England were at their peak in presence of Ian Botham, Graham Gooch and Allan Lamb which were all in their best form but sadly lost their second consecutive final, but now things are completely change, and any team can win even Pakistan is unpredictable, but their entry in semifinal is miracle, and now they are into final is another big thing happened for them so any team can win with this format is amazing and giving the best entertainment.

I was checking social media and have one best things mostly Pakistani were saying if England give back their patience then surely they will be happy to lose this match too much noise on all social media channels about this final and semifinal which won by England in style.
1422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 10, 2022, 08:24:10 PM
It is already time for Real Madrid to end their bad streak in the league. They lost five points on the previous two weeks. This caused Barcelona to take the lead from them. Tonight Real Madrid are hosting Cadiz and I'm sorry for Cadiz honestly. Because I think there is no way Real Madrid are repeating the same mistake here. I expect a solid win.

Valencia - Betis is another interesting game. Maybe it might seem as a surprise that Valencia are favoured for the win. But you should know that Betis have many players missing before this game. Therefore a quite difficult game might be waiting for them. Their form is already inconsistent these days and I won't be surprised by another point loss here.
Now after few minutes we will be watch a good game which surely bring back positive result for Real Madrid as now they are having no win in last two games and already on second spot behind Barcelona with the gape of five points which is not signal for the defending champions Cadiz is currently at the 19th spot, but their current form can create problems for Real Madrid because they are improving their quality and trying to have better results in coming matches in last five matches they have six points which is giving them good indications for better results even match is going to play at Santiago Bernabéu but still need full dedication from home side which is playing without their star player Karim Benzema and Cadiz already few times hold them here for draw as well.
1423  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you sell Bitcoin anonymously without getting scammed? on: November 10, 2022, 06:05:18 PM
Selling bitcoin without kyc is really very risky to be honest, wherein there's no assurance if somethings happen on your transaction, unlike having KYC on some trusted platforms that there's a chance for you to recover your bitcoin anytime as long as you have proofs or whatsoever.  I know it's too hard to surrender our information, but for the sake of our money i think that would be a good reason to provide KYC stuff.. Just saying.
You mean to the platform which is not trusted then claim that they are non KYC compliance? well maybe the risk there is big that's why its not advisable to deal with that since we might get scam or get hack. For me at the moment Binance is the safer platform since they have built good reputation for many years and they keep evolving base on new trend tech exist.

On issue about being anonymous well for now I don't care about that since for me I go with the safest one and anonymity is not totally a big deal to me at the moment since we need to deal with it.
We have p2p and decentralized exchanges which are known to be trusted but there are still risks on them especially in p2p sites. There is a thread here which gives tips on how to avoid being scammed on p2p exchanges. That should be a big help for those who love to trade anonymously.

Even if there is a big risk on them, many people choose them over the centralized one because they value their privacy more and I think those people can afford to lose their money. Don't be too confident and say that binance is trusted because we don't know what is happening in the background. What if they are leaking our data secretly? If not then what if they got hacked and our data is going to be stolen?
1424  Economy / Speculation / Re: There will be more down - bearish on BTC on: November 09, 2022, 05:55:22 PM
I would say the question that says that with a Bitcoin fall again or will bitcoin increase again this time I think the best answer to that question is that Bitcoin we fall and bitcoin was alright because the falling and the rising of Bitcoin is from the investors who buy bitcoin and investors who also released their call because when they released their coin that is no bias that contribute for bitcoin falling again so both men then released their coin and investors who is ready to buy is higher than people who is trying to say that means bitcoin will increase this things are mentioned is what caused the garage and the pollution which you cannot say yes to this question and no, without finding a good reason.
Many of us already know that the ups and downs of the price are both beneficial and I believe that a lot of us already bought lots of coins during this bear season but some are just curious to find out if what will be the next to happen. there are threads which says btc is going to rise this time and there is this thread which says that btc will go down for more.

We can check those two threads and decide if who among them are somehow correct. If we believe that btc will fall for more then we need to prepare for that. We will look for ways on how to earn more money but if not then there is no need to pressure our selves of earning more because we can simply sell our btc later on.
1425  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Reminders to all Crypto Lovers on: November 09, 2022, 09:09:22 AM
There are also some cases where scammers that something like this, where there is a middleman involved. On some social media or forum, there are some peer-to-peer transactions like buying/selling. Since middleman there is also got an account and these scammer will create a dummy or poser account to copy the real or legit middleman and there you go. If you don't verify carefuly here, you will fall.
Scammers are so smart that they can think of different ways to attack their victims and one of it is through emotions but this is true. Our emotions are so powerful. It can make or break us and even in trading and investing, we are also advised to not be too emotional if we want to be successful.

Anyway, a p2p platform should put an indication for the real middle man like having a little check mark beside their names or profile picture. Same on what we see on social media sites but this shouldn't be limited to this. They need to add more like adding a score/star and feedback rating. I guess that shouldn't be tampered easily compared to the first one that I suggested earlier.
1426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Instagram supports Polygon for NFT use. on: November 08, 2022, 07:43:22 PM
Really bullish news for Matic and it can Definitely be seen in their value Matic had gone from 0.8$ to currently around 1.2$ probably Matic is definitely a good coin their team is active and making some good partnership each week like Recent Disney and more Same like Instagram high chances Twitter Reddit also support the nft ultimately it can be proven as the good news to The nft space But it is also the Reality Matic doesn't have the good nft Volume i just hope it also get some Good Volume with it
Matic is already known to be a good coin. It can solve the most common problem here in crypto which was the high fees and then the slow speed of transactions. This is why despite of the long bear, matic's value was still spotted on the rise even before this news came but for sure this can improve the momentum of matic.

An active team is one of the keys for the coin's success and many investors check this out. This could give them confidence that any problems the coin experience will always be solved eventually. Many are saying that nft's are over but it seems they are all wrong because big social media platforms are yet to adopt it. I don't see an issue with it since it will help people to know crypto later on, if they haven't yet.
1427  Economy / Speculation / Re: My advice to you regarding bear markets. on: November 08, 2022, 06:28:02 PM
Crypto won't be as promising as you say. Terra (LUNA), which is considered a potential altcoin, has made many investors go bankrupt. That's a real thing with altcoins.
That's true. Investing in altcoins are more risky compared to investing in Bitcoin, though it's not bad if you like to diversify. But you need to dig deeper in order to find a good coin, and unlikely to have the same fate as LUNA.
That's because altcoins are not a single coin like btc but there are still alts that are trusted like btc such as eth, bnb, xrp (only to name a few). People shouldn't compare luna to other trusted alts because the people who created luna are not trusted even at the start. They only use the people and they make them believe that luna is a top coin but the truth is, it was a scam coin.

What is good about btc and the crypto market is that they are volatile and there are two cycles on here. One is for selling or the bull and one is more accumulating or the bear. Those who entered recently or haven't entered yet shouldn't think that they are late but they themselves can also buy at a cheaper price if they want to or as long as they can wait for the prices to drop.
1428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: SOCCER TIPS for the Weekend! on: November 07, 2022, 08:38:18 PM
For sports bettors, people who bet on soccer, I am sure that they will first observe your tips and predictions for games say starting from the games you have posted already this weekend and next weekend to see how accurate you can be. Also since it has the ability to become a mega thread, If a couple of persons start posting their own tips based on their reasons and it is conflicting with another persons tips, it can become confusing.
And I hope he starts following the thread up closely
Some forum users can just come here to spam around all to complete post count for the week
I don't really need to play all the game posted here getting few and staking four odds every week will be better
Your advice is still good but the OP can only report those he think is spam. If only he start the thread with moderated features on, then he can freely delete any spam post. OP didn't say that we should bet all of the games that he posted. That's going to be money consuming and there is no guarantee that all that he share here will win.

We should only pick a few and that will be the games that we are familiar with. For now, a lot of us are still sceptical about this since it was still new. We can choose to observe how things go first or we can test them right away with a small bet amount.
1429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal. on: November 07, 2022, 07:06:55 PM
Coming from a third-world country, $1 is already a big amount it's equivalent to 2 lottery tickets here and you still have $0.20 change I consider the $1 deposit as a good consideration for people coming from a third-world country, for $1 they can test the
the site, but there should be a minimum threshold to withdraw, or there will be congestion if they will allow no minimum withdrawal.
Gambling sites don't need to give that consideration to users from 3rd world countries. If the budget is really not that big, these people should not try their luck at gambling. A $1 deposit also requires fees and if multiple $1 will be deposited at different times, these people are just wasting some money on fees.

There should be a local gambling place that is present at these places. That's where they can gamble their low-budget amount and not on online gambling sites.
Like it or not, there will always be gambling sites like that who care about small players and that is why they don't set a minimum deposit but just minimum withdrawal. This is to avoid spamming the network as what @robelneo said. There are fees for depositing but if they will use cheap alts, they will still be left with something. They can try their luck on games with huge multipliers and If they ever they get lucky, they can turn their dollar to a decent amount.

There are offline gambling but they are not that accessible compared to online. You will need to commute and pay. Can't imagine how will be left with your one dollar if you will insist of gamble on them.
1430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: November 07, 2022, 06:12:34 AM
Marseille have finally put an end to their bad streak against Lyon by a 1-0 win. I was waiting for this even though Marseille didn't have a good form. Teams like this care about finishing their bad series with a big game when there is an opportunity. We have a fresh Liverpool example as they beat Tottenham and did the same.

Marseille are a little unlucky that they are going to have another tough game next time. It is an away game against Monaco. I doubt Marseille to do the same in this game as well but we will see. They beat Monaco here in the previous season actually. Maybe this psychological advantage also might be some help.
Whatever the result will be between Marseille and Monaco, I doubt they could return to the second place before many rounds. The sad part is that even bookies don't support them vs Monaco. Personally I am waiting to see a draw in that game but regarding the randomness of the performance of both teams, I think everything is possible there.
Apart from that match, there is another interesting game between Lyon and Nice before the long pause..
Marseille having first win after four matches and Monaco is also doing good in last few matches which mean it's going to be tough challenge for both teams which are now looking for third spot as now things are looking not good for having second spot which is having six points gape with Lens is also doing amazing job they are not giving space to any team.

But, they need to be tough after break as well if they want to keep their hopes alive for staying at this spot even now Monaco and Marseille are improving performance, and surely it's going to be the toughest time after break because all clubs will be looking for better results and it's never been easy to stay at same level for long time as teams having not good resources like PSG which is currently leaders in French League.
1431  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 06, 2022, 09:39:52 PM
Emery taking over at Aston Villa is a positive development, yeah we all know about Emery's effect on teams. His time at Arsenal wasn't a long one but it was productive, I expect same productivity at Aston Villa. Certainly Aston Villa will improve under Emery and be a successful team. We saw a glimpse of this improvement in the game today against Manchester United, Kudos to Emery.
Emery first matched as Aston Villa coach is ended in an amazing result which was not expected by anyone because in last few weeks we have good performance from Manchester United and there was clearly indications they will be doing good performance here in this match as well but from start till end they were completely unable to hold things in positive way even in second half Manchester United was in good shape but still they fail to have good result and Aston Villa and Emery surely going to be improved side in coming matches specially after break they will be out of danger zone, and definitely it's going to be good fight till end of this season for many teams which are also having bad time in this season.
1432  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2022/23 Season on: November 06, 2022, 08:15:20 PM
Without Icardi, Galatasaray would not have a chance to win this match, I think they are very lucky to have such a player right now. The goals scored by both Icardi and Cenk Tosun were very good, I think we watched one of the best matches of recent years. Both teams found a lot of chances and we watched a total of 3 goals.
It would be nice if Weghorst could have scored, they missed a lot of scoring opportunities in the match
No doubt players like Icardi are having good experience and skills which helping them for having results like these and surely these are going to open new opportunities for many other players to be here in this league which will surely increase quality and performance because recently we have good results from few teams in UEFA Conference league which is also good even still it's not easy and time-consuming, but things could be changed.

I am happy Galatasaray done good job in this important match and now second in league table even they still can go down but things looking positive for them here both teams need better conversations because this can increase more interest for fans and more goals always good for the game as well.
1433  Economy / Economics / Re: Philippines First Regulated Bank for its Cryptocurrency and Trading services. on: November 05, 2022, 04:10:24 PM
What do you think of this new approach of the Phillipina government to providing cryptocurrency  services?
I think the Philippine government is starting to become literate towards crypto currency trading and technology in its country so that the government is formulating regulations for crypto trading because it has been seen well that crypto and bitcoin adoption has skyrocketed since 2021. The last survey conducted by Triple A contained 6.13% of people. the Philippines or about 7 million people who own crypto currency in the Philippines. Maybe this is an opportunity for the government in the Philippines to increase revenue from taxes as well as to socialize the people with new technologies that might replace the technology they use today.

https://triple-a.io/crypto-ownership-philippines/
I think many of the people there already know crypto since before but there are only waiting for the right signal and that is when they experience a high inflation. They realized that crypto has the property to help about this problem. They can tax crypto users and I think crypto users won't mind it. That is better than if they didn't allow crypto and besides, there are benefits about this. It can help their country to become more developed.

The introduction of cryptos in banks doesn't replace the old technologies. People are still using the bank but cryptos only co-exist there, making the banks a more powerful tool. As a user of crypto and fiat/banks, I love this idea as it's now easier for me to cash out and cash in.
1434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the bear market over? on: November 05, 2022, 02:51:40 PM
"Is the bear market over? Hard to say, but a lot of the bad news was priced in. With a maximum drawdown of -28%, SPX discounted 85% of a typical 33% market decline and 78% of a recession bear market. I still like the 1946 counterpart-"
Whether the bear market is over or not, we should just stick with our strategy that is effective during that trend. If only for hold, then disregard the current market situation and focus on accumulation. Don't just hope that someday a bull market should now happen as that was all useless if, in the end, we don't have enough hold coins to feel the profit.

Take the current as an opportunity to fill up our wallets. Of course, always do DYOR and not just buy random coins around.
It's clearly not over. One of the indications that is over is when btc moves into a price level which was higher than what we have in the previous months. We should have a two seperate strategy. One is being used during the bear and one is being used during the bull. Given that we are still in a bear then yes you can stick on your bear strategy. That would be buying and then hodling.

This year's bear market duration is longer than usual. That's the reason why many are wishing for it to be over because they think they already fill their bags but for someone who only have less then we shouldn't blame them just yet. Maybe that's only their capacity.
1435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: November 05, 2022, 06:58:53 AM
Gladbach won again after three defeats. The defence of both teams was a disaster in the first half. Many holes through which the ball could roll. After the break both teams improved but Gladbach was a bit better. But it was not comparable to the first half and the 3rd goal from Gladbach was a bit too much. A draw would also have been fair.
Gladbach has good strength against VfB Stuttgart who have not too strong players to fight Gladbach, they managed to take advantage of this moment well to get a large number of goals to add points on the leaderboard which finally with a win Gladbach was able to increase their ranking in the position number seven at the top of the standings.
Gladbach doing good job in recent matches and improving their performance and rank in league table even they are still unable to win any game on road which is surely not good for them because if they want to improve their rank and having better end of this season they have to win games on road as well in today game they have done good performance and having early lead against Stuttgart and at the end of first half they were leading by 2 - 1 even both teams were level in quality and ball control but Gladbach were doing better finishing and control which help their players for converting their chances into goals now after this defeat now on Sunday we have chance Stuttgart could be dropped to relegation zone but for this Leverkusen has to win against Union Berlin at their own home.
1436  Economy / Economics / Re: Is long-term employee retention a losing battle? on: November 04, 2022, 08:38:21 AM
What do you think? Are companies losing the battle for long term employee retention?
Some companies do well in terms of taking care of their employees but some other companies really need to just improve, create a good working environment for the employees and provide incentives to keep them encouraged. The general mindset some people have while working for a company where they don't treat their employees well is to just gather enough money to go set up a business for themselves. Even with the current economy some people have calculated that setting up a business will be more beneficial seeing that these companies they've been working for a long time have refused reviewing their salary even with the rising cost of living, that is bad.
Some companies are just small to not afford those things you said while there are companies who are already huge but their management is not that good enough. I don't think they will ever change and they don't really care if their employees leave because they know that they can still get an immediate replacement.

You know our world now, jobs are very limited and then many people are looking for work only to survive so they are not that choosy. Saving up money is hard if you're stuck in a low paying job and setting up your own business is also not easy. There is no guarantee that they will succeed so they better think twice about quitting their jobs.
1437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Web 3.0 have a future? on: November 03, 2022, 08:38:11 PM
Do you still think Web 3.0 have a future even though smart contract platforms are becoming less-decentralized? Will crypto projects have to pay a heavy price to obtain decentralization when governments are as aggressive as ever towards crypto/Blockchain tech?
It's more about decentralizing the web and we all know that many people supports decentralization. It is different to the usual web that we now which are centralized and had a lot of restrictions. Plus web 3 is too early so there are more innovations that can come on their way which can attract more users.

Many cryptos are still decentralized up to this date but it was only the eth that have transferred to pos last time which makes the coin more centralized. Governments continues to give pressure in the form of regulations but I think only the platforms are affected with this e.g crypto exchanges and gambling sites but not totally the coin itself.
1438  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Quox Capital on: November 03, 2022, 06:35:01 PM
Have any of you tried this trading platform? I just wanted to know how was your experience there? What can you say? I'm looking for a review/feedback before verifying an account with them. I only saw about that site when I accessed my feeebitco.in account again, at the bottom of the site as banner ads. Thanks.

this is the site: https://quox.io
  - If cryptocurrency is what you want to do trading I would not choose this platform to do a trading activity. I'd rather choose Binance, Houbi, and others that are on the top exchanges on the CMC(coinmarketcap) list.

Sir, you know the level of risk in such platforms which is not known in this industry. Unless you trust that platform, of course, I can't stop you in that matter. But anyway, if you feel comfortable, that's what you should follow and if you doubt or hesitate, don't go in, it's that simple, Sir.
I check the site and it's a hybrid market for forex and crypto but even if he decides to choose forex, there are also more known sites out there. One example would be etoro.  Etoro also supports crypto now. He can also trade crypto there if he is sceptical about qoux but I don't think freebitco will allow ads which are shady as that can affect their reputation.

The question was ask by op long time ago and there are now no random ads in freebit except only to the gambling site which I think was also their partner. Maybe there are people like the op who also question the ads that are seen there so for their safety, they stop accepting them anymore.
1439  Economy / Speculation / Re: The pump isn't coming sooner on: November 03, 2022, 09:39:40 AM
it will get to the point where many will give up or about to give up before things start changing.

Some holders will get bored and tired.

Some will even start believing that crypto is dead.

We haven't even get to that point yet.
Things like this are normal and always happen here in crypto, especially this year where the bear market last a little longer. It's normal to be bored and I believe that even the old crypto hodlers do experience this too but they just find ways to entertain themselves outside. They don't really focus in the market because that can affect the way they think and maybe they will sell at loss.

Those who believe that crypto is dead are just newbies or anti cryptos but many of them will change their minds once they see that cryptos are pumping again. For now, you are right op. There is no signs that we are in a bull or the price is going to pump. I don't know why some can say that. Are they doing it for a purpose? Maybe they want to spread positivity.
1440  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a secure investment amidst recession on: November 02, 2022, 07:48:22 PM
Even if Bitcoin is too volatile, there’s still a high probability to make profit here than to hold your cash so the best option for now is to have some Bitcoin. Recession is inevitable, and the more you prepared for this the better. Bitcoin might not give any guarantee in the future but as long as you believe on a decentralized system, Bitcoin will prevail and hodlers will gain more later on. Be patience as we are going to deal with the recession, value your time to accumulate.
Yes. High volatility is in fact the asset of the traders. This is where they buy low and then sell when there is some small recovery in the price. This can only be risky for those who are less experienced so before they trade with real money, it's a must to practice first properly or they can just do investing for now since it's more of a passive and it's much easier to do.

Many people likes the idea behind bitcoin or its decentralization and they can trust it more than the banks and fiat so they can put their wealth on here. This is one of the reasons why the price of btc can grow higher later on. While the value of money will only go down.
