1461  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: October 14, 2022, 08:35:33 PM
It might be true he is a fan of Manchester United because after the match end he never felt as if his team lost to Manchester United,  their was fine smile on his face as he was having a hand shake with his opponents.
I think he is an excellent goalkeeper. Throughout the matches, he put in an incredible performance. A 1-0 loss to Manchester United was due to Francis Uzoho's 11 saves and one goal conceded in the 93rd minute. The man of the match award was given to him even though his team lost. It was a performance that even Ronaldo was captivated by.
There is no doubt as we have statics right now about this match these are surely giving amazing stuff from this goalkeeper, and he deserves MOM award even his team lost in this match, but his performance was at the top he is not allowed any player to do something special against his team with having a 93rd minute goal clearly telling all story about this match and performance of all players those were involved in this match.

Now, we have good strategy by Manchester United coach he is allowing Cristiano Ronaldo to have all 90 minutes game even he fails to have any goal, but now he is doing good, and we can expect positive change from him in coming matches as well which will allow his team to have better spot in both leagues.
1462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is ETH Post-Merge Hype Over? on: October 14, 2022, 07:20:24 PM
It's a cycle that feeds each other. Hype of ETH post merge situation did not happen, it wasn't really something that people cared about, which means if there was no hype, there was no price increase, and if there was no price increase then there was no hype.

It feeds off each other, and that means we are going to end up with something that would cause a lot of trouble in the long run. Doesn't mean that it will stay that way, eventually ETH price will go up too, but that won't be anytime soon neither, it is going to be something that will take a long time. I personally wish to see the current situation change, but I am willing to wait years for that to happen.
That is something that gets broken out of nowhere for no good reason at all, and sometimes doesn't happen at all even with great news. The biggest examples are this and Elon to doge duo. Like for example ETH merge was a huge deal, we moved the second biggest coin in the rankings from PoW to PoS and that should have caused a huge deal, it should have gone up a lot and it should have been quite the good fun.

But, it didn't and we have no idea why it didn't at all. On the other hand, we are talking about Elon tweeting about doge, increasing its price back in the day, there was absolutely no connection, but somehow it did happen. So when will that cycle break is unknown to all.

There are so many promotions on Stake that sometimes it’s really getting complex to follow up which ones are for me and which ones are not Cheesy. So, I understand people who confuse it as well because I have confused it at times as well.

The good thing about stake is that they are doing the best they can, sure Everton just lost to United, but that was still a global viewed thing, Ronaldo was playing against us, and scored his first premier league goal, that means there could be some more promotions coming up soon as well, and that would be good, not because Ronaldo scored or anything, but because it was global and may have attracted some more new people lately.
There are indeed many ongoing sport promotions on Stake but it has been a while since they last did a real good one. I would love to the triple winnings promotion back when there is a new big ufc fight with one of the ambassadors.
I remember they once did a million dollars, that was a real big deal, a million dollars given for that month was the biggest amount of money ever given to any gambler, of course it was distributed among many people, not just a single person, but it was still a huge amount.

There are of course times Stake does a lot more, but these days they are in trouble with streaming, I am sure after they fix that, and find a place, and they are legally sound again, they will go back to doing something big again. Plus we are in the bear market right now in crypto, when the prices start to go up again, they will have more money to give away in the future as well.
1464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Generate Profit in this bear time? on: October 13, 2022, 01:26:14 PM
Scalping is the best way, you buy at little change and sell if the price increase with little profit by then you have no lose, maybe you can dance around with bitcoin and any other currencies you wishes. You know the dip is really tempting and buying and holding any tokens out of bitcoin is really at high risk, but scalping will help you make little gain after with the little changes that occurs.
I mean scalping could be great if you know what you are doing but it is also highly risky if you are a newbie and you do not understand the concept easily. To be fair to scalping, that’s true for almost everything aside from long term holding. It is really a difficult thing to trade in crypto world, you are dealing with something that is going to be hurting you in the long run if you are not careful and not studied it well enough.

This isn't 'child's play', it requires a serious amount of dedication, and I am not entirely sure if many people could actually dedicate themselves to it the way you have to. That means most will start, try, and eventually give up.
1465  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Asian Cup 2023 Prediction and Discussion on: October 13, 2022, 10:40:41 AM
it is clear that every country that sends its team to the match really hopes to get the best results and of course that is very reasonable, so that if you look at the existing polls, it seems that many choose Indonesia because it must be admitted that football fans are the most popular sport and its fans a huge amount.

but I agree with you that Thailand has the potential to achieve the best, because they must be recognized who are very ready for this. Thailand is very sustainable in looking for new players to become the main players in their country.
but of course it will not be easy to achieve it because we have to admit that the team of the Middle East countries (almost all the group winners) is also very potential, and the ex-Russian state of course, following the East Asian countries.

Of course this is highly anticipated by Asian football fans and obviously by diehard fans from participating countries. although it is still a long time, of course, other events will make a trial before joining the main event.
Quality of all teams which are coming into this event is at their best with Japan, Korea and Australia having one of the best domestic set up, and they are investing good money for increasing quality same happening in the Middle East where we have no system like we have in other countries but still they are giving their best for this game and their domestic set up is also on his best with too many foreigners are also involved as players and other staff members which is clearly giving their dedication for this game.

But Right now, few regions are suffering badly like SAARC and ASEAN as they are not having stuff like other regions so quality difference is surely going to have impact but as few countries are now taking interest and putting things to improve quality hopefully in next few years things could be good, and we will have positive change, but it's not easy with long way to go for this all change.

Ive been playing with the stake for over 2 years but still didn't received a reward yet well its quite okay because I've been playing for the stake for almost a lot of games because that's the time they are the ones who already supported the sportsbook and of course having a convenient make a deposit and withdrawal because of their feature of conversation easily of the different coins and easy and fast withdrawals.
This is an old promotion only for new users including a deposit promotion also for new users who are lucky meanwhile for old players we get it every week-months
Next week is the time of the monthly bonus between October 14-17 we still have plenty of time to collect more wager or jump to the next VIP level
At the same time let's hope there is a surprise from Everton somehow they won in one of the matches, who knows.

1467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's faceless identity is the greatest Bitcoin success strategy on: October 12, 2022, 08:18:25 AM
I don't get why most projects these days have their team members' identities public. It gives governments the chance to prosecute the individuals behind crypto projects at will. There's a reason why Satoshi never disclosed his identity in the first place. If only Vitalik copied Satoshi's footsteps, the Ethereum project wouldn't had been a mess today. The sanctions against the Tornado.Cash mixer and the PoS upgrade on the ETH blockchain have greatly undermined people's privacy and freedom.

I believe crypto/Blockchain tech needs to remain as decentralized and censorship-resistant as possible to help render governments' efforts worthless. It seems to me that only Bitcoin will remain decentralized because of its unknown creator. The rest will simply go all the way downhill in an instant. Kudos again to Satoshi for doing the right thing from the start. Just my thoughts Grin
There could only be two options when creating a new project, and one of them is the main reason for it. If it happens like you said, if it is like satoshi, then you could create a project and have absolutely no connection left to it like satoshi did, if you can manage to build something new and leave it and never look like project creators are there, and give the responsibility to the people, it must be a good project to keep growing by those people.

But unfortunately, not many projects prefer that, they create the project and the project creators are there to keep improving it, which means KYC would allow them to look more legit in the eyes of the investors.
1468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: October 12, 2022, 12:47:00 AM
Two important games in the next round the first one between the leader union berlin and dortmund and the second one between the second seat freiburg and bayern munich, it seems like a golden opportunity for bayern to close the gap between them and the leaders if they wanage to beat freiburg and dortmund manage to take points from union berlin and this scenario is likely to happen.
Now as we are heading for tenth round things are taking positive shapes in league table and teams with better quality and performance are coming back on their spots but in this season we have few big disappointments from teams like RB Leipzig, Bayer Leverkusen and Eintracht Frankfurt even these teams have time but things looking not good for them Borussia Dortmund is also having not good performance as now they are going to face Union Berlin which is currently leaders and their home record is also very good after international break Bayern Munich is also done good job and now back in business with they are going to host Freiburg which is currently giving their best at German League.

There is no doubt these results are going to have big impact on league positions because if both home teams won then surely losers can go down and need hard work for having back their spots in league table.
It's clear that the league looks more competitive this year, and that is a good thing for the viewership numbers because so far we would have Bayern fans watching and even they were bored of winning every game, whereas no other teams fans would be watching too closely because it looked boring after a while and everything was already over for them since Bayern would win anyway.

Now, it doesn't look like that and every teams fans started rewatching again because there is a chance they could win, and that matters, it means that we are going to see something that would actually worth some money to spend, and it gives the league a great boost for the numbers for sure.
1469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 11, 2022, 04:16:22 PM
Elche are playing right now and they are winning against Mallorca, judging by the performance of Elche this season, Mallorca can turn the tables on them, but as always I like to go with a safe bet which is Mallorca to score, the odds of it are decent @1.74, I think it's worth it for sure, Mallorca are dominating and I can see a goal coming.
as i expected, Elche couldn't win the match and protect the 1-0 lead, the red card made things even worse of them, because even before that and they were struggling to keep Mallorca away from their goal, i don't think we will see Elche in La Liga next year with this performance.
Elche is currently the worst team in La Liga and most chances they could be relegated because they fail to win any game in first eight rounds which is surely giving all view about their performance here Mallorca missed penalty give them lost of two points which were surely had good impact on their position in league table even they were in all control with better attack and ball possession both were in their control but still fail to convert their chances into goal.

A match with have around one dozen cards and one dozen corner kicks end in poor way with just have 2 goals on board from both teams now in next round Elche is going to face Valencia which is also performing good and will take their full three points from this match against the worst side in La Liga.
1470  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 10, 2022, 08:49:52 PM
Unfortunately Lazio is not a stable team... Of course my bet is winning so far, but anything can happen in the second half... Grin Looking at the kicking stats, Fiorentina could do their best in the second half to even the score... But I also hope Lazio can score at least one more goal to win this match without a doubt... Although I don't understand why Fiorentina were favourites...
Right now in Italian League no team is stable which is surely the biggest concern for them because they were at the top in Europe, but now most of the top rank teams are having serious decline in quality and performance level is also going down badly just because of this in last few years we have no positive results from them.

Lazio was not good in start of this season but right now they are on fourth win which is giving them 3rd spot in league table, and now they have Napoli and Atlanta above them right now they are giving amazing performance in Stadio Artemio Franchi (Florence) and in next round they are going to be hosted another challenge from surprise package of this week Udinese.
1471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: October 10, 2022, 07:45:10 PM
Why is arsenal not considered as title contenders, they are doing great right now, but when you talk about them, we talk about how they would qualify for the champions League next season but not them winning the premier League, I think that's because of Manchester City, but what arsenal played against Liverpool you will now that they are not joking, they outplayed Liverpool from Start to finish, even when their goals are being equalise they still keep going and don't want to take draw for an answer.
Until I watched yesterday's match, only I can say that Arsenal must be taken into account in the EPL title race this season, don't underestimate them, how Liverpool is difficult to penetrate Arsenal's defense and Arsenal's attack is so troublesome for Liverpool's defense, now it's no longer how they can play in the UCL next season but how to continue to be impressive to stay at the top because their rivals City will benefit from their mistake even just one.
After the end of nine rounds and with their performance level now most pundits are having them into race for title contender because their performance is consistent, and their defence is also doing amazing job which is surely going to be positive for them, Arsenal attack is currently second best at English Premier League which is going to help them against top teams even Liverpool have serious trouble against them which is showing their strength.

Now with this performance most chances they could be in top spots in this season, and surely they are going to be play Champions League which is going to help to have good chance for them after long time now after having two big wins they are serious title contender with Manchester City.
1472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: October 10, 2022, 02:48:30 PM
Lorient is one of the teams that are on fire this season they, they added another win today against brest to make it six in a row, which allowed them to take the second position on the table, they are a team to admire because they managed to do it with little resources and average players and a big part of their success is thanks to their striker moffi who scored almost half of his team goals.
Lorient is surely surprise package in this season as they have eight wins from their first 10 games and right now standing at second behind leaders PSG which is amazing job from them as in last season they are at 16th spot with having only eight wins from their 38 games it's one of the most shocking result until in French League if they are able to keep this momentum then surely we can expect some good changes in league table.

Right now few big teams which done good job in last season right now struggling badly specially teams like Lyon and Lille are not giving their best, and we have few teams which have no good record in last few seasons are having good time in early part of this season.
1473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Play to earn projects can be regulated too? on: October 09, 2022, 06:55:30 PM
How many of you guys are into play to earn projects? I am sure you must have heard of GameFi, it's shocking that Wonder Hero, a play to earn game that I have been following since last year and also an investor release a news today that GameFi projects are been regulated which makes this project to be temporarily unavailable for download.

I have never for once thought that gaming projects can be regulated, what the hell is going on?.
I am not really into play to earn but I am somehow updated on some of them because I hang out most of my time in the forum and on other crypto-related sites. Crypto regulations are now becoming a trend. If you mostly hang out on the forum then you will be aware of that and won't really shock you that some services are now being regulated or will be regulated after some time.

It is said on the pic that only new users are only going to be affected but existing users can still continue playing the game so don't worry too much. I think regulation can only add an extra layer of security. Isn't that great? Although you may be required to do a KYC later on which can be a big deal to some.
1474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2022/23 Season on: October 09, 2022, 05:23:11 PM
With this win now besiktas is at the very top of the table and really looks good,if they continue like this they might even win the title. They share the first place so far with two other teams but still Basaksehir didnt play and has two matches to play.  I think the attack will do more later on in the season,so far they are winning their matches and thats important so i think more goals will come later on.
Surely a good win for Besiktas as now they are sharing first spot with two other teams but still have chance for going down because we have three teams which are capable for going at the top, specially the best chance for Basaksehir which is giving amazing job from the start of this season and lost no match and concede one goal.

Fenerbahçe is also on good run with their attack is also one of the best in Turkish League, so we can have few changes in coming weeks which match this league more interested because now few teams are doing good job and improved quality which is good and with the arrival of few quality players things are going to be change for this league even still very long way to go as they need more positive impact for competing other European teams which are superior in quality and finances.
1475  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitch To Ban Gambling Streaming By October 18th. on: October 08, 2022, 07:48:08 PM
To me this would have been a better choice instead of banning gambling streamings, I know they still allow poker and some other games but I still think the ban is too harsh, but it seems to me they were not interested in having this kind of content in their platform and this is why they went for the ban, still I think they are going to be the losers at the end of this as the demand for gambling related content has gone up dramatically since the pandemic started, and I do not see this tendency stopping anytime soon.
I can't agree more, the demand has increased exponentially due to the global lock downs and the online passive income exposures propaganda. The Twitch gambling ban is bad for company and slot streamers but on other hand no more addiction chasers will spent their time on such streams of their favorite streamer. Let's see what happens after mentioned date, other gambling platforms will suffer in terms of promotions after this decision, IMHO.
It is wiser to make money if they could, but they decided not to, so there must be some logic behind it. I mean you have to be insane to think that twitch would be saying no to gambling just for fun, when they were making so much money from it, it’s obvious that they would rather keep it going if they could, so there must be some pressure from the legal side that they need to close it down.

It’s like how there are so many companies who rather work in big nations, but move to Bahamas or something just because they have to, not because they want to, to make more profit. Twitch is owned by amazon, there could be some pressure from that side in the end.
1476  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Education seems to have failed in some developing country on: October 08, 2022, 02:53:21 PM
I think it is a very natural thing when there are some people who have other skills outside the formal education they have attended in school or lectures. But some of the people I saw at my place actually went through that education just to get a diploma and wanted everyone to admit that they already had a certain title, but they didn't have any skills at all. And I think this is a very strange thing because after several years of education, they still can't do anything and are not even productive enough for themselves.
This is due to the lack of land for them to develop the knowledge they have acquired during their education. It could be because they are wrong in choosing the right field of study that makes it difficult for them to develop their skills. If they go to college according to their talents, surely they will know what to do after they finish college. In this case, I can say that they went to college just to join in.
The funny thing is, we are looking for some people in some fields, they need to be educated and educated a lot better than how they are right now, but we do not need a lot of them, we need just "some" people in that field, hopefully doing it great. Which means that some fields are getting a lot more people than we need and causes a lot of trouble.

Just to give an example, in my nation we have a lot of teachers, which means teachers get paid less than what they are worth since they are replaceable and many teachers are out of a job, and government tries to put them in local places but can't employ them all, so there are way too many teachers who are either working for a little amount of money, or not working at all.
1477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Popular projects and none popular projects on: October 07, 2022, 08:39:15 PM
Yes, popular projects can easily turn out as scam or a big failure. You must have already heard of the case of Terra (Luna). If you haven't yet, read about it. Other than that, the altcoin market is full of such stories. If we trace its history back to the times when ICO is very popular, even those projects that managed to sold out their hard caps in a matter of hours or few days end up scams or big failures. That is why at this point, it is only Bitcoin that you can rely on. Or perhaps an altcoin or two.
It takes time for the luna team to declare that their project was a scam. I think that's because they want to gain the trust of the people first because they can scam more money that way than if they perform the scam too early. The only problem is that the charges or the consequences that they are going to be face is also big.

We should not base on the popularity of the project alone but we can also include their age. If the coin has aged a lot like eth and btc, and it is still popular then it's a big sign that they are safe and still profitable. Non popular projects on the other hand can still pump. This is where you can find hidden gems but we must be careful on picking them.
1478  Economy / Economics / Re: Business failure among small-scale entrepreneurs on: October 06, 2022, 04:23:02 PM
The competition is high and there is a huge monopoly that prevents new startups to succeed. Only when the government move to end this monopoly (particularly in Africa) will startups able to survive.
The cost of production as a startup is very high because of limited capital, unlike the big businesses who can get same materials at a huge discount from buying in bulk.
Then there is government policies which are too stiff for startups to meet and at the end 90% will not be able to survive.
The government has a big role to play for the survival of small scale business otherwise the story will remain the same.
You know what that competition causes? The lack of profits and only the aim of growing their worth. Because these days companies do not want to aim at making a profit, they aim at being worth a lot. If you have zero profits, in fact if you are making bigger and bigger debts and growing your losses bigger, but if your companies networth grows bigger than your debt? That's fine.

So, let's assume you have a company worth 10 million dollars but have a debt of 5 million, that's fine, and if you grow and have 20 million networth but 10 million debt that's fine and you could keep growing like that. "Exit strategy" is a term that grew too big, and that causes them to fail.
1479  Economy / Economics / Re: Electricity bills worth 500,000 euros: a hotel chain closes down in Italy. on: October 06, 2022, 03:03:41 AM
From what I've searched, huge percentage of Italy uses fossil fuel for their electricity. Our country uses the same material and electricity cost here have almost become tripled. Solar or hydro powered energy became popular now with the rising electricity costs and I think government should start considering this as an alternative option. Since Italy is a rich country, I think it's possible for them to switch to those options,
If they are truly a rich country then why they are struggling with this issue? But, you don't really need to be rich in order to afford the materials to be able to use natural energies. They can always consider this for now till the electric cost becomes cheap again for some time.

The only problem here that is see is if these kinds of energy can sustain a big business such as hotels as we know that they aren't really sustainable. Maybe it's also good for them to take a break for a while and maybe this can be a sign for them to venture other businesses which aren't totally relying on electricity. I think there are types of businesses who are like that.
1480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does everyone want bitcoin to be stable in price? on: October 05, 2022, 05:35:02 PM
No for me.
Volatility is a double-edged sword for both investors and traders. Volatility can give you profit but at the same time, can give you losses.

I mean why would people want Bitcoin to be stable. Bitcoin right now is more of an asset than a currency and every asset is volatile in their own ways. Volatility makes millionaires but at the same time, volatility can cause massive losses to an investor. Overall, I don't think that we will come to a point where Bitcoin will have a stable price or maybe in the next decade we don't know.
It's a double sword so it can also cause you more harm than good. Maybe you like it because you know how to deal with it but for someone who doesn't, they are wishing that btc will be stable. Not to the point that its stability will be on the same level as a stable coin because earning with it is going to be impossible anymore.

The price of btc might have changed dramatically. It now cost thousands of dollars but it doesn't change the fact that btc is still a currency. Some people only think that btc is an asset due to its benefits. By the time btc was still new and its value is still small, many people already noticed this so there's people who already invest in btc even before.
