I am never participating in those programs which ask for KYC at the end of the campaign, it is useless and you might be scammed because of that, giving your personal information for a few tokens is not worth the risk.

You can easily be hacked if you get injected with a rat on your computer, are you keeping your keys offline or you are using a json to login to your MEW? I am not using MEW anymore bytheway, just MyCrypto.

I think u need to combination of short and long term, if u do one good strategy with short term and long it would be much better than to use one of them.
Totally agree, most people do not even care about their strategy and they end up losing a lot of money because they only focus on "buying some coins".. Maybe, short term is the best option after all, well, at least for me. |

not at all! i have one coin and one coin only, the one that i understand, i educated myself about even at technical level, and i own a decent amount of it and that one coin is bitcoin. i have checked others but nothing has interested me as much.
as for altcoins and investment and making profit, i only do it one or two coins at a time. my theory is how much am i going to make if i have all my investment in one coin that is getting pumped real good versus if i had a small amount in it and i was busying myself with 10 others that only get tiny pumps? obviously all in the big pumper coin is giving me the biggest profit so i do that. then i cash it all out and invest in those other coins one at a time and enjoy their small pumps as well.
I try to do not be a greedy guy, in fact, i have never been a greedy guy while i am investing money on here, that is why i think that most of my investments are succesfull ones, because i know how to control my emotions. |

If you have those amounts, IMHO, you may not only put the whole amount only on one coin. You may analyze to invest in Ethereum (trust that this altcoin is promising for the future) and some for the other altcoins with the lower price such as the Ripple, EOS, IOTA, and others. Just do research on them.
Ethereum and eos, and maybe litecoin and bitcoin, but that is subjetive. I think that diversifying that money in more than 3 coins is almost useless, he is not gonna be able to earn a lot of money if that coin makes a 5%. |

Decred might be innovative but today it was pumped by many innexperienced crypto users being lead into buying it. It's quite a weird sentiment, the one in Korea. I like how that guy even lead those people to buy in a non-Korean exchange. Many must have lost money there in an instant, yet he told them that it's a good investment for the following 2 or 3 years. We'll see about that... Decred is pretty decent altcoin. They have a solid roadmap and good technology.
I usually dont like altcoins, but decred is one of those that i like. Good team also. It may be pumped at the moment but i think over long term it is going up

It depend on each ICO project. If it's a good ICO project, you'd better buy from ICO and privatesale is the best cause you can get the lowest price at this period. But if you miss the crowdsale, don't worry you can buy token with ICO price on exchange like ETD or Folkdelta. But if it's not a really good ICO project, you just need to wait until the price of token listed on exchange and dumped to under ICO price  ).
