1461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do You Want Tesla To Accept Doge? on: June 11, 2021, 11:59:17 PM
Elon Musk has made new tweet about Doge again as always. It has been seen for some time now that Elon Musk is benefiting himself by increasing the price of Doge through new tweets. He tweeted asking if Dogecoin will be used to buy Tesla. But after his tweet, Doge price is going down, which means people are understanding his purpose. You can see his tweet from here: https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1392030108274159619?s=19

I don't really care about Tesla or the deals its gonna make, I don't like DOGE since it doesn't have any utility but it has potential and since it exploded and already has a community at any moment it could easily explode and investors could easily make a good profit in it.

Tesla doesn't have anything or crypto so at some point so Tesla accepting DOGE could easily end up like what happened to bitcoin, I just don't believe that Elon Musk doesn't have any of the cryptocurrency, I pretty sure what happened to bitcoin is a pump and dump scheme of Elon Tweets.

I might still take a shot but it's going to be a quick profit every time I invest in DOGE since it is just so risky investing in this pump and dump coin.
1462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying old coins: Is it worth it? on: June 11, 2021, 11:40:12 PM
With all of the hype surrounding "De-Fi" and NFTs, it looks like old coins like Peercoin, Primecoin, and Quark have been left in the dust. This is sad, considering that the aforementioned coins have a proven track record of stability and reliability. New coins are usually less secure than old ones. Despite the low interest/demand for old coins, they're still actively traded on the market.

I'm wondering whenever it's worth buying and holding old coins for the long term. Primecoin is one of its kind with a PoW algorithm that contributes towards the discovery of prime numbers. It's a pity other crypto projects haven't copied its model. Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley

There are a lot of worth-it-old coins in the market like ADA or polkadots, it was just some old profits that are now exploded and have good potential at this time. Mostly a lot of old coins are not worth investing in at all since there are a lot of coins that don't really have a movement in the market or pump in the past years, something like EOS Even polkadot doesn't have market movement after it reaches around 40$ in the market.

Surely it's a volatile market so at any moment some coin could just explode but we couldn't actually invest in all of it, I guess it is not always worth it unless it's Bitcoin or Ethereum. I think it's better to always keep your money moving so I always convert some of my old coins into another token that has a lot of market movement.
1463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the best time to invest in Bitcoin on: June 11, 2021, 11:09:08 PM
Obviously, bitcoin is not gonna down around 10-20k$ I don't think the market price could still drop that low since bitcoin potential is already known and still the top cryptocurrency.

So I think yeah, It the best time to invest in bitcoin since we have a pretty huge drop, people are just gonna realize it late when the market price is already exploded in the coming months since that what always happened when the market circulate from pumping and dropping.

The potential profit is just high when the bitcoin market price reaches 100k$ at some point, market price could explode easily at any time but I believed it will still stay at this level at around a few months.
1464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did you fall for the current dip and sell off on: June 10, 2021, 06:35:01 PM
Honestly wanted to ask and to discovered the newbies among us. i though of creating a vote but it is not Necessary.  i really wanted to ask if there are members of this community that sold off during the last dip thinking that the market has crashed. alot of friends kept complaining that bitcoin and alts will go deep down and it will take months before coming back.

Really wanted to find out people that lost their grip and sold off. what really was your main reason for NOT holding...

Obviously, there are a lot of investors who sold their investment and a lot of newbies or newcomers sold as wells since the market continues to drop up to 30k$ there are a lot who panic sell.

At times where the market is bullish, we could already expect that the drop is gonna happened soon, the market can just go to the moon with just pumping and pumping, investors are surely gonna take profit at some point but Elon Musk surely trigger that to happen because of his tweets and the Tesla news about bitcoin.

Not all of us are expecting that but hearing news like that could surely affect the market and make a deep forcing a correction to happen, I always sell and take a profit when the market is high so I have no problem holding at this point when the market is on low, already buy a few and plan to buy more because this is gonna be a big profit when the market explodes again.
1465  Other / Off-topic / Re: Now tell me if you still believe on Elon Musk. on: June 06, 2021, 09:58:10 PM
Who in the right mind that who'd believed Elon Musk tweet or reason why they pull out in bitcoin. That is obviously just some shits, Talking about fossils fuels? Seriously? I mean who would believe that, that is just some big market manipulation right there.
Elon Musk turned out to be the troll of the year and he is taking care of the void created by John McAfee after his arrest i presume  Cheesy. If you look at his overall position he does not need to do anything as he is already in a good position and there is no point in creating this big constraints which means he is doing all these on purpose and i have no idea behind his motivation.

Fossil fuels and heat is something that Elon Musk already knows, Before even getting or investing in bitcoin, that is just obvious, Tesla accepting bitcoin as payment? The number one company? And then they suddenly tell us that they were concerned about fossil fuel? Buts it's obviously unbelievable.
These are bullshit reason to manipulate the market valuation and he knew exactly how to make money during a pandemic and when his company is suffering from chip manufacturing issues because of the lack of availability and he just found a market to make a quick profit for him and his company.

Surely people are now done listening to Elon Musk's tweets since it's obviously a pump and dump, I don't really listen to his tweets since it's really risky but sometimes I just like to gamble some of my extra money.

I just don't know why people go all-in into cryptocurrency and invested depending on Elon Musk's tweets, When I first started in cryptocurrency the most common advice was to invest only what you could afford to lose.

It is just so pathetic for people to blame it all on Elon Musk, I've seen a lot of tweets where they blamed Elon because they invested everything in DOGE coin. I guess these people are just newcomers where they just not used to see the market dumping since at the start of 2021 the cryptocurrency was just so hype when we see the market just continues to pump and only a few dumps in only a small percentage. I've learned my lesson back in 2017 so I always take profit and invest as little risk as possible.

Also, the dump of bitcoin doesn't mean anything and for me, I consider it normal and healthy, When the market price continues to get wild when it surpasses 20k$ and skyrocket to 60k$ I already expecting a big drop, greediness could really be a thing especially if you want a big profit, but at that high price its already so risky, especially if the pump was just caused by Elon.
1466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Im Surprisd btc still alive on: June 06, 2021, 09:31:03 PM
There is many More better blockchains with much better use  Cases and utility.
ETH is one of biggest.

Btc is still alive only reason for that is some very powerful and influenceal people want btc to be alive there is no use Case no utility other then speculation even to Move dark money btc is not good even to make Transactions between companies not good.

So I guess btc is alive only that some big important rich person Can speculate and dump btc on poor suckers.

So to Say to take money from people and scam them.

When comparing the bitcoin technology to the Ethereum Network it is so obvious that the Ethereum Network is much better even though Bitcoin has a bigger market cap and the top 1 cryptocurrency the Technology of bitcoin is just out of date compared to the other new altcoins in the market.

The obvious difference here is bitcoin just want to be money, or you could easily compare it to fiat, and now it's like the 2nd version of gold and great to store the value, but since bitcoin has a volatile market price it just doesn't fit it at this time so if we buy something using bitcoin it might be worth millions in the coming years just like what happened to the pizza guy. So the best thing to do is to hold bitcoin since it's better as an investment than just spending it.

Ethereum is just a different cryptocurrency since Ethereum has contracts and networks, I mean I honestly believed that Ethereum is just so undervalued at this time so who knows if it's going to surpass bitcoin in just a few years. But the marketcap of bitcoin is sure cannot be surpassed by Ethereum since bitcoin has a fixed supply of 21 million comparing to the EThereum that has an unlimited supply which is like a currency. There are billions of people that believed in bitcoin could be the future and probably the safest investment that you could make as well and with the huge community you cannot expect Bitcoin to just die.

1467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Show me your biggest gains! on: June 06, 2021, 09:11:20 PM
There is a nice success story in the stock market world, where a guy named Keith Gill bet with his money $50k on GameStop stock. About 2 years later the investment rose to $50 million!

So the question is. Is there any similar recent success stories like that in the crypto world? I know the Dogecoin millionaire, but that was from $180k to $2 million in a few months, which is not that impressive compared to the GameStop stock guy, because $50 million is another level. So? Any similar recent success stories?

Probably the biggest price gain was Ethereum because of the recent pump but I'm not sure if its a good profit since I don't have a high volume of ETH, I don't hold a big amount of ETH and hold for years, and its not my strategy since I want to sell for profit and I just can't take the risk of holding for years because I invested in other assets as well where it has even less risk.

I think some of my biggest gains are on XRP when it richest close to a dollar, I did make a good amount of gain when the price dropped because of the SEC and I invested a good amount thinking the XRP would be a good investment and it did pump and I probably earn a few thousand dollars because of that investment. I invested in ENJ when it was just a small cryptocurrency so when the market price Almost reaching 4 or close to 4 dollars I sold my investment and it was probably one of my biggest gains because of the high volume that I have in ENJ, I get interested in ENJ because of the Lost Relic game as well. I have a little bit of DOGE coin when it exploded and probably cost a few hundred dollars with some profit.

Also if you heard about Axie Infinity I just turn out to be so bullish in that gain and the profit was high so high considering my initial investment in that game that is 900$ in just a few months.

1468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much have you earned in one year on: June 06, 2021, 08:54:13 PM
I imagined how most bounty participants and trader who are below the senior rank most especially those who do not know how to choose good/high rewarding projects if they would would have even made up to $1k in the past 1 year. How would they feel if they have nothing meaningful to withdraw at this pandemic period and just looking at their wallet helplessly. How much have you been able to cash out in the past one year.

I think doing bounty for a year is not worth it since not all of the project this day is always a success and even though you join a big project it's not a guarantee big payment these days compared in the past year where you could earn 2000$ in 1 bounty but its not possible these days.

But in terms of cryptocurrency trading, It's kinda hard to keep track, When I just getting started in investing and trading, etc. I just started with the 300$ investment and I keep track of everything but there are some sales and buys that I don't really plan so It's hard to keep track of your investment but I think I did make a good amount considering I buy a lot of assets, A lot of NFTs, cryptocurrency, and different passive incomes.

Probably my 300$ + some deposits were already x50 in my estimate and I really think it's a good profit already considering it was just a short amount of time, and comparing the profit to other investments is probably the best investment that you could make.
1469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are Airdrops and Bounties worth the work? on: June 06, 2021, 08:20:48 PM
I'm learning a lot here about how people here invest and that tells me a bit about the market in general.

I was wondering if Airdrops and Bounties worth the effort.
According to this article you need several wallets.
https://blogs.airdropalert.com/9-wallets-airdrops-bounties/
Then you have to find out about the drops, do somethings to get them (e.g. follow the coin on social media).  And there might be other steps I don't know about.

Coinbase is running a Dodgecoin sweepstakes.  You have to buy or sell $100. of Dodgecoin to enter.  That is sasy.

https://help.coinbase.com/en/coinbase/getting-started/other/coinbase-sweepstakes

I'm not sure if Airdrops and Bounties are worth the work.

There are a lot of Airdrops in cryptocurrencies and you might probably still see some that work the time and worth checking out, probably in the past months there was a huge number of this airdrop.

Mostly there were just some new projects that want their project to be a big trend and to do that they do a big airdrop to gain a lot of users and recognition in the cryptocurrency community so fair it kinda works since some of the top cryptocurrency today started with an airdrop I believe. These days I don't hear a lot of Airdrops but for sure there are still some, probably there are so many altcoins in the market so it's kinda hard to compete these days.

There are still a few about also that is still worth a try however I don't think it is still worth it since the chances are just so slim to get a good project and most of it, in my opinion, is not worth it anymore.
1470  Other / Off-topic / Re: Now tell me if you still believe on Elon Musk. on: June 06, 2021, 07:38:36 PM
According to Tesla, the reason why they are not anymore accepting bitcoin is because of this reason.
Elon Musk says Tesla will no longer accept bitcoin due to fossil fuel use

But this article came out and their study proved that Banking system consumes two times more energy than Bitcoin: Research

So what are your thoughts on this, is Elon still credible that we should follow his tweet?

Who in the right mind that who'd believed Elon Musk tweet or reason why they pull out in bitcoin. That is obviously just some shits, Talking about fossils fuels? Seriously? I mean who would believe that, that is just some big market manipulation right there.

The market manipulation just ended because of his greed thinking that he could manipulate the market now that the people already know and sick because of his game I think tweets are not going to work out anymore for him.
1471  Economy / Speculation / Re: My million dollar bitcoin price probabilities prediction on: June 06, 2021, 07:25:28 PM
My prediction of the chances that bitcoin price will hit a million dollars by the end of:

2025 - 20% probability
2026 - 40% probability
2027 - 60% probability
2028 - 80% probability
2029 - 99.9% probability.

Just a theory. No way to actually ever verify it.

It is probably a low percentage only a small percentage of probability to expect the market price of bitcoin to even reach a million dollars, even though it doesn't have a high market price already it is going to take a lot of time for sure before it's going to reach11 million dollar price.

I think in 2030 the market price of a million-dollar could be possible in only a small percentage of 20%, it is surely going to happen if the bitcoin doesn't encounter any problem. because of the supply and demand and the fixed supply of bitcoin, it really has a huge potential of reaching a certain market price in the market.

Waiting for the next halving could also make sense in the next few years and will affect the market price of bitcoin very much as soon as it happened.
1472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest on alts suggestion on: June 06, 2021, 06:23:32 PM
I am plaaning to invest on alts 2024. For the moment i keep my usdt. I am thinking that these coins still at higher prices , they  will sure more 80-90% down.

How about your views?

The greatest investment is Ethereum since bitcoin is low on volume because of the high price in the market, the next potential coin that you could always invest in is Ethereum.

With the Ethereum Network and utility of Ethereum, you could expect for the market price of Ethereum to catch up or probably the closest coin in the market that has the potential to reach close to the market price of bitcoin,  If you compared the technology of bitcoin and Ethereum we can't deny that bitcoin is not that great compared to the technology of Ethereum, although I think both can co-exist since both ETH and Bitcoin has different utility.

When the Ethereum 2.0 came out for sure it will be a huge game-changer for the ETH network and probably we could expect a big pump at the price and probably close to 30k$ after a few years.
1473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Meme Coin Will Survive Long on: June 06, 2021, 05:45:23 PM
Now a day hundreds of meme coins launching with too much supply and no use case so what do you think about meme coins and will some meme coins survive long or they will all runaway ?

I honestly believe that it will not survive especially in the long term since the meme coin has no utility the market price was probably just because of the price manipulation.

Similar to what happened to the DOGE coins where Elon Musk tries to hype and it turns out to be a pump and dump, for sure it still has a potential to pump in the future because there is still a community that believed in the DOGe coin.

Probably could just last a few years, but not really for the long term, I don't think it can survive without a utility, that just means that the token price was dependent on the hype of the token and not really because of its use.
1474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Many Different Coins Do You Own? Me = 11 on: June 05, 2021, 11:59:26 PM
I own 11 - I don't count the stablecoin USDC

I don't own two in the list below, but if I do buy them I will use the Percentage.

9.7%   Bitcoin Cash
40.1%   Bitcoin
37.8%   ETH
1.8%   ADA
7.0%   Atom
1.0%   EOS
1.0%   CRV
1.5%   Link
2.1%   MATIC
1.9%   SOL  - don't own yet
0.4%   VET  - don't own yet
0.3%   USDC
1.5%   DOT
1.1%   XLM

I only have 6 cryptocurrencies I think if you have enough funds you could totally diversify your portfolio and buy a lot of different cryptocurrencies and invest in them. I have a lot of cryptocurrency in staking that I think is going to have a big potential in the future, so I think staking is just the best investment that you do, or even lock staking your crypto could be good.

I'm holding Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, and mostly are NFTs cryptocurrency because I think there is some NFTs cryptocurrency that has a big potential in the future.

You don't necessarily need to have a lot of holdings depending on your trading strategy since if you only have a few you only need to wait for a few pumps of the token as well if you only hold DOGE you only need to wait for the DOGE coin to pump and since your all in you have a bigger potential profit.

1475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT Trend Can Go For Long? on: June 05, 2021, 11:41:07 PM
Hello Guyz,
Hope All Is Doing Well, As You all Know Binance, the world top best Cryptocurrency Exchange is going To Launch NFTs market place soon In Upcoming Weeks. So Whats Your Opinion that NFTs Can become trend and this trend can go for Long in 2021?

There are probably a lot of opinions about this but for some people who understand NFT I think it would last at some point, the only problem I can see in the NFT market is there were just so many NFTs that are getting created. So with the NFTs, I don't think the demand can catch up, I don't think people are just gonna keep buying it since at the same time they also need to sell.

At this time it is still early for this to happen so most of the time NFTs are getting a big success since there are still a lot of people that are not into cryptocurrency and NFTs so there are still a lot of demand, so with some Idea, I think as an artist or could make their own NFTs and sell especially if a celebrity I mean there's a market for it but some shit arts but cost so much I just don't know about that if its gonna survive that.

I did invest in some NFT games since I think it is just buying some skins but you just can just resell it, as long as there are players I think it can hold the value.
1476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When you heard about Bitcoin vs. When you first used Bitcoin on: June 05, 2021, 11:18:02 PM
Sharing my experience about it my first encounter with Bitcoin was in senior high school when some of my classmates are talking about it and I just ask about it and what it is because I'm just curious.

I Remember bitcoin was just 200 dollars and it just skyrockets and becomes a trend when it reaches the price of 1000$ in the market.

I've got interested and that's when I started to research it since it's about earning, I just research how to earn money at that time, and then it changes to how to earn in cryptocurrency. And that's where I discover bitcoin, but I never get the chance to buy a big volume of it since I can't afford to buy it at that time.
1477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's future (and BTC in Kuwait!) on: June 05, 2021, 07:58:31 PM
Probably just storing the value of money in bitcoin since its still fiat money even though you say that Kuwait fiat is one of the top fiat money in the world still, it is still fiat money, and inflation is a big problem with that since you could just create this fiat compared to bitcoin that only has a fix 21million.

Storing some in bitcoin could be good most of the time and at the same time bitcoin is a great investment even though it's really risky because of the volatile market price, but that just means that they are supporting bitcoin since they are willing to risk a big amount of investment on it.

Also, it's probably good timing to invest in this cryptocurrency or bitcoin since we are in a dump. Still investing is always a reasonable thing to do.
1478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin should be taxed on: June 05, 2021, 07:10:07 PM
In Ron Paul's view, bitcoin is money, and it should be taxed as such. How do you view this information?

You could probably get out with it if your not really earning a very big amount of money in trading or any cryptocurrency, as far as i know. But it was probably only in US or some other countries.

We could expect cryptocurrency or trading or bitcoin to be taxed but its not really a case for some countries since in my countries the government are probably already have a few plans about it, most of the time as long as there are big money involved government is gonna put tax on it.

Probably exchanges are already paying the taxes to continue their business, so i guess that's one way already. For now I can still trade freely in my country but if bitcoin or cryptocurrency continue to mass adapt taxes are surely gonna happen soon, but for me as long as its only a small percentage its gonna be fine at some point.
1479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin better than Fiat? on: June 03, 2021, 07:16:08 PM
I guess we could say it is pretty much better than fiat money in a lot of aspects, like online transactions, etc. But not really as what the fiat is used for since I don't think bitcoin is better in terms of spending or buying something in a store.

Bitcoin market price is just too high to become fiat money that you could spend and with the volatile price in the market it's really not suitable to be money, but more on investment since it is profitable at that aspects.

Also not all stores at this moment are gonna accept your bitcoin even though it has a value, not everyone will accept it since its risky to hold this cryptocurrency, Still better than fiat for sure but compared to some altcoins there are altcoins that are better than bitcoin that is more suitable to replace the dollar or fiat money. I mean just imagine the transaction speed of bitcoin if we used it as a fiat money.
1480  Economy / Speculation / Re: From trader become holder because the market is crashing on: May 30, 2021, 09:28:01 PM
When bitcoin drops to $30000, this is a disaster for most traders who buy bitcoin and altcoins at a price high. We didn't expect bitcoin to fall this low, so causing altcoins prices to be dumped very deeply. For traders who have already lost over 25% in trading, then it is best not to cut losses because it will make lose some capital. So believe me, the bitcoin price will back up again and altcoins price will rise again.

Luckily I sold at the right time and able to get out some of my investment and convert it to USDT and most of it is invested in NFT's because I think it's the way to avoid dumping the market.

I've just bought back bitcoin around 30k$ market price and to be honest at this time for sure the pump will surely gonna reach higher, what I mean is bitcoin is gonna surpass 100k$ the next time the market is gonna pump so probably I'm not gonna sell any of my investment unless it reaches that market price of even more.

Crashing is always a part of the market so as soon as possible I always take profit, It is going to recover soon and probably faster than you think since the community is a lot bigger than before.
