1461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Serious Problem after setting up my mining Rigs - Will reward if someone solves on: December 15, 2013, 11:10:14 PM
it's possibly a non-issue: about 2 hours is way too little for these tests, even because most of pools use to "round" your payment according your average in the round, so the longer you mine in a pool continuously, and the better you know how you are doing (i'd guess 12-24 hours would be a minimum). Moreover if your pool is smaller than average luck counts and you would get an higher variability.

Hey, what happened to Flax? He does not answer at email anymore.
I heard that he went on BMR, but it seems down.

Any way to get in contact with him?
1463  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: (Warning) Whats going on with cryptsy.com every one is losing there coins on: December 12, 2013, 09:26:01 PM
nothing works. my account is still FUBAR and I can't get my coins out of there
1464  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC-E EUR Sepa Withdraw on: December 12, 2013, 07:32:44 PM
OKPAY works and currently costs 2% (apparently recently down from 3%).

Didn't OKpay just banned any btc-related transaction? I saw yesterday a warning on their site about this.

TODAMOON or bankrupt. No middle way. No compromise.

1466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Switchercoin.com ! We mining forks - get LTC ! on: December 10, 2013, 05:31:46 PM
pool seems down now...
1467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: and now... even LTC trading on plus500 on: December 09, 2013, 08:57:59 PM
maybe, but we coiners trade with the real things anyway.

The interest of that news is that is another proof that the financial hyenas are taking notice and starting to pump cryptocoins more.
Free advertising in short.
1468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / and now... even LTC trading on plus500 on: December 09, 2013, 07:39:42 PM
Plus500 is a cfd trading platform. Someone here already milked them good when they introduced BTC/USD trading during the last long bullmarket.
Now:
http://www.plus500.com/Instruments/LTCUSD
imho it sounds bullish for LTC.

...and if it continues we can expect more alts there.  Can't wait for BBQcoins dislodging the USD as the world reserve currency :-)
1469  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTO-TRADE] Crypto-trade.com IPO and official thread! on: December 09, 2013, 06:55:46 PM
I'd like the option to cashout by wire, since I am reading horror stories here about OKPay and the 9% Paypal fee is outrageous.
Any chance of that?
1470  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: (Warning) Whats going on with cryptsy.com every one is losing there coins on: December 09, 2013, 09:31:49 AM
Things seem fixed now. Missing coins showed up, deposits are on track, and order placement is quick (and shows up on open orders).

my account is still FUBAR: full of negative balances and with locked withdrawal instead
1471  Economy / Speculation / Re: Liquidate your entire position (Casey Research) on: December 08, 2013, 11:10:13 PM
indeed. with such consistent track record...
a good contrarian indicator. I will sell when they turn btc-bullish
1472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Switchercoin.com - auto-switching for the best coin! on: December 08, 2013, 10:51:39 PM
Since Criptsy is crappy beyond any hope of redemption, my humble advice is to mine only coins traded on more serious exchanges, like btc-e and/or crypto-trade.com
1473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Profit-switching scrypt+ASIC Pool] multipool.us on: December 08, 2013, 09:47:36 PM
i'd like an optional conversion of crapcoins in LTC or BTC by the pool (for a fee obviously, like switchercoin dot com allows), so that i don't have to receive those crapcoins in Crapsy and lose them.
1474  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: (Warning) Whats going on with cryptsy.com every one is losing there coins on: December 08, 2013, 01:50:36 PM
  • A system wide audit is not being performed to correct any missing transactions due to the issues
Huh

I can believe that: it still does not work and it seized my coins due to fake negative balances after cancelled trades.
We're being Cryptsy-ized  Angry
1475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deposits stuck at cryptsy... on: December 07, 2013, 12:26:08 PM
WTF! it's still an huge mess: Shocked
I cancelled a trade in ANC and my 25+ ANC deposit just DISAPPEARED right now.
Moreover the last LTC payment from my pool is MIA and my LTC withdrawal request is waiting to be processed.
[edit]: wait, it's worse: they say "confirmed" but there is nothing in the blockchain:
Quote
Withdrawals
Currency   Send to Address                                     Amount          Conf   Request Date
LiteCoin   LZ6i6u3h3rkbnBDgvijLrNS9DQKn1oeVvh   9.10833673 LTC   Yes   2013-12-07 07:06:34

...and i kept cancelling my other alt.coins sell orders but they remain not available for withdrawal  Lips sealed
(now not sure if it's an huge fail or a big scam)

[edit2]: a few hours later most of my issues seems fixed. tx effected.

[edit 3 -1 day later]: stll a mess: LTC and ANC deposits not accredited. Plus, when I cancel a trade i get a negative balance instead than the amount reaccredited. What a failing fail!

It will take some time till we see cheap coins

it will take just another alt.coin called like that. CheapcoinsTM: the latecomers' coins.

The bottom we are bouncing on seem convincing, but we have a weekend just starting... -*and now we are just going below*
