That's terrible if it's true. I don't understand the motive, I thought EventChain and other ticket ICOs weren't competing as they all focused on their own region/continent. There are always haters. When NEO (ANS) was created there were also articles about ANS being scam, ... look at NEO now? Wished I had bought a shitload in the beginning  Exactly, recently there was some high level FUD spreading for Paragon also but looking at it's presale and ICO figures it seems like people are well over it. Same will happen with EC. People know about scammers now and they don't care. My advice to any potential investor is to do a diligent research. when in doubt, make sure you verify all angles before parting with your money. Agree, if we dont do any research, it will be more like gambling instead of investing. |

Hello, what is the hidden cap standing for? Need some explanation about the hidden cap and hardcap  This hidden cap concept has been used a few time and is an incentive for investors to not wait until the very last moment to participate in a successful ICO otherwise you would risk to be left on the sideline if reached before you are in. The harcap, is just to reassure that we are not trying to raise too high an amount otherwise I would put the hidden cap at 1,000,000 ETH which would be misleading on our objectives. I am feeling lucky. I bought when it was still $1 and I am already in profit. Technically you are not in profit until paragon coin will be available on exchange for more than 1$. Although we all believe this will happen sooner or later, lets not rush things. The amount of coins on the market will be huge so we cant expect immediate rise in value. Usually, if there is a hype project being listed on some exchanges, the price will go up significantly. And we all know that the paragon has got a lot of attentions lately. |

With all the FUD in the cryptoscene right now i'm impressed they managed to raise this much already. Out of all the real estate projects (although they don't all compete) i think REAL is showing the most potential. 35k ETH is just crazy! A lot of projects just dream about collecting this much. slack bot is out of control. many moving to either discord or telegram. discord is actually lot better. Yep, my mailbox is flooded by slack scammers. And, it's not a new thing I don't know why slack is not giving it a much attention. The damage could be irreparable, if the admins at slack don't do something quick. You can turn off the email notifications sir. And I also wonder why there has been no change from the slack team/dev on this issue. |

They will be working on already legalise countries and they will try to help campaigns and goverments to legalise it. So basically they will work in current market and will try to expand it. What does that mean they're no transferable? If i have them in mew i ca transfer them anywhere. If it's not transferable in Token's contract you can't transfer it. at the first look 2 things are coming into my mind if i was a landlord. one positive thing and one negative thing:
the positive thing first: because relest is auction based landlord will charge maybe higher fees than on a "free market"
but
the negative thing is that the landlord has less options to choose who should occupancy his estate. this might frighten a few landlords
I assume landlord will still be able to set some rules before auction who can rent his place. Like pets, kids, no smoking, age barrier and so on. So i guess if this demands wont be met, he can still turn down the highest bid and go for the second one. There are rules for this (; ... When someone wins the auction, his or her informations will be send to the landlord. Than they can visit the flat or the house and in this context the landlord can still say no. So this means the auction is useless because at the end its the owners who get to decide whether he will rent his property or not, its a contradiction to the auction agreement. I think this is a bit difficult. As I understand it before landlords can maybe say "no", but there is a rating system on the platform. Let's say there is an tenant who wants to rent a flat of the landlord. He is bidding and wins the auction, which he got shown as ideal, because he has no pets, no kids and is non smoker for example, exactly what the landlord has written what he searchs. Well they meet and the landlord just say no, because he don't "like" the tenant. Well, then he can give a bad rating for this. If there are too many bad ratings, he has to face consequences. A rating system would be ideal in order to discourage such incidence. This would be beneficial to both tenants and landlords respectively. Really dont think a rating system will work for tenants, maybe for landlords. Let's say you rent a place, if you rent a place its for at least one year. So after 4 years you only have 4 ratings... if 1 is bad for a small reason landlords will not pick him because of just 1 bad rating in 4 years? Its better only have rating system for landlords. Yes, maybe the tenant can create many accounts for that. And also this rating thing can't prevent it 100% accurate. They ll have a rating system on the platform? For tenant and landlord?

Since all of us believe that blockchain is the next big thing, otherwise we wouldn't be here, this is highly possible since they are the first ones to implement this idea to it. We all know that right now its really hard to be such a big player on the market but as an potential investor i have to support their goals. I'm pretty sure that some of the major ICOs we've seen during the last months, and some major ICOs coming will be important companies in some years. Blockchain is more and more "trendy", I've a got a lot of engineers in my LinkedIn Network, and the number of posts talking about the blockchain technology keeps increasing from month to month. Yeah, the revolution has started and it will take over very soon. It's a good thing for people like us who want independence from govt bodies with prying eyes on our privacy. I was even thinking that the ultimate end user of blockchain technology is the Government who will have the most benefits if they use it wisely. And Paypie is an excellent example of applying blockchain technology other fields of endeavor. Well, that can be true. But my opinion is blockchain will lead to decentralization and decentralization will against centralization which is usually government. |
