1461  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Minus balance bug on: October 11, 2015, 08:39:10 AM
It's because of the attack , as you can see it says "A conflicting transaction has been detected in our memory pool. The transaction hash displayed below may change."
Reddit post explaining what this means : https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/3nf1zy/a_conflicting_transaction_has_been_detected_in/ (read the coinkite link aswell)
1462  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Minus balance bug on: October 11, 2015, 08:29:16 AM
The 24.99$ (both transactions) seems like a Double spend transaction , no ? copy your adress here so we can see
1463  Economy / Digital goods / [WTB] CSGO Gifts on: October 11, 2015, 08:11:07 AM
Title says it all , I'am buying CSGO Steam gifts for 6$ / gift . I will take as many as possible however I won't be trading with newbies or people who don't have any trust history (can't take the chances of using carded gifts and get them revoked later) .
1464  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is the new bitcoin forum any good? on: October 11, 2015, 07:58:05 AM
I understand their dislike of censorship, but will you stick with bitcointalk - or go to the new forum?  https://forum.bitcoin.com/  Do you think they can get critical mass there?

IMO the only good thing that bitcoin.com have is the domain , so i'am not sure about switching there . when you google anything about bitcoin or issue you have with client the first links are either StackExchange/stackoverflow or Bitcointalk .

I stopped following this topic after a while , posts seem to be a lot so I lost control and forget the pages Shocked  anyway does anyone here know if the Electrum wallet is out or not yet ? last time they said it's like 99% completed
1466  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where will the price of BTC be at the end of 2015? on: October 11, 2015, 07:34:37 AM
I would like to get a community opinion on the direction of Bitcoin over the next few months.  I've created a poll with various ranges so we can get an accurate picture of what the general consensus, or lack of consensus is.  Feel free to explain your reasoning.  Thanks for participating!

Not sure who voted for 500$ but I don't this is going to happen at least not anytime soon , so I'd say something 300-400$ nothing more . we won't see any huge increase before the halving or little bit before it
1467  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [Sell]Google Coupon 500$ Voucher -cheap price on: October 11, 2015, 07:28:09 AM
Google often reset my cloud account and i will be asked to enter my billing information again. I will buy your code if you can offer me a reasonable reason why this use to happen to my account.

they probably won't do that however you will need a valid credit card to valid your Google cloud before you are being able to use this voucher otherwise you can't use it .

1469  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Most Secure bitcoin wallet ? on: October 11, 2015, 07:10:17 AM
Most secure wallet is blockchain.info. They encrypt everything in our browser and they store nothing as raw data.

I'am not a professional and that's why I made this topic however this is the worst advice you could give to someone i guess , all someone need to do to get millions of dollar that are stored in blockchain is to attack the location where the physicals servers are then run a cracker .. and we all know how easy the passwords used by people these days .

If someone hacks your funds from blockchain server side, will blockchain fill your wallet with the missed bitcoins?
I haven't heard anyone, but i see that blockchain.info blocks their users accounts so i think it should be a trick to steal peoples funds!!!

If someone hacks the physicals server then it would be the .dat files and he won't need Two factor authentication or anything like that , he will just crack the passwords and with the amount of wallets they have , they will definitly make few millions .
1470  Economy / Service Discussion / Flippa similar websites ? on: October 10, 2015, 06:32:07 PM

Lol , It's awesome how this thread get shitload of posts within hours/days .
I just wanted to ask is there is any informations about when the Electrum wallet will be finished ? OP said it's being funded and it's soon

My understanding is it's like 95-99% completed
I would think that it would be - almost, anytime....
I helped test it a while back and it still had some bugs to squash. Depends how fast the Electrum devs are at squashing them.

Oh nice good stuff then , thank you for both your answers
looking forward to use it honestly .; I never was a blockchain downloading fan

Damn , this looks sick and awesome Grin I wish Bitcoin was working on the same way . Thanks both Taylor05 & Solarminer .
last question , When you guys say that I need 1000 Dash which is basically equal to 10 BTC , does it mean that I need to spend them or something ? or I can keep those on my wallet and use them once I stop using Masternodes
Exactly, keep them. Your masternode is alive as long as you have 1000 in your wallet.you can spend them normally.

yep, keep them safe in a cold wallet.

Now another last question lol Shocked User above said :

Running a masternode is work... you have to keep it updated, monitor it, and pay to host it,

What does that means exactly (I get the hosting part), I mean it's not like Bitcoin node  ? just opening ports and running the wallet all the time ?

it means you will need to find änd hire a VPN server (some 5$ per month), install  firewall, install Dash software and upgrade the Dash software in case of new Dash versions (or in case of upgrades on your rented server) .
These VPN servers normally have a variety of OS to choose from, we normally choose Linux. There are some good manuals on Dashtalk which describes every step to take.

https://dashtalk.org/forums/masternode-guides.66/

My advice, read through this manual to get a feeling whats needed  : TAO'S MASTERNODE SETUP GUIDE FOR DUMMIES
https://dashtalk.org/threads/taos-masternode-setup-guide-for-dummies.2680/

And see my signature for some basic Linux commands to use in case of upgrading a masternode ...

Awesome stuff man , I really regret that I didn't go into Darkcoin when it first was released It's always like that .. I always see the potentional on something when it's too late . Sad anyway thank you again
Too late?!? It's just the begining! Smiley

I'am not sure what's your definition of being late on the Cryptoo currency world but for what comes to mine then it's being late for being able to mine using your PC Grin
1475  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which operating system do you use? Windows? Linux? Mac? other? on: September 14, 2015, 07:42:16 PM
Windows. I get too used to it cant even think to switch

I'am using Windows however I have to say that Linux is definitly the future , it can be installed on PCs, laptops, netbooks, mobile and tablet devices, video game consoles, servers, supercomputers and more. Android for example is based on Linux kernel .
1476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitcoinXT is gone and now what ? on: September 14, 2015, 07:37:42 PM
You procede to realize Bitcoin and it's PoW system have no future and read the pros and cons of other consensus mechanisms and systems in this thread:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1171109.0

What are you saying exactly here , time to dump while I can and never look back ?

1478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / BitcoinXT is gone and now what ? on: September 14, 2015, 07:03:13 PM
It seems like the panic is gone and Mike hearn probably gave up by now , if we look at XTnodes.com , you will see that nodes number is pretty low ~600 and it's nothing near Bitcoin core nodes .
Same goes for the last mined blocks , it dropped to 1 . SO in your opinion what's going to happen next  Huh If we won't increase the blocksize  we will definitly won't go mainstream ... Is there is any possibility of implenting bigger blocksize on the current blockchain and current Bitcoin Core , If yes then what the developpers are waiting for exactly ?
