Do you think that the new Corsair PSU could be of any use for a serious rig?

Yes but chances are price wise your better off with two PSU's.
14422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MSI vs Gigabyte on: January 20, 2014, 07:44:32 PM
Gigabyte is best by far on hashing, but if you do have to do a RMA their system is very slow.

14425  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Overclocking multiple GPU's on: December 04, 2013, 05:26:06 PM
What is the best option to overclock multiple GPU's.    I have one rig with 2 7970's and a 7950.   Am i overlooking a setting to change between cards in amd overdrive, and gigabyte software?

What software will allow me to overclock each GPU with separate settings?

Update 11/9/2013: TerraHash is still in business, we have not filed for bankruptcy yet. The refund from Yifu was cashed immediately back then, we did not make any profits from the recent surge in BTC prices. Again, we are still committed to provide as much refund as possible. I will update again in a couple days on how we are going to proceed with that.

I still believe terrahash will stick to what he keeps saying. Or, no need even to put a word here.

But maybe it is a bit too long... Hope I can get my bitcoin refund soon as promised.
I admire the effort and risk and believe it is not worth terrahash to lose his reputation.

Yeah, same here!

It is a really long wait, but there's still no evidence on being bad guys as they update us. Yeah, they had updateing issues, but I believe they will do as much as they can! Wink

Do as much as they can to run with whats left to the bank? lol   I hope no one still believes TH is legit.
14428  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: November 17, 2013, 03:46:57 PM
You guys don't get it yet, do you?

The money is gone.

There ain't no money to be had.

It's over.

My $.02.

Wink

I think you really cleared things up for us.  Much appreciated.

Hire a lawyer if you lost big.  Not all the money is gone...... but i bet a huge chunk is.
14429  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: November 15, 2013, 02:52:26 AM
Send the refunds

Good luck getting it from them.  Hire a lawyer.
14430  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: November 11, 2013, 05:23:52 PM
So they have mentioned that they will attempt to pay people back?  If that is the case I apologize for intimating that they wouldn't.  I haven't seen a post by them for so long I made an assumption..

They mentioned a portion.  But they have had more then enough time to start the process, find 1 person who has got a TH refund direct from them in past month.... and you will suprise me.
14431  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Unsolicited But Nevertheless Very Good Advice To Terrahash And It's Principals on: November 11, 2013, 12:01:39 PM
Your post did it.   You have successfully thrown one of your magic "pearls" and all will be right in the world.

Heres what TH is doing right now.... sitting down enjoying the salary that is still coming in not caring what your 2 cents are.  Or that you made a new thread for something that should be in long winded old one.
14432  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: November 11, 2013, 03:56:54 AM

It's not about hiding assets but BTC being used.  Find us a court case where BTC was recovered from a closed business.  Assuming TH really does close being a LLC.

Oops!

Terrahash is NOT an LLC!

It is incorporated in California; the Land of Fruits and Nuts as a FOR PROFIT corporation!

You know LLC stands for Limited Liability Company right, it is a form of incorperation
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limited_liability_company

Ya fuckin' think?

Jesus Christ on a raft!

If Terrahash were set up as an LLC, the business entity would read, "Terrahash, LLC", NOT "Terrahash, Inc".

Crikey, I have set up over 250 corporations for people and do in point of fact have the vaguest idea what I'm talking about.

My continued presence in this thread constitutes the casting of pearls before swine, not to mention engaging in arguments with people who only want to argue.

My $.02.

Wink.

To those of you who invested with Terrahash, Good Night and Good Luck!

If you setup 250+ corporations then you should know the difference between an "investor" and a 'customer'.   Saying

Absent intentional fraud, if the corporation bankrupts out, the principals will walk away unscathed.

You setup 250+ corporations but don't know the difference between an "investor" and a 'customer'?

AYou are wrong about the principals walking away unscathed.  Terrahash was undercapitalized and lacked sufficient paid in capital to prevent the corporation from being an alter ego of Amir Khan and Tarandeep Gill aka Justin.  Piercing the corporate shield and proving that Terrahash is in fact an alter ego of Amir Kahn and Tarandeep Gill will be easy.  Terrahash, Amir, and Tarandeep are already being sued for Fraud in Santa Clara County Superior Court.  See:http://www.sccaseinfo.org/pa6.asp?full_case_number=1-13-CV-254284&crumbs=Civil%20Index&crumbs=Party/Case%20Type%20Search&crumbs=Party/Case%20Type%20Results&crumbs=Cases%20Involving%20Amir%20Khan

If you are owed money by Terrahash you can file a complaint with the Santa Clara County District Attorney's office, sue them in Superior Court, or small claims court. The small claims court process is simple, it's inexpensive, and you can file for up to $10,000 which would probably cover most of Terrahash's customers.  The process take about 15 minutes; fill out two pages of information, pay the clerk $100, serve Terrhash (it's easy) and you'll be in court about 30 days later. If you go to small claims court you're making a claim for cash, it doesn't matter if you paid with BTC, WIRE, or PayPal.  Assuming you win your case, which you will,  you'll be awarded a judgement for cash.  The judgement is good for 10 years and the county sheriffs office will help you collect on your judgement.  You can seize earnings, cash, bank accounts, cars, homes, and any other real property belonging to the defendant(s).  The judgement will also appear on the defendant's credit report.   If you don't live in bay area you can file a complaint with the District Attorney's office and they'll advocate and mediate on your behalf, plus they have the power of enforcement.  You do not have to settle for a partial refund.

Had not seen this.  Nicely done showing this.  Might explain why we have even heard a word from TH account.  Now they can say they have made statement on here within past months.

Hmm, looks familiar.

Lol made my night with that one.

I cant imagine ordering a Monarch.  I see it being late and them offering "upgrades" or shipping mini-rigs after half a year after deadline.

Amir:
Prove that you cashed out the refund from Yifu.  Post the transaction details including the wallet addresses (Terrahash's wallet to the Exchange's wallet), the receipt for converting BTC to  fiat currency (USD), and the wire transfer details showing the money was sent to Terrahash's account.  Post Terrahash's bank statement that shows the cash from the BTC that Yifu sent you.  Prove what your saying is true.

You will notice he does not sign any messages with his name on here.  And good luck getting any proof.

14437  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Free Internet + Cash on: November 11, 2013, 02:05:20 AM
So I have free internet 24/7 and some money to spend, I have followed Bitcoin for years so thought I might get into mining Bitcoin/Litecoin/Peercoin

What are my best options?

My laptop is Lenovo u410, i5, win7
GPU is Intel HD 4000, and NVIDIA GeForce 610m if that is of use.

Thanks.

Sadly integrated intel GPU's are not good for much, and GeForce are much more limited then AMD on mining (not to mention laptop).  Free electricity will get you much more then free internet.  If you are in a apartment that does not charge overages or something... litecoin might be worth looking into.

Do you happen to have a desktop?  Even one that isnt a powerhouse could run some of the USB or blade options if you want Bitcoin mining.

Yup, I know my specs aint all that but I do have free internet and free electricity.  And no, no desktop.

Look into Primecoin if you know you will be living there for a while with free electricity.  I would get a desktop just for it.   Before you spend a ton, i would make sure no overages in contract or inspections that they will find mining equipment and want it gone.

you are the first customer of them Undecided

And also on it appears he spent over 17.5 btc if all true.... yea hes connected to site it appears.  Find it hard to believe 17.5 BTC from someone so new, who would also if this was legit.

If only they made this a year ago.  Still very cool to see a company recognize bit-coin.  It does have some usb ports you can use for true bit-coin mining  Grin
