To clarify, this week will end on the 10th? Will the following week end on the 16th (as previously expected) or the 17th?

I'm wondering mainly because it might cause some issues with interest calculation on the spreadsheet I use

And thanks for the update on logbook entries.
This week will end on the 10th and the next week will go to the 16th.

Just a quick update, the log entries should be on time from now on, but the profits for this week will be delays until tomorrow, due to that the Gigamining deal has been delayed and I want to try get it's profit in to this weeks accounting Smiley

We've been in talks with people who are going to be, potentially, investing 1000's of bitcoins into our IPO.

If you have large investors who can vouch for CPA in any way, especially if they are "known members of the community," that would undoubtedly help reassure your potential customers that the company is sound.

A customer's perception of how much CPA reduces their risk will be what drives the number of customers you receive and the premiums you can charge them.
I have been talking with usagi about investing in CPA, he seems to know what he's talking about and I am going to personally make sure things are run correctly. I have been helping and supporting CPA as I think it's something the community needs and it could potentially be very successful. Gamma Bitcoin Fund will potentially invest a big amount of Bitcoins into CPA, the exact details has not yet been decided but I can vouch for CPA and Usagi, so far Usagi seems to know what he's doing his planning and idea is sound and I hope that his execution will be so as well.
//DeaDTerra
Isn't Usagi she?  Just make sure you know who are you dealing with  Cool
I have no idea to be honest Tongue, I have only talked to he/she over IRC and I have been talking business and not personal matters. So I have to admit that I don't know if Usagi is a women or man, but what i do know is that he/she knows what he/she is doing Tongue

Todays log book report will be delayed until tomorrow, sorry for this delay. It should not effect the profit of the fund.

We are now shutting down,
There are other great services that offers the same services as we were but for a better price so I feel like this venture is no longer adding any value to the Bitcoin community.
Though have a look at my other venture called Gamma Bitcoin Fund Smiley
Thank you to all our customers and I hope you were happy with my service!

A bit of a update Smiley
I have implemented a death switch, so in case of injury or death, the fund will be closed and the investors will receive their current holdings to the payout address set up. This death switch is a two way authentication set up, so there is no chance that my second in command can run away with the funds or anything like that. The informations and instructions sent are also heavily encrypted for the safety and security of the fund.
This is just one of the many things I will be implementing to increase the security and safety of the investors in Gamma Bitcoin Fund.

As always if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask!
//DeaDTerra
Can you elaborate on how you set it up? I want to do something like that as well, but don't really know how that generally works.
It would be dangerous to put out the details in public, but send me a Pm and I can explain the system I use, but I can't give away who or such details.

Reliability is the one of the most important things in this community.

Indeed, it is. Scheduled and reliable dividends is the way to a high valued company.
Unfortunately JRO has a lot to do and he's traveling a lot hence I have a hard time getting a hold of him, I am really sorry for this, I am doing my best to get a hold of him.

Hello guys!
These weeks seem to pass fast now a days Cheesy
I am going to keep this short and sweet.
This weeks profit is 2.247% after the admin fee has been taken. It has been a okay week, with some ups and downs. The JRO,BDK and GLBSE drama had the market take a dip previously this week to then recover once the issue was solved, they are not yet up at their previous level of share price, but I think it's just a matter of time. This week I have been focusing heavily on margin trading, updating the GLBSE order book at least once a day. This has gotten us some cheap shares and sold off some overpriced once, at this moment I think the fund value is a bit underestimated due to the price dips. For a more detailed view of the week check the investment log book Smiley

Some stats of Gamma Bitcoin Fund, we currently have 67 investors with a total of 10970 Bitcoins invested! Which is great we are moving forward with big steps, I am a bit concerned that it might be moving a bit to fast though, hence I have decided at 15,000 Bitcoins I will not be taking any more deposits, until the GBF website is done and I have had time to update our infrastructure. This is to guarantee the safety and high quality of your investments. So if you want to deposit Bitcoins please make sure to contact me a head.

I earlier this week wanted to raise extra capital, this went very well and we managed to get a couple of thousands in extra investments. Now you might wounder what is this great investment I have coming up? Well it's a deal for some GigaMining shares, the price,date and amount is not yet decided. I will announce the full details tonight or early tomorrow. I think that the deal will have a positive impact on the next weeks profit, so let's hope it all goes well!

As usual if you have any questions or concerns please ask Smiley

really looking forward to it, although I've got no more coins left  Sad
Thank you, more information will be released once we get closer to the deal. We have managed to raise enough capital for this deal, so hopefully next week will have a very good profit Smiley

The dividend should be paid out today Smiley
//DeaDTerra

No dividend paid out?
JRO is having trouble with his account, it still seems to be locked. He has contacted Nefario and he will pay out the dividend as soon as this problems is resolved. I am very sorry for this major delay!

Hello guys!
I have managed to get a good deal for some shares next week, so I am taking in more Bitcoins then planned. So I am opening up for more availability, this is the chance to deposit some extra Bitcoins if you already have a account or open up a new account if you haven't already. This deal will give me at least 15% discount of the current face value of the shares.

And so the dividend from last Friday will be sent to us any time soon? Or is it just skipped and next Friday we'll get dividends for 2 weeks?

Excellent question - any news?
The dividend should be paid out today Smiley

Dividends have been paid for May.

the rate was .015 BTC per share (formerly .15 BTC, prior to stock split)

How does this share split work for us on GLBSE? Should I send you my shares and you send 10x back or how does this work?
//DeaDTerra

DeadTerra, I already transferred your newly issued shared to your account.....you should have the exact same ownership percentage as you did before.  Simply take your new total divided by 10,000 for verification.

Thanks!
Okay thank you very much for the smooth and fast procedure Smiley

Good News everyone!
JRO (the Issuer) has gotten to his senses again, Rebate,ZIP.A and all other BDK/JRO ventures will function as normal until the switch to Hermes. Dividends will be paid as usual and trading will be open as usual. When Hermes is ready the share holders will be asked to switch, until all share holders have switched dividends will still be paid on GLBSE Smiley

//DeaDTerra

Thats great news, had almost dumped my shares earlier today.
Indeed, I am truely sorry for those that sold of their shares due to that they didn't have this information. But it was just decided and I updated you guys as soon as I got to know about it.
