14701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My $36,000 Invesment Turned Out Now $12,000 - Still Holding on: April 29, 2018, 04:56:55 AM
The OP hasn't given much details of his investment and therefore it is extremely difficult to track his coins. But I guess his situation is much better now, due to the recent price rise of the cryptos. Hopefully by this year-end, he will be in green.
14702  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold (BTG) on: April 29, 2018, 04:52:21 AM
One of the main features of Bitcoin Gold that attracts is its ease of mining. It’s one of the easiest coins to mine. With BTG, the ASIC-resistant algorithm means a miner with a CPU or GPU can still mine.

That was the very purpose behind the creation of BTG. Bitcoin mining has been monopolized by a few giant mining farms and the small-scale and the medium-scale miners are losing out. The same situation prevails with the majority of the altcoins as well.
14703  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How do I know a bounty program is good? on: April 29, 2018, 04:50:55 AM
Unfortunately, as of now there is no foolproof method. You will only get to know about the value of the tokens, once the ICO is over and the tokens are listed in the exchanges. The whitepaper and the details of the promoters can give you a vague idea, but it is very difficult to find out which one is genuine and which one is a scam before the listing.
14704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH worth buying now or wait? on: April 29, 2018, 04:43:56 AM
Ethereum is not going to go down anytime soon, so if you are looking forward to invest, do it now, it might be one of the best decisions that you can make.

OK.. It may not go down anytime soon, but eventually that is going to happen. ETH is also not free from technical deficiencies, although its situation is better than that with Bitcoin.
14705  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Kill Syrians because Syrians are killing Syrians... on: April 28, 2018, 07:06:57 AM
We are all know why the invation on suriah happens, OIL.. thats all. Chemical weapons are nothing more than just a made up by Uand other west country to provide "PEACE" in suriah.. just what like they did to LYBIA, in this suriah case, there is no difference. and again, the victims will be the syrians people itself.. thanks to the "world's peace keeper" LOL!

There is no logic to claim that Assad's forces used chemical weapons. They would have used it if they were losing the battle. But here, they were winning the battle and the rebels were almost exterminated from central Syria. Why should they use chemical weapons under such circumstances?
14706  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bible downloads banned in China on: April 28, 2018, 07:01:04 AM
As far as I know, China is not a secular country. That's why, rulers of china think that they have right to interfere with their citizen's religions. But, actually, these rulers are offending against the human rights. People in china have right to believe any regilion and goverment of china should not interfere with their beliefs for sure.

China has already sanctioned many of the churches and denominations and the authorities have problem only with those churches which refuse to register and engage in underground activities. I wouldn't say that this is interference in personal beliefs.
14707  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World War III could start in Syria's crowded skies. on: April 28, 2018, 06:54:00 AM
In 2015, 2 Russian fighter pilots were shot dead in mid-air after they ejected from their plane which was shot down by Turkey air force over Syria.

Russia must respond to provocations.

Russia responded to the provocations by banning Russian tourists from visiting Turkey. The Turkish tourist resorts lost tens of billions of USD in revenue and many hundreds of thousands of Turks became jobless. This is how intelligent people respond to the provocations. Not like the Americans who send their tomahawks to blast kindergartens and hospitals.
14708  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World eyes will be on Korean Peninsula on: April 28, 2018, 06:50:01 AM
Keeping expectations low. This has happened multiple times before, bait and switch. Kim would have to be an imbecile to stop their nuclear program.

The problem is that the Americans will launch an invasion as soon as they are sure that Kim is not protected by the nukes. It is the nuclear weapons that is preventing an American invasion of that country.
14709  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What do you think of North Korea? on: April 28, 2018, 06:44:08 AM
Just saw it released on the news today North Korea has officially ended the war they have with the South.
It was posted on multiple news outlets as well and showing both sides presidents shaking hands as part of the deal.
This should be viewed as a pact right?
Of course Trump is saying it was because of his influence on both of those two countries. Cheesy

I am a supporter of Trump, but his role was pretty limited in this pact. It was made possible only after both the North Korean leader (Kim Jong Un) and the South Korean president (Moon Jae In) made solid concessions with their political positions. In particular, I'd say that it was a brave move by the much vilified North Korean leader Kim.
14710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have 12 Bitcoin. What should I do??? on: April 28, 2018, 06:39:55 AM
Can i ask from you how you earn 12btc.
Simply buy for cash or by other way, i think man who have 12btc have own head

He had already explained this. He earned the coins from his investment in the altcoins. I guess that this guy was very lucky. He got 12x profits from his altcoin investment. I have also invested in altcoins in the past, but I never got these sort of returns.
14711  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with the rewards you received? on: April 28, 2018, 06:35:34 AM
I am familiar with people who also participate in generosity companies. Some of them do not rush to sell received Tokines, others on the contrary, immediately after the issue of tokens the exchange is sold. My friend advised me to send them to EtherDelta. When receiving tokens, place orders for the sale of x2 - x10 (depending on the project) and just wait until they are purchased.
What do you do with the received tokens?

The problem with tokens is that most of them doesn't last for more than 12 months. So my advice should be to sell all or most of them at the first available opportunity. If you want, you can keep 10% to 20% for the long-term.
14712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How do I know a bounty program is good? on: April 28, 2018, 05:55:57 AM
I think if you want to follow the bounty program, you must first check the web, whitepaper, team and campaign manager, I think that's enough.

Nowadays the scammers are getting more innovative. From the whitepaper and the website you will never get an idea that the ICO is a scam. You need to closely analyze the people who are behind that particular ICO.
14713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Bitcoin Cash on: April 28, 2018, 05:12:14 AM
I don't think that Bitcoint cash will ever have the potential to take over the main Bitcoin. That Bitcoin will forever remain to be the main cryptocurrency and will reign king. I can only see Bitcointalk cash existing as a good altcoin next to ethereum, but not as a comprehensive replacement for Bitcoin itself.

Everything will depend upon the Bitcoin transaction fee. Once the transaction fee rises above the tolerable limit, BCH will rally. Already BCH has setup a good base, with a market cap that is around 15% of that of BTC. Another issue with the BTC transaction fee can sink BTC and rally BCH.
14714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: April 28, 2018, 05:04:00 AM
yes i still hold it for long term. I believe that eth will be strong for the next 5 years.
there is no reason to doubt it.

ETH is one of the few altcoins which can be held for long term (the other options are Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Monero.etc). But at the same time, you should keep this fact in mind that a huge number of competitor coins are emerging in the crypto-world and some of these coins can give tough competition for ETH.
14715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 150 ETH OR 9.5 BTC? on: April 28, 2018, 04:57:38 AM
The easiest answer to this question would be to invest 2/3rd of the amount in BTC and the remaining 1/3rd in ETH. But I guess the OP wants a direct one-word answer. In that case, I'd go with ETH. Take the risk, it may work for you in the future.
14716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding is bullshit? on: April 28, 2018, 04:55:13 AM
I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

Long-term holding is not suitable for altcoin, although it may work with Bitcoin investments. With altcoins, you need to adopt another strategy. Altcoins regularly undergo pump-and-dump cycles. You need to purchase the coin on the dump and sell it during the pump. You need to repeat this multiple times, in order to get a good profit.
14717  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL( Indian Premier League) Prediction Thread, 2018. on: April 27, 2018, 07:55:50 AM
I saw a news that Gautham Gambhir is not going to take any payment from the franchise for this year because he didn't perform well so he is going to play the rest of tournament for free.He is just doing what he can do most for his failure to get victories but now it is up for the new man and today match is going to be much interested.

Even if he refuses the payment, it is not going to help the franchise in a big way. What they need right now is wins and not money. Perhaps DD should have allowed him to continue in KKR? Apart from Shreyas Iyer and Jason Roy no one in the DD batting line-up is looking good now.
14718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: April 27, 2018, 07:53:01 AM
Guys, anyone heard about the recent changes announced by the ICC yesterday? Now every ICC member will be having T20I status and there will be a T20 world cup in 2021, right after the world cup in 2020. It is going to be exciting. Making your bets for matches such as China vs Russia and Indonesia vs Japan can be quite challenging.
14719  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When you are old, what stories will you tell children when they ask for stories? on: April 27, 2018, 07:50:40 AM
When I was eight I was called a 'Communist piece of shit' by a nun in my religion class.  She slapped me, pulled me by my hair and kicked me out of the class.

I only asked why Jesus did not have a wife or girlfriend by the time he was 33.

Hahaha... leave it. I had even worse experience from these nuns during my school years. Some of them used to target me because I was a non-Christian. They used to say that I am worshiping the devil and I'll go to hell after my death. They beat me when I told them that the religion I follow is the native religion of my land.
14720  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your political orientation? on: April 27, 2018, 07:48:07 AM
You are correct. When I registered in 2014, the vast majority of the users were Lbertarian. But the demographic make-up changed, as more and more people joined from third world nations such as Pakistan and Indonesia. Now I guess the majority of the users are religious.
